This is our second home, our family is just next door and everyone will want to help you and of course Ana Babushka will teach you at least one Armenian or Russian word a day as you pass her doorway.

== Kitchen-diner is separate from the main room, fully equipped with everything you may need, pots, cups, crockery, oven, fridge, coffee/tea makers, you can even find Russian Samovar for authentic tea experience.

== Main Studio room (redecorated and refreshed May 2016) is a large room with a double bed and a single sofa bed for the 3rd person. Oak floor with boho rugs for added comfort, 2 cozy sofas - perfect for the evening, we also have an office corner with a small wooden table, free wifi, you can even find a genuine 1939 Soviet old black phone with direct line to the Kremlin :)

== Bathroom, clean, tidy, small and cozy has everything you will need from soaps, shampoos to clean fresh towels. Washing machine.

== Private sunny patio is secluded behind traditional Georgian wooden fences on either side of the patio & old brick fence adds additional privacy to the outside seating area. In summer/autumn you can enjoy sitting outside under vine trees.
