200 M2 Dreamhouse for 10 with private pool and garden in beautiful park

Totally renovated and daringly different from any other rental in the area, staying in this house will create long lasting memories!

In fact you will have two houses - but now connected - resulting in a quirky and quaint property full of fun surprises...
One house was the Caretaker`s home, the other was the Coachdriver`s apartment & stable. That dates back to roughly 1850. When renovating the houses, we wanted to preserve elements that will remind us of their history.

Today, you will enjoy four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen adjacent to a very bright and large living area. There is also another living/TV/Game, Play .. room so space enough for two families. One of the bedrooms is on ground level; no need to climb stairs for anything.

Of course there is all you need: from large screen TV `s to BBQ s and garden furniture. But this is also a very cosy home for the fall and winter. There is AC that also heats. There are plenty of games and toys.



Weather permitting, we open the heated pool around mid-April and close it sometime in September. The house is set in a 2 Acre garden with play areas such as swings and slides and a huge Chess game.

The pool is heated in spring once weather permits this.

Parties and receptions are not allowed.

The house is not only close to Disneyland (about 10 minutes max), but even closer to one of Europe`s largest Shopping Malls: Val D`Europe, with its huge outlet.
Paris is just 30 km away and - outside the typical commute times it will take you not more than 30 minutes to drive into town. But there is also the RER and it is easy to park nearby to get on this train.

What to do ?
Apart from Disneyland Paris and the city itself, there is a lot to see and do: there are Many castles nearby; Vaux le Vicomte, Fontainebleau, Champs, Compiègne etc. The champagne area is an hour away and we can recommend some very good small producers.
Paris offers endless options with it many museums, historical sites, river tours, (antique) markets and of course the many culinary choices..

Near us is Lagny-sur-Marne : an old small town where you can find on the market fresh produce from local farmers. This is the Brie area, but you find any cheese you want.

On arrival your beds are made. You will have towels and kitchen linen. Cleaning at the end of your stay is also included.
The house is comfortable for 10 guests and one or two babies.
Two rooms have double beds the other rooms have each three single beds that can be made into doubles.

One bathroom has only a shower. The other bathrooms have both a bath and (separate) shower.

Please help us contribute to a healthy environment: We provide large bins for paper, plastics, glass and other waste. We also provide a compost bin. The compost bin is in a corner of the garden, please ask for details.

Please close windows when you use the airconditioning.

While the hot water supply is sufficient also at maximum occupancy, we appreciate that your water consumption remains reasonable.
