This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with high-end fixtures, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Remodeling was completed in fall, 2020. Enjoy the beautiful slope views from the private balcony. Ideally located in River Run Village so youā€™re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the main living area and offers beautiful slope views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The updated guest bathroom is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination with tile surround. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The updated en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower with tile surround and a door separating the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk and a mounted flat screen TV.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

I had of my family we enjoyed staying here. The beds were comfortable in the kitchen was great and I was like. Location is always our favorite and the pool is the very best.

The unit was as described, close to the lifts, great views of the mountain. The property manager was easy to deal with and the check in/out process was seamless. I would recommend the owners update the king bed. Otherwise, we would stay at this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was as described, well stocked and clean. Good amenities on site pool, hot tub, gym, ski locker storage, garage parking and a short walk to the gondola or village for restaurants and bars. Recommended improvements, was the master bedroom bed, it needs to be replaced with a firmer one and the couch should also be replaced with a firmer one as it too soft and showing signs of wear. Also ,it would be helpful to hang another coat rack as there was not enough room to hang all coats and existing one had pegs that didnā€™t work.

Good location, very small family gathering

Not enough room in the ā€œfamily roomā€. Do not do more than 4 guests. Unit was very clean & kitchen was well stocked. They ask you to RECYCLE, but there is no place to take recycling!!! The trash room has NO recycling bin!! Just throw it all together.

Condo has everything you need, kitchen is fully stocked with anything required to make a meal. Clean, plenty of space, and comfy. Easy to check in and check out. Everything is at a short walking distance (restaurants, convenience store, shops, gondola, ice rink). We will definitely book again, however my only suggestion is to upgrade/update the mattresses on both bedrooms, one side is very saggy and squeaky and prevent a good night sleep.

Beat the heat!

Had a great stay! Need hot mits for the kitchen, unsure why they arenā€™t provided for cookingā€¦.the outdoor grill was electric, underwhelming & dirty. Plenty of box fans to put in windows to keep cool. Within walking distance to everything! Hot tub is definitely hot! Pool is also heated. Had fun playing pool in the lobby! Definitely would stay here again!

Really liked that it was far from the elevator so it cut back on noise but you also are far from the elevator! The view is beautiful!! Canā€™t get better! Master bedroom had a wonderful shower and beautiful updated bathroom. The bed was a little hard for me but Iā€™m used to a sleep number bed so every bed that isnā€™t mine feels less comfortable. The second bedroom was well appointed and the kids loved the bunk beds. The bathroom was updated also and spacious. The living room had a couch with plenty of room and we like that we could eat our meals at a dinning room table. Property and unit were clean. The pool was nice we spent everyday there. Garage was clean, I believe they just cleaned it out. Love coming in off season thereā€™s hardly anyone in river run, you get to enjoy the mountains and skip all the crowds. We ate at Windy City pizza, it was the bomb!!!!

Great location

A great property for my family of 5. 2 teens and one 11 year old. Thankful for the twin over queen bunk room. My middle child slept comfortably on the pull out in the living room. Great location to shops and lifts. We would definitely book again. I agree with other reviews the master mattress could use a replacement. Otherwise ā€¦very nice accommodations.

Great spot

Itā€™s hard to give a positive review because the first day we discovered that the shower, the second shower, not the master shower, was not draining and I contacted the management people every day twice and they never got it fixed. Otherwise, the location and the size of the condo was excellent and it was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. If I were to be picky, I would say a new master bedroom mattress would be greatā€¦ Andrew

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The sheets on the beds were not made up and very wrinkled. Looked really bad. The bunk bed sheet had a black hair and 2 small black bugs. They slept on top of the blanket. Door to bunk bed room was broken and off the hinges. The remodel was nice but could definitely use new mattress
