Take It Easy Holiday rent House

My Take-It-Easy Rent House is a fully restored apartment in May 2016. Inside you will find all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, free wifi, and LED TVs (in the room and in the living room) as well as hairdryer, iron, cleaning kits will be at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and utensils to prepare some typical Italian dish or just to enjoy a takeaway pizza in peace. The bedroom is spacious and has a standard double bed and two twin beds available upon request. The living room with a comfortable sofa bed can accommodate two more people. Over two people is charged a supplement of € 15 per person (€ 10 for children under 11 years) per day. Upon your arrival we will request a deposit of € 200,00 to guarantee the good use of the apartment that will be returned to your departure after reviewing the status of the apartment. Kitchen cleaning is not included and therefore the kitchenette and all kitchen utensils will have to be left clean as you found them. Otherwise you will be asked for an additional payment of 25 euros.
My apartment is located in a typical popular neighborhood in Italy. It has been completely renovated and all the furniture is new. It enjoys all the comforts and is a great base to reach not only the beautiful Venice (which can be reached in 15 minutes by car or in 30/40 minutes using public transport: by bus / train / tram) but also by Other famous art cities of Veneto such as Verona, Vicenza, Treviso. In about 60 minutes you will be on the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic and in no more than 2 hours you will reach the beautiful Dolomites. The neighborhood in which my apartment is located is popular and simple but offers great tranquility! The apartment is bordered by a public park and it is great to see strolling moms, dads and friends in company. Above all, being outside the historic center you will not have any parking problems in the street that is free throughout the day.
A ride around
Take it Easy is easily accessible from the highway. Venice Airport is 20 minutes away, the train station is 15 minutes away and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. In less than an hour's drive you will be lying on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Adriatic and no more than two hours drive you will enjoy the peace and tranquility of the beautiful Dolomites. Verona and its wonderful Lake Garda can be reached in one and a half hours. But even some of the most beautiful villages of Veneto such as Bassano, Asolo, Arqua Petrarca are all to no more than an hour and a half. And how can we not remember the other beautiful cities of art such as Treviso, Padua, Vicenza and the splendid Riviera of Brenta and its wonderful Venetian Villas? In short there is really for all tastes ... Just Take It Easy!
