So relaxing

Amazing property with stunning views in a beautiful town. The house had everything you could possibly need, a short walk from friendly bars, good restaurants & shops. Only a 15 minute drive to gorgeous beach's & many more slightly further away. The area is full of interesting wildlife & birds. Everyone was so friendly, a really calm, relaxing, stress free town & area.

Amazing holidays in Cuglieri

Very beautiful house in the heart of true Sardegna, the ideal place for a relaxing vacation. The house is perfect for groups that want to share a place and a vacation, but feel independent. It offers, in fact, three kitchens that allow couples and families to take and enjoy their time and habits. One of the things we liked most is the possibility to have lunch outside, thanks to very nice temperatures even at the end of October. Definitely a pleasant and recommended place to stay in Sardegna!

At the top !

Cuglieri is a wonderful village just off a beautifull coast, not referenced in touristic guides (which possibly makes it so unique) And La Casa Le Rondinelle is also unique in Cuglieri, great confort, astonishing view from the 2 level terrasse, fantastic attendance, thank you so much Maria Teresa, it was a top experience !!! Unbeschreiblich schöne Urlaubslocation

We (a party of 2 adults and 3 young children) visited Cuglieri in early July 2018. We had a fantastic holiday at this beautiful house and in this wonderful quiet and non-touristic village. We were well prepared as we received upfront a very detailed e-mail from Maria-Teresa with all information you need for your vacation in Cuglieri and the surroundings. Maria-Teresa was also always available for any questions that were coming up. The house was very clean, well equipped and has a very personal character, which we liked a lot. We very much enjoyed the terraces and the swallows flying around were a great attraction for the kids. We never missed a pool as nice beaches were very close and easy to reach. Cuglieri is very charming and the people/neighbours were extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing one has to keep in mind when visiting the village are the very narrow streets. Bosa (30 min driving distance) and Alghero (approx. 1,5h driving distance) were beautiful and worth visiting. Thank you so much again Maria Teresa and Antonio for letting us stay at your wonderful house. All of us had such a good time!!!

This review describes the highlights of the house. The descriptions is useful to introduce the house and its surroundings from the point of view of the guests of Casa Le Rondinelle. Actually, the hit of the house are the terraces and the swallows flying and chirping around in a quiet atmosphere. Cuglieri is a medieval village and like all the old towns of that time, most of the streets are narrow. When the village was built, there were no cars but horses, donkeys and oxen pulling carts. Fortunately, the house is close enough to wide parking areas. Thank you, Sonya. You are welcome any time in the future-

Charming accomodation in an authentic sardinian village

Very kind, professional and immediate response. Maria Teresa was available throughout our stay. We had two motorbikes on a trailer with us. Maria Teresa made arrangements to park both in a safe place. Thank you for this generous help! The house excelled our expectations by far. It is located in a quiet, narrow street. However, it is close enough to the centre of the village. The furnishing is very tasteful and decorated with a personal touch. The equipment of the house left no wish open. Especially the list of nearby sites and stores, that is available in the house, saved a lot of time. The kitchen is well furnished, we used the top level kitchen (one of three!!) extensively. The view from the two rooftop terraces is overwhelming. You have an open view to the nearby mountains, over the roofs of the village and a free view to the sea. The images in the description of the house are not exaggerating! Beaches are within 15 mins by car. All in all, we could not have wished to have a better accomodation for our stay on Sardinia for our family of four.

UP IN THE AIR

HOLIDAY UP IN THE AIR!!! It was nice to spend our holidays in the house "Le rondinelle" in Cuglieri. The house is in the center of an old little town in the foothills of the mountains of Montiferru. From the terraces of the house, you see the sea in front and the tops of the mountains around. The view is breathtaking. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets over the sea. In the house, there are three kitchens on the different floors. We were two couples. Sometimes we ate together; other times we preferred to cook and eat each on its own convenience. The house is clean and well organized. In October, several times, we had lunch on the terrace and we took advantage of the grill. We enjoyed the hammock and we bathed the sun stretching on comfortable lounge chairs. The two terraces are framed by any kind of lushly Mediterranean plants. You have the feeling of being in a garden up in the air. No noise around the house. Only the chirping of swallows and other little birds flying happily in the sky broke the silence. The tolling of the bells came every now and then from the churches in the little town.

Das Stadthaus ist perfekt ausgestattet und eingerichtet, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Ausblick von den 2 Dachterassen ist wunderschön. Es gibt dort oben sogar eine Außendusche mit Blick zum Meer und Sonnenuntergang :-) Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden vom Grill bis zum Geschirrspüler und zwei neuen, tollen Bädern.Die Lage ist super um die Gegend zu erkunden, in nur ca. 20 Minuten erreicht man bereits die ersten wunderschönen Strände (z.B. s'Archittu). Vor Ort gibt es einige tolle Restaurants und Bars und kleine sehr gut ausgestattete Märkte.Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder hier unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Das alte Haus wurde sehr aufwendig und großzügig renoviert, es ist in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist absolut top, es fehlt an nichts. Das Highlight natürlich die beiden Dachterrassen mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer, das Dorf und den Flugverkehr der Schwalben! Dir ruhige Lage mitten in Cuglieri hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir waren mit dem Mietwagen hier, Parkplätze sind in 3 - 5' zu Fuss erreichbar, war kein Problem für uns. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin des Hauses war vor, während und nach unserem Aufenthalt ausgezeichnet.Der Ort Cuglieri mit seinen hübschen Kleinläden und einigen Einkehrmöglichkeiten hat uns sehr gefallen. Vorallem das " Le Dolci Note" hat es uns sehr angetan; ein Familienbetrieb mit leckeren Dolci und feinem Cappuccino.

