The house has air conditioning through and a barbecue. Internet Wi-Fi flat service. The villa has a private pool with salted water for an A SUSTAINABLE DISINFECTION - Electrolysis is a system of disinfecting chlorine-based: the disinfection is due to the production of chlorine from the salt. The advantages and the benefits are: lower concentration of elimination of

The Jannelias's farm is nested in a calm and very suggestive countryside. Located a few minutes drive from the magnificent beaches of Castelsardo, in a picturesque and rural setting with wonderful colors and authentic flavors. We will welcome you in an intimate and friendly ambiance. You will be able to do some long and relaxing walks, a tennis match with friends or simply relax around the pool. Holiday one ween

Wonderful peaceful location. Fabulous pool and wonderful welcome from Daniel with wine and biscuits. If you want a rural, tranquil and very peaceful break this is the place. Recommend a car as we wanted to visit the beautiful beaches about 15 mins away and local restaurants. Thank you Daniel.

We had a lovely in holiday in Jannelias. The villa is clean and comfortable. The property is spacious. There are some great views from the rock in the garden and on two sides you can see the sea and Corsica when it is a clear day. Pasquale and his brother Daniel are very friendly and helpful. The kids loved their dog Rocco and the swimming pool. There is a lot to see and to do in area. Lovely beaches. We went many times to Lu Bagno for snorkeling. There are some nice restaurants in Castelsardo.

Lovely clean property with good air-conditioning throughout Lovely private pool Good tennis court Very rural with spectacular views Excellent local agricoturismo monte entosu Daniele the landlord was always available and happy to help with every detail from local advice to booking lovely restaurants I burst a tyre on arrival at the property on Saturday evening and he managed to get a friend out on Sunday to replace it so we could get out and about. My teenage daughters to my surprise loved the whole experience We will go back

Excellent villa in a very tranquil setting

The villa is clean and has all the requirements necessary. There is another smaller villa next door but the two are arranged such that each is private and overall it is so peaceful and tranquil perfect for a relaxing break. The weather was perfect for our stay and there is usually a cooling breeze but some nights it can get quite cool. You need a car to get around but there are some excellent places to visit our favourites being Castelsardo which is only a 15 minutes drive, Maddalena Archipelago, Porto Cervo and Capo Caccia. Finally a mention to the owner Daniele who cold not have been more helpful and friendly.

What a great Holiday!

The pictures on this website certainly don't do justice to the magnificent scenery of Northern Sardinia, and the view from "Su Coile" is something else! The house itself was extremely clean and well maintained. The pool was lovely and very clean, the owners are friendly and very helpful, and the experience was a positive one. I'd highly recommend the house to people with children, although those with toddlers and crawling babies would have to be vigilant because of the pool. This house is a great base for doing day trips, and we got to go to some exquisite beaches, especially on the Maddelena Archipelago to the Northeast. All in all, it was a great holiday, and wouldn't have been so without the House and it's lovely owners!

Fantastic family holiday

We have just returned from a very relaxing week's stay at Su Coile with our children aged 2 and 5. The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped and has excellent outdoor facilities. We made great use of the BBQ, swimming pool and tennis courts and enjoyed the panoramic views over to the coast and the mountains. Getting around in our hire car was very easy and we enjoyed the gorgeous scenery. The coast is around 10 mins away - we loved the beach at Valledoria just past Castelsardo. We also had a day out in Alghero (around an hour's drive via Sassari), a visit to Stintino (Pelosa beach is lovely) and took a boat trip to the Maddalena Archipelago which Daniel kindly arranged for us. As others have mentioned the agriturismo just down the hill is well worth a visit for a good value meal - we spent 3 hours there and were well fed. Supermarkets are decent value too if you want to cook in. We are so pleased we chose to spend our holiday here and hope to return next year.

All around a great place.

First the one thing that we felt could have been outlined better in the description. The property is one of 3 houses each with its own swimming pool and BBQ area. 2 of those houses are very close together and if both are occupied (which was the case for 3 days with us) the privacy of both is not ideal as the swimming pool for our property is directly overlooked by the people in the other house. Apart from this our stay was excellent, Daniele was always on hand and very accommodating. The proximity to the shop/town/beach is spot on. We didn't use the pool (freezing in October) but we swam in the sea every day. Spiaggia di Ampurias was an absolute gem, no people, clear blue sea, showers, crab hunting, cliff climbing and the coffee shop right next door + free parking from 1st of October. The property itself has everything you need and everything works!

Hi Dennis, thank you again for choosing my home for your holidays in Sardinia and thank you for the review even if it contains a serious inaccuracy in the premise. The position of the houses and swimming pools has been designed to ensure maximum privacy. In over 10 years none of the guests has ever reported that from one swimming pool you can directly see the others. In fact there is a satellite image among the photos that proves that. To be able to see something you must look from the access road. My remark is necessary to reassure future guests that their privacy in their respective pool areas is more than guaranteed.

Perfect for spending the family vacation

Our vacation feeling had already begun before we arrived. This is because the owner Daniele is a really heartfelt and friendly person trying his best to make your stay as convenient as possible for you. Any question or problem had been responded / solved quickly. The building is really clean and we'll equipped. It has two bathrooms, two sleeping rooms and a large kitchen. The mattress in the parents' sleeping room is of excellent quality (memory foam), the kitchen already has some supplies like salt, sugar, coffee, and olive oil. The private pool is being frequently cleaned by Daniele using a cleaning robot. The building is located a couple minutes off coast uphill. From there, you have a great view. It is a really quiet place which we liked a lot. Leaving after two weeks was a little hard, we really loved the place. But we've already planned our next vacation there.

