Our carefully decorated Provencal villa is in Grimaud by the sea, with a sea view of the bell tower of St Tropez from the rooms.
The proximity to the beautiful sandy beaches with exceptional views of Saint-Tropez, the 18-hole Beauvallon golf course and the tennis courts are less than 4 km from the villa (6 minutes by car).
The medieval village (9 mins by car) with its "Grimaldines" festivities, the modern lakeside town of Port Grimaud (4 mins by car) ideally places the villa "halfway" between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez.

From the moment we arrived, we were met by our hosts Jean-Marc & Sandrine Once my very big pick up squeezed through the gates, we were shown the lovely villa & pool, our hosts were very pleasant & told us to contact them if we had any problems or issues, the villa has been looked after so well, we knew we wouldn't need to, then we were left to enjoy our holiday, & we certainly did, just a shame we had to leave at the end of 7 nights... thank you both, Jean-Marc & Sandrine for happy memories

Sweet French Holiday

Sandrines House is located in the area of sweet Port Grimaud upon a small hill in a quiet „gated Community“, close to a nice Beach behind a Camping Site- walking distance about 15 minutes. Her house is cosy with 4 bedrooms with ventilator (2 mobile air conditions available) and enough Space for your clothes, two bathrooms plus an extra toilet an Washington machine, a dining and living area, a little kitchen with access to the plancha and the shady terrace with large table and lounge furniture. This is a very cosy place to eat. A small path leads down to the super clean pool with sunbeds and parasols. Our much-used highlight! The owners live next door and were there to help. Communication, Check-in/out with them was easy -though in French- and friendly! Thank you 💚

Wir haben uns in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.Wir waren dort mit acht Personen (zwei Familien)Wir hatten ausreichend Platz, und das Ferienhaus ist romantisch und absolut praktisch gelegen.Man ist wirklich in wenigen Minuten sogar fußläufig am Strand, am Hafen von Grimaud, bei Tarte Tropizienne und auch mit dem Auto in nur 15 Minuten in Saint-Tropez.Der herrliche Pool war ein absoluter Bonus.Die Gastgeber, Jean-Marc und Sandrine sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Dadurch, dass sie sehr nahe wohnen, waren sie umgehend vor Ort, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Und doch haben wir sie ansonsten nie gesehen.Wir sind mit einem Hund verreist, was in dieser Unterkunft problemlos möglich ist.Nicht alle Zimmer verfügen über einen ausreichenden Stauraum für Klamotten. In zwei Räumen waren nur offene Regale verfügbar.Uns hat das jedoch nicht gestört.Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.Vielen Dank für diese erholsame und wunderschöne, unvergessliche Zeit.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl in diesem Haus gefühlt! Die Lage ist super, fußläufig nach Port Grimaud und zum Strand und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und es stört überhaupt nicht, dass sie mit auf dem Grundstück leben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles in allem ein schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Das Haus entsprach den Erwartungen.Objekt entsprach den Bildern. Die Lage ist optimal für sämtliche Unternehmungen. Strand in 10Gehminuten zu erreichen.....leckere Bäckerei in 5.Obwohl die Vermieter nebenan wohnten sah und hörte man nichts von ihnen.Parken direkt am Haus möglich..... Grundstück ist eingezäunt.Schöner Pool.

Slecht, teleurstellend!!!

Verblijf helaas niet wat wij er van verwacht hadden. Geen airco in woonkamer en keuken, was niet te doen in de avond zo warm, alleen 2 ventilators. Buiten zitten geen optie in de avond i.v.m. muggen. Op 2 slaapkamers een verrijdbare airco (slang uit het open raam) Keuken was plakkerig en niet alles aanwezig van de lijst. Fornuis waarvan 2 pitten het niet deden. Bubbelbad was niet aanwezig en naar het zwembad moest je om het huis heen lopen. Op het terrein heel veel oude bladeren, zouden wel eens opgeruimd mogen worden. Eigenaar woont in hetzelfde huis, heeft uitzicht op het zwembad waardoor je minder privacy hebt. Staat niet vermeld, (zou wel moeten), anders hadden wij niet geboekt. Het zwembad zelf was het enige mooie. Witte handdoeken zijn ook wel aan vervanging toe, zagen er niet zo fris meer uit. Wij zijn beter gewend in deze omgeving qua vakantiehuizen en vonden de prijs van het huis dan ook veel te hoog. Wij zullen dit huis dan ook niet meer boeken!!

