2BR Slopeside Disciples Village 691 - Amazing Ski In/Ski Out on Boyneland!

Welcome to our Lower Unit #691 - an awesome two bedroom condo right on the Boyneland ski slope! You can literally walk out your front door, take ten steps, put on your skis, and ski down to the Boyneland chairlift. The best part is this lift runs seven days a week and has night skiing. Then, when you are ready to warm up, simply ski back directly to your patio from Boyneland.
There is a king bed in the master bedroom. In the second bedroom there are two queen beds. The living room also offers a very comfortable queen sofa sleeper. This allows this 2 bedroom, slope-side condo to sleep up to 8 guests! Need more space? Ask us about renting this unit and the upper unit. As a lower unit, and with normal Northern Michigan temperatures, this unit does not have air conditioning. The condo also has quite a few steps to get up to it, as it is the King of the Hill, and located directly on the slope! With multiple units that are in nearby buildings, we are also able to accommodate multiple large groups, family reunions, or even corporate retreats.
Fur babies are allowed with a non refundable pet fee.
The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.
Looking for a Day Trip? Visit Mackinac Island or Sleeping Bear Dunes. These are just a few options during your visit in Northern Michigan!

Was a great location, very clean and had enough room for our family of 5 to cook and sleep. The unit is more of a basement unit than a ground floor unit though, so windows/natural light is not abundant. You do not face or have a view of the hill, but walking up a few steps outside, it’s easy to hop on the hill and ski. Living room seating is also minimal, but it served its purpose and we had a nice stay.

Amenties were honestly nice and the place was clean. The problem we had was the steps to the condo were not shoveled and I slipped and fell on them. We contacted the emergency number to tell someone and to see if the steps could be cleared off. We recieved no communication at all for the entirety of our trip. Thats the only reason I rated it low, if you are just looking for a review on the place itself, it was nice.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, and I’m truly sorry for your experience with the uncleared steps and for your fall. That is absolutely not the arrival we want any guest to have, and I completely understand why it impacted your overall impression of the stay, even though you found the amenities nice and the condo clean. For snow removal at this property, the association handles snow removal for the common areas, including the exterior steps. As soon as we received your message, we did alert them to the issue so it could be addressed, but I’m very sorry that this was never communicated back to you and that you didn’t receive any follow-up. Even when something is managed by a third party, it’s our responsibility to keep you informed and to make sure you feel heard and supported, especially after reporting a safety concern. We really do appreciate you noting that the place itself was nice and clean, and I’m grateful you were willing to separate the condo from the experience around it. Your feedback is being used to improve both how we escalate safety issues and how we communicate with guests in real time. If you’d consider staying with us again in the future, we’d really value the opportunity to provide a visit that feels safe, responsive, and positive from start to finish.

Perfect time of year and very comfy place!

The condo was clean and nice and had everything we needed. We walked around a bit and the property is beautiful. And we were so close to Boyne mountain, the Sky Bridge, Boyne Falls, Lake Carlevoix, lots of restaurants and nature.

Fun Stay

This was the perfect spot for a family with 3 kids that like to ski all day. Easy to come in for a break without having to spend time in the lodge. Seamless stay, no problems and was what we expected. It can be a little noisy from the floor above just from them walking around but not a big deal to us. Quiet enough at night

Fantastic Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Fabulous ski in/ski out location. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable with nice bedding and all the necessities. The only downfalls for my family was that being a lower unit it had limited outdoor views and the noise of the people walking around above was sometimes pretty bothersome. Overall, the location and coziness made it a great place to stay!
