Wonderful place to stay, the stay was so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very large and clean. The wine tour and testing the offer was a great price and a lot of fun. Great location. If we came back we would stay here!

Amazing Stay

The estate was amazing. Fully restored, the place looks better than the pictures. Not too far airport and train station. Great base to see other areas. Staff was very friendly, and made you feel welcome. Wine tasting was great.

Authentic stay in Italy

Property gives the feeling of an authentic stay in Tuscany. Nice surroundings. Check in/out was easy. Everything was there in kitchen, soft towels in bathroom and nice matras and headpillows. Spaceous enough for a Family and pet. Swimming pool is like the photos. Only the stairs to the appartement zelf were a bit steep.

We enjoyed our stay here and thought the location was absolutely perfect. You will definitely need a car here, but we were able to visit Florence, Siena, Pisa, etc. with this as our base. Pool was beautiful, but we visited in September so didn't use it. There is a playground on site for kids and some nice outdoor spaces to enjoy. Our apartment had everything we needed. Carlotta in reception was so helpful and friendly and gave us great pointers on places we could visit.

Amazing place!

Amazing place! Excellent accommodation set in peaceful vineyard. Staff helpful and ability to have clothes laundered was great. Easy driving to Florence, San gimignano, Pisa and Lucca and south into Chianti region. Great apartment well equipped! Awesome swimming pool and BBQ area. Fascinating demonstration of wine making process and lovely wines Chianti Classico! A walk in the backyard (olive trees, a small lake etc) is also recommended. Absolutely recommended!

Good base for exploring Tuscany

The flat is a very comfortable and well equipped base for exploring the area. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful. It was great to be able to get the bus in to Florence from right outside. There is a well stocked small supermarket 5 minutes drive away. The property looked gorgeous with the pool and vines but unfortunately the weather wasn’t great for us. A great place to stay if you have a car and want to explore Sienna, Arezzo etc.

Tuscan Heaven!!

We learned about agriturismi from one of our friends who uses them on his frequent trips to Italy. This one is STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL! Working olive groves and vineyards give the landscape a view that is hard to describe! Our accommodations were both comfortable and luxurious at the same time - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The only issue I had to be careful about was that I am tall (6' 3") and there were a couple of beams (on the stairs) and another going into the upstairs bedroom that I had to watch or I would hit my head on! But that did not take away from our enjoyment of the property. One night, we participated in the wine tasting event offered by the owners. It also included a tour of the winery and its facilities. So enjoyable, especially since we got to meet another family and enjoy the experience together. We cannot recommend this agriturismo highly enough. If you are looking at this property, choose it! When we return to the area, God willing, we certainly will!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Anwesen mit einem herausragenden Pool. Ganz besonders gut war die Betreuung vor Ort. Wunderschön gelegen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ok. Wir als 5 köpfige Familie sind Selbstversorger. Alles war 1x vorhanden. Eine Salatschüssel fehlte, wurde aber umgehend zur Verfügung gestellt. Beim nächsten Besuch würde ich mir die Beschreibung besser durchlesen. Es gibt verschiedene Unterkünfte mit unterschiedlichen Zugängen zu den Ferienwohnungen. Wir hatten leider eine ohne separaten Garten. Das war aber mein Fehler.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu fünft (2 Erwachsene mit 3 Jugendlichen 15-17 Jahre). Vom Platz her war es etwas eng, aber wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen, Essen und Duschen da, also soweit in Ordnung. Wir hatten leider nur einen sehr kleinen Außenbereich für uns, den wir dann auch nicht genutzt haben. Dafür hatten wir uns vor Ort dann anderes Plätzchen draußen gesucht gehabt. Gefrühstückt haben wir dann drin. Das war zwar auch nicht das Optimum, aber ging und war in Ordnung. Draußen wäre aber natürlich viel schöner gewesen. Gefehlt hat uns eigentlich nur eine richtige Kaffeemaschine. Mit dem vorhandenen Standardkocher, den man aus Italien kennt, ging es natürlich auch, aber bei 5 Leuten doch viel zu aufwendig. Da wird man nicht fertig. Ansonsten war der Pool und die Lage super! Auch die Verbindung nach Florenz mit dem Bus. Und ansonsten waren auch alle hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles in allem sehr schön.