Excellent accommodation in tranquil surroundings.

My wife and I rented this villa for a week. The house is situated on a farm between Nulvi and Tergu, set well back from the road. Being on a hill, the views are stunning and there's a viewing point in the garden from which you can see the coast. The rural views are great too. Daniele, the owner, was there to meet us and show us around the very clean and well-equipped accommodation. Everything we needed was there. The wifi is very effective and reliable. We ate outside on the large covered terrace for all meals taken at the house. Daniele visits every day to clean the pool and it's worth taking note of his recommendations for restaurants. We visited 2 (1 on 2 occasions). Daniele booked for us and we had good tables and felt especially looked-after at these places. Nulvi has a supermarket and local shops. The butchers in the old town supplied our barbecue meat and was very good. There is very little traffic in the area so getting around is easy. A car is essential. We have rented villas for over 30 years and this is one of the best value and well-prepared we have encountered. Thank you Daniele for making our stay pleasant and memorable.

Een geweldige locatie

Het huisje staat bovenop een berg/heuvel. Mooie uitzicht over de omgeving. Het zwembad was heerlijk en noodzakelijk vanwege de warmte. Daniele is een zeer prettige host. Behulpzaam en makkelijk bereikbaar.

Une semaine magnifique

Un excellent accueil de la part de Daniele Une très belle maison idéale pour 2 couples située sur les hauteurs à 15 mn de Castelsardo et à moins de 10 mn de la mer. Environnement exceptionnel à la campagne dans une très belle propriété agricole. Aucun problème de cohabitation avec la maison du propriétaire et la deuxième maison en location. La piscine est superbe et la terrasse permet de prendre ses repas avec une vue magnifique. La maison est très bien agencée et le propriétaire Danièle est très sympathique , bon conseil tout en étant discret. Bravo !

Tranquillità assoluta, bel panorama

L'alloggio era come descritto, pulito e in ordine. Non manca niente. Lettini prendisole comodissimi. La posizione è ottima, un po' fuori, ma bella e tranquilla, con un'ottima vista. Daniele è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno, eravamo 4 adulti. La bella e grande piscina veniva pulita ogni giorno. Le tante spiagge nei dintorni sono bellissime e facili da raggiungere. Davvero un'esperienza in senso positivo. Bellissima e tranquilla vacanza. Torneremo volentieri.

Immer wieder gerne

Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Alles sauber und in Ordnung. Ausstattung entsprechend italienischen Gegebenheiten. Lage super, etwas außerhalb aber schön ruhig mit toller Aussicht. Vermieter super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Rückfragen stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde. Der schöne große Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Badestrände in Badesi sind wunderschön und recht schnell zu erreichen. Zu empfehlen ist auch das Agriturismo Monte Entosu nebenan, traditionelle sardische Küche. Super lecker und sehr freundliches Personal. Wirklich ein Erlebnis impositiven Sinne. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder mieten. Schöner Urlaub, jederzeit wieder 👍

Fantastisches Anwesen in traumhafter Panoramalage

Das Haus hat absolut alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wenn auch manches nicht topmodern erscheinen mag, ist es doch voll funktional. Die Fenster schließen schalldicht, die Klimaanlage läuft einwandfrei (auch wenn wir sie im August so gut wie gar nicht genutzt haben) und das Bett ist saumäßig bequem. Neben dem großen, von Daniele gewissenhaft gepflegten Pool sowie dem Tennisplatz ist das größte Plus der phantastische Ausblick über das sardische Hinterland. Am Rande des Grundstücks gibt es sogar einen leicht zugänglichen Felsen, von dem man einen Großteil der sardischen Nordküste überblickt und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann. Daniele kümmert sich rührig um alles (Müllwegbringen; Reservierungen) ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Und auch die Entfernungen zum Einkaufen (10 min) oder zu den Stränden (15 - 20 min) stellen absolut kein Problem dar. Wir haben unseren Urlaub uneingeschränkt genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Un super séjour !

Belle propriété avec sa piscine privée. Maison parfaitement entretenue intérieure et extérieure. Maison confortable avec tout le confort du quotidien, literies confortables. Maison propre. Super vue depuis la maison, vue sur la mer. Très calme. La mer est 15 min de la maison, de jolies plages, petits resto sympa.. une super semaine de détente ! Un grand merci à Daniele pour son accueil et sa gentillesse, toujours présent si on a besoin, entretien la piscine quotidiennement sans être intrusif. Daniele a deux super chiens bien élevés qui ne rentrent pas dans la maison mais qui vous tiennent compagnie dès que vous êtes à la maison 🥰. Une super semaine « tranquille » !! 😎 Merci pour tout Daniele, on reviendra sûrement ! Je recommande ce logement à 100%.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschliessen - bei diesem Objekt ist einfach alles perfekt! Gastgeber Daniele kümmert sich mit Herzblut um seine Gäste und steht mit Ratschlägen zur Verfügung, wenn diese benötigt werden. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft, abgelegen und ruhig aber trotzdem ist man nach kurzen Autofahrten am Strand oder an anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen - danke für alles!

We were at this place for one week at the end of September and had a wonderful time! Daniele was a great host and helped us with everything!!! The beach is just a 15 minutes drive away. Perfect quiet place for some peaceful vacation. Thanks for everything, Daniele!

Idyllic Setting

My wife and I rented this villa for 10 days and we found the location idyllic. It is situated on an elevated site with great views of the surrounding countryside. It is about a 15 minute drive from Castelsardo which has many restaurants to choose from. Daniele was an excellent host and was always on hand if needed without being intrusive. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to relax.
