Sleeping accommodations:
Please note: there is no separate bedroom, it's all an open-floor space with an open mezzanine. The main sleeping quarters are located on the mezzanine and consist of a queen bed and a small desk and chairs. On the main (lower) floor there are two couches and a queen sleeper sofa.
Full bathroom with a shower. Hair-dryer included. Compact kitchen equipped w/electric stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & electric kettle. There are also: crock pot, electric grill & panini maker available for your cooking needs. Utensils & dishes provided, as well as towels, linens & blankets/ comforters.
Although the minimal stay is 2 nights in some cases we accept a single-night stay. The base price for a single night is $150.00 plus the regular fees (cleaning and, etc.). The maximum of 4 guests can in some cases be adjusted but it is a small place and not really roomy enough for more than that.
Please review all the sleeping & bathroom details in our listing with all folks in your party to make sure you that all will feel comfortable with such accommodations.
Comfort is a subjective term and while we try to provide our guests with the amount of space & privacy the way we perceive it, we understand that some people not only don't mind but actually feel better in more 'densely populated' scenarios.
Parking: free on-street parking next to our building in a quiet but very well exposed space. There is one dedicated space with the unit and additional free off street parking in and adjacent lot.