Sehr gut gelegene FEWO unweit von Florenz

Folgendes hat uns gut gefallen: Kommunikation vorab, Wegbeschreibung, freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, Lage der Anlage,Bus nach und von Florenz ca. 200 m von der Anlage entfernt, Verkauf der Bustickets in der Rezeption, Poolbereich, Sauberkeit, WhatsApp Komm., Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Schlafbereich, gutes WLAN verfügbar, Lüftung im fensterlosen Bad, Verkauf von Olivenöl + versch. Weinen, Anlage hat einen naturbelassen See, einen BBQ-Bereich... beides haben wir aber nicht genutzt, Großer Parkplatz vorhanden, Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder, die wir für Touren vor und nach diesem Aufenthalt mithatten, für die Zeit unseres Aufenthalts geschützt abstellen Uns hat nicht gefallen: Fewo befand sich im 1. Obergeschoss und war über eine steile Treppe erreichbar - beides wurde in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt und wir hätten diese Fewo so niemals gebucht, Sehr schmale Tür am Eingang, beißender Geruch von Reinigungsmittel, der erst am kommenden Tag auf Grund starker Lüftung weg war, Weinverkostung wird angeboten - kostenpflichtig - auch für die eigenen Gäste für 20 € pro Person! Fliegengitter nur im Schlafzimmer... an den anderen beiden Fenstern der Fewo waren mal welche, wurden aber nicht erneuert, somit ist das Öffnen der beiden Fenster nur mit mit hereinflieg. Ungeziefer möglich, in der Beschreibung stand Terrasse oder Patio... wir hatten das Pech, mit dem Patio zurecht zu kommen mit unschönem Blick, schmales Bett mit nur einer weichen Matratze, Küche sehr spärlich eingericht.

Sehr gepflegte und geräumige Anlage, toller Pool, schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, freundliche Gastgeber, Wein und Öl von hoher Qualität. Agriturismo wie er sein sollte. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen.

Très bonne situation et très confortable

Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et très bon accueil et renseignements (avec carte de Florence remise, adresses utiles....) donnés à l'arrivée. Logement très propre et avec tout le confort nécessaire, idéalement situé pour rayonner autour des points d'intérêt en Toscane.

Lovely authentic farmhouse stay

Beautiful Tuscan experience. Our only drawback was not being able to visit a little earlier in the year to enjoy the pool, the lake and the outdoor offers. The apartment was so charming and comfortable. Great restaurants near-by, grocery, the Strata scenic drive is out your door and just far away from the hustle.

The best of Tuscany

The property is located in the middle of wine yard and olive trees. The property manager welcomed us with a glass of wine for each guest. The views from any angle of the property and from the apartments is absolutely breathtaking. We couldn’t have wished for more for our short trip to Tuscany.

Super Unterkunft

Super Lage, super Pool, super Service und super Betreuung vor Ort. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Klimaanlage war bei 35-40 Grad Gold wert. Eine tolle Adresse, von der mehrere Kurztrips nach Florenz (mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten zur zentral gelegenen Parkgarage in Florenz) bequem möglich sind. Ist dadurch viel entspannter, als ein einziger ganztägiger Stadtbesuch.

Perfect place to stay!

Located in the heart of the Chianti, La Presura is the perfect place to stay. Fantastic vineyards & a nice pool. Beautiful views across the Tuscan hills. The family that run it are lovely and they produce a fantastic wine. Ideally located between Firenze and Siena. Lots of great places to eat around it. Could not have asked for a better holiday!

Posto consigliatissimo. La descrizione dell’appartamento è fedele alla realtà, camera molto curata e dotata di tutto. Posto e panorama incantevoli. Posizione comodissima per raggiungere velocemente sia Firenze che le altre città della Toscana sia per scoprire la bellissima area del Chianti!

Gorgeous place!

We had an amazing week at La Presura! Spacious and very cute and clean apartment with all comforts. Friendly and very kind host. Check-in with glass of wine! Chianti Classico from La Presura is the best! You couldn't find a better place to explore the Chianti region!