Quelle étonnante appréciation ! Nous faisons le maximum pour que nos hôtes passent le meilleur séjour possible ....par un accueil chaleureux, une villa impeccable et sommes a leur disposition pour toutes questions ou problèmes pouvant arriver .. ( il me semble que nos autres visiteurs ont apprécié a la juste la valeur notre présence et disponibilité ). Nous n'avons malheureusement pas la possibilité d'agir sur le soleil , ni non plus sur les trois moustiques du soir :-), ni sur les feuilles de fin de saison qui tombent des arbres ! :-) ...l'ensemble de l'offre de notre villa est très clairement détaillée dans l'annonce abritel , nous regrettons que Peter ne l'ai pas correctement lu, seul le tarif bas devait être la principale motivation ....toutefois nous avons effectivement omis de noter que les chiens ne sont admis dans notre piscine , nous corrigerons !! Nous souhaitons a Peter et a sa famille pour leur prochaine venue sur la cote d'azur un meilleur choix de logement, également de saison , et adapter leur budget de vacances a leurs prétentions et exigences .

Gute Lage, nicht weit vom Meer

Grundsätzlich sehr gute Lage, schöner Sandstrand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Pool schön und sauber (Vermieter reinigt regelmäßig). Straße führt in der Nähe vorbei und ist teilweise auch sehr laut gerade abends/nachts, Animationsprogramm des nächstgelegenen Campingplatzes ist zur Hauptsaison auch bis spätabends hörbar. Sauberkeit ist ok, Boden und Tisch in der Küche waren bei uns sehr klebrig, ansonsten sauber. TV nur mit französischen Programmen. Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus, man bemerkt sie aber nicht und sie sind sehr nett. Zusammenfassend war es ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen.

Too vakantie

We hebben een top vakantie gehad en het huis lag qua locatie erg goed. Vijf minuten lopen naar de zee en een zeer lekker privé zwembad. De verhuurders stonden meteen klaar voor al onze vragen en ondanks dat ze naast ons woonden hebben we nooit iets van ze gemerkt!! Zou het zo weer huren!

Haus und Lage Top ——— Vermieter unfreundlich

Hallo zusammen, das Haus und die Lage sind wunderschön und perfekt. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten an einem Strand sowie in der Altstadt von Port Grimaud. Das einzigste woran man nörgeln kann sind die Vermieter mit ihrer unfreundlichen Art. Für eine Gruppe von jungen Leuten im Alter von 19-21 Jahren ist dieses Haus definitiv nicht geeignet.

Nous confirmons à Félix et à sa bande d'amis que ne souhaitons plus recevoir chez nous un groupe de jeune manquant d'un savoir vivre adulte ...nous leurs souhaitons toutefois de prochaines bonnes vacances sur la côte d'azur dans un lieux mieux adapté à leurs excès ( compréhensible pour leur jeune âge ;-)

Nicht weit vom Meer, mit schönem Pool und einer ruhigen Villa auf einem sehr privaten Grundstück...

Die Villa ist schön aufgeteilt und mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist groß genug, dass man von den Nachbarn nicht viel mitbekommt. Es kann also nicht eingesehen werden, und man kann seine Zeit sehr privat am Pool verbringen. Parkplätze sind für 3 Autos vorhanden. Der Vermieter wohnt neben an, ist total nett, und kümmert sich um den Pool. Man merkt ihn nicht, doch wenn man etwas braucht, ist er da. Wir werden wieder dort anfragen, wenn wir wieder in diese Region reisen wollen.

Great Property and Location

This is a beautiful Provencal villa. Very tastefully furnished, with everything we needed. Pool is great and larger than expected with good seating area around. Great location in a gated development with electric gates to property. East walking distance to a nearby boulangerie/patisserie for morning croissants and to Port Grimaud. Owners live on site in adjoining property and they are very discreet, we were not aware of them during our stay, the property is very private. Overall we thought the property was a great place to stay and easy to access surrounding areas.

Perfect house in perfect location!

The house was great, very comfortable and the pool is lovely and clean with comfortable garden furniture. The house is also very clean and beds and sofas comfortable. The view out of one of the bedrooms over The pool is lovely. The property is gated which was nice. The location is perfect for Port Grimaud. Overall a great stay and the owners were friendly and relaxed.

Excellentes vacances en famille

Maison très bien équipée et fonctionnelle, située dans un quartier résidentiel calme mais proche de la mer et de Port Grimaud. Boulangerie à 500 mètres. Piscine à l'arrière de la maison donc très pratique avec de petits enfants. Propriétaire vit sur le même site mais est très discrète. En bref, d'excellentes vacances dans le sud!
