Beautiful large two bedroom, two full bathroom condo in The Springs, the best building at River Run and Keystone. New very comfortable Colorado mountain furniture and style. A large kitchen and living room make extended stays very comfortable. There is an outside private area on the back deck surrounded by pines and aspen trees.

This condo has a unique floor plan which separates the two rooms very nicely for privacy while giving each bedroom an attached full bathroom. It also features a walkout patio right against the creek which is really beautiful in the summertime.

You have access to the whole condo and all of the amenities of the building.

I manage 16 condos in the Keystone/Breckenridge area so I am always on call and available if needed.

This condo is in Keystone, not Dillon. AirBnB has incorrectly inserted Dillon in all of the address information. However the map is correct. The condo is in River Run Village, just steps from the Keystone Gondola.
The amenities are really great with several pools and hot tubs including a heated outdoor water slide. There is a gym, steam room, pool tables and a movie viewing room.

No need for a car as this condo is in the heart of the village and only steps from the main Gondola.

Great condo! Super convenient access to the River Run village and gondola. Ground level is nice as you don’t have to use the elevators, which are always busy and often out of order. This unit is right next to the stairs for quick and easy access to the parking garage. The unit is recently remodeled - updated bathrooms and floors. Nice cookware and appliances. Very roomy and bright (despite being on the ground floor).We’ve stayed in River Run and even this building many times - this is a condo I highly recommend!The only issue was that the doors were very squeaky and the sliding ones wobbly, but that should be an easy fix for the owner to take care of.

Great Condo

This was the perfect condo for our family located within waking distance of the ski slopes and town area. We loved the amenities and will definitely look to stay here again.

Good stay, good location, good hot tub

Functional and as described. Good for families with your kids. Close to lift, hot tub and pool is good, nice hang out areas.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for 4 nights during mud season and loved the location and condo. The condo had everything we need, comfortable and the pool and hot tub were used nightly! Keystone was a great base location to hit some of the major tourist locations! Oliver was a wonderful host and was very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

The Condo its self was amazing and the property owner was great and very nice and accommodating! It was very clean, the beds were comfy, and roomy.The only downside was the construction and whatever they were using to paint was extremely strong smelling and set the fire alarms off! Definitely would stay again!

Weekend Getaway

The unit we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and just as pictured/described. We also enjoyed the two hot tubs. The property is currently undergoing renovations, which we were not aware of until our arrival. The lobby and the media room are unusable construction zones, with heavy machinery operations occurring in the immediate area.

Comfortable and Clean property

We enjoyed our stay in this unit and appreciated the managers responsiveness to our communication. The unit is a great size for a family and was clean and easy to access.

Great location!

Our family had a great ski weekend at Keystone staying at this unit. The location was excellent and a short walk through the village to the main gondola. The construction next door didn’t have any noise we could hear, so no issues there! The unit was perfect for our family of 4 - plenty of space. There was only one issue with the master bed frame, but we could remedy it and I’m sure it will be fixed for the next guest. Overall recommend this unit!

Great Condo right by the Gondola

This condo was exactly as listed. Very clean and cozy for a Christmas ski vacation. We loved how close it was to the gondola, although there is construction that requires you to walk around - but still a very short walk. The hot tubs were great after a day of skiing along with the steam room. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Great Location

Great unit and location. Lots of space. The family room is larger than most units in The Springs. The pool and hot tub are always fun! We were a big group and had the unit next door as well which was super convenient. We had a few questions and the host responded immediately. We will definitely rent this unit again. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Place Ski In/Out

Great place to stay in Keystone with the heated pool and hot tubs. The closet you can get tot the gondola for now. There is a new building under construction next to it which u have to walk around but easy enough. Unit was clean and well stocked. First floor and end of hall so quiet and didn’t have to deal with elevator. If you’re looking for sk in/out this place is hard to beat!

Great location, responsive owner

This is our 3rd year staying at one of Oliver's properties. He's incredibly responsive to folks who rent his units. He's also renovated the last two properties we've stayed at, which is nice. It's certainly not high end - these units tend to be old and cramped. But you're paying for the location, walking distance from the gondola. The Springs, in particular, has a heated pool and huge hot tubs, which is nice. Construction next door didn't bother us at all. Kitchen well stocked - good pots/pans (we ate every meal for a week there). Bring eye covers - the blinds don't block all the light in the morning. Crack the windows at night to keep the heat out.

Roomy two bedroom

For a family of five the space was great. One primary bedroom and a second bedroom with four bunks. Kitchen and common area were comfortable. Nice ground floor where kids could walk outside. Didn’t get to use the heated pool or hot tub but it looked nice and wasn’t crowded. In the negatives the place is certainly showing its age. Some minor broken shelves. The wall was longer than we anticipated for a “ski in ski out” but doable in 5-10 minutes. We walked slower with all the gear and not being used to elevation. Otherwise, really close to the village with restaurants and shopping. Overall, likely would stay here again. Lots of construction so there will be some condos even closer in a few years! Probably a lot more expensive!

Good location, but dirty

This is a great location to the River Run gondola. There is covered parking that fits big SUVs. There is an elevator and luggage racks. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. When I arrived, the door code initially did not work. The unit was filthy. I cleaned ALL the appliances, countertops and chairs. An opened cheese wrapper was found in the Master bedroom’s bed. I found Oreos in a bag on the floor next to the bed. A Lotion bottle was under a dresser that was easily seen, but left on the floor. A family member’s white socks turn black from walking the the 2nd bathroom. The owner sent someone to clean & this person knocked and walked right in even though it was requested not to come into the unit until I got back from getting something from my car. The owner was very responsive and apologetic. He reversed a portion of the cleaning fee.