Liebevoll renoviertes Haus, gut eingerichtet, für jeden der eine sehr ruhige Lage sucht. Sehr enge Gasse, mit Motorrad kein Problem.Abschließbare Garage wurde zur Verfügung gestellt . Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat jederzeit weitergeholfen. Die Dachterasse ist herrlich um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen

Che tramonti sul terrazzo!

Casa meravigliosa, accogliente, pulita e arredata con gusto! Qualsiasi cosa avessimo bisogno in casa c'era! Abbiamo cenato sul terrazzo all'ultimo piano e che dire dei tramonti sul mare....meravigliosi! Le Signore che ci hanno accolto sono state gentilissime e accoglienti. In particolare Franca. Padrona di casa gentilissima e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per passare una bellissima vacanza a Cuglieri e dintorni. Grazie!

Magnifique maison !!!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Cuglieri ! La maison est parfaite, endroits frais en bas, magnifique vue tout en haut… tout est propre, bien fini et bien aménagé… Nous y avons été parfaitement bien en famille pour profiter de toutes les festivités du village et voir les feux d’artifice depuis la terrasse…… la mer est accessible… ce st un super endroit …vraiment .. merci !

Traumhafte Unterkunft und Gehend

Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr gut gelegen, super renoviert und hervorragend ausgestattet inkl. der wichtigsten Lebensmittel zB Zucker, Gewürze, Öl etc. Von der Dachterrasse hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht bis zum Meer. Der Ort Cuglieri ist sehr ursprünglich kleine Gassen, tolle Plätze, süße sehr gute Restaurants und vor allen Dingen sehr sehr nette Einwohner wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Es ist sehr kostengünstig dort zu Essen. Obwohl wir im August da waren waren wieder die Restaurants noch die Strände überfüllt und das Stadthaus war angenehm kühl eine Klimaanlage ist nicht notwendig Von dort haben wir tolle Ausflüge gemacht und die Strände sind toll! Unser Host Maria Teresia war ein besonderes Highlight uns erwartete schon eine Flasche Wein u Kekse. Sie hat uns im Vorfeld bereits hervorragende Informationen über Land, Leute u Gebräuche / Feste geschickt. Auch während des Aufenthaltes hat sie bei Bedarf per WhatsApp viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit - wir können alles absolut empfehlen!!!

superbes vacances

La maison est magnifique, bien décorée, grande et bien fraîche très bien équipée, les chambres sont grandes le linge de maison impeccable la maison très propre, rien de surprenant on est en Italie <3 . Les plages voisines ont été une superbe découverte. L'hôte est une personne attentionnée qui pense à ce qui pourrait vous manquer (ventilateurs), Nous reviendrons !

Immer wieder schön 🤩

Wir haben erneut Casa Rondinelle besucht, diesmal auch mit unseren 18-und 22-jährigen Söhnen. Diese waren genau wie wir begeistert von dem Haus samt Ausstattung und dem unfassbar schönen Ausblick- vielen Dnk und auf Bald😊🇮🇹

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit phantastischem Ausblick

Das Haus liegt mitten im älteren Teil von Cuglieri, einer authentischen und kaum touristisch geprägten sardischen Stadt. Sie ist unmittelbar nur mit einem Kleinwagen zu erreichen, Parkplätze sind aber in fußläufiger Nähe wie auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zwei gute Restaurants. Die Strände und touristischen Ziele sind mit dem Auto in akzeptabler Zeit zu erreichen. Man kann sich aber auch in Cuglieri und dem Haus gut aufhalten. Das Haus selbst zeichnet sich durch das spürbare Interesse der Vermieterin an der Gestaltung aus, dass auch die praktischen Bedürfnisse der Urlauber im Blick hat. Wir haben nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin

Das schönste Ferienhaus, das wir je hatten...

Das ist wirklich das schönste Ferienhaus, das wir je hatten.Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, ganz wie auf den Bildern.Durch die vielen Schlafzimmer, Bäder und Küchen ist auch für eine grosse Familie viel Platz. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die oberste Terasse ( im Plan Solarium) mit einer herrlichen Aussicht und immer etwas kühlendem Wind- morgens für den ersten Kaffee ein Traum, abends hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Auch das Dorf ist ideal, man kann sich zu Fuss mit allem versorgen,was man täglich so braucht. Aber das Haus wird erst durch Maria Teresa und Antonio, die Vermieter, zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Das fing schon mit der ausführlichen Informationsschrift an, das sie uns nach der Buchung zugesandt hat: da steht wirklich alles Wissenswerte drin, Strände, Restaurants, Wanderungen...ein kompletter Reiseführer auf etwa 60 Seiten. Der Empfang am ersten Tag war sehr herzlich, Maria Teresa hat uns das Haus nochmal ausführlich gezeigt und alles erklärt, es gab als kleines Willkommensgeschenk süsse und herzhafte Spezialitäten aus dem Dorf und eine Flasche Wein. Sie war während der gesamten Zeit immer für uns erreichbar und hat immer ihre Hilfe angeboten, egal ob es um ein krankes Kind oder um einen verlorenen Ausweis und den damit verbundenen Termin bei den Carabinieri ging. Das war einfach toll und hat uns ein gutes Gefühl gegeben- vielen Dank! Man spürt im ganzen Haus, dass sie dort viel Herz und Liebe hineingesteckt hat. Wir haben uns in Cuglieri wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem besonderen Haus mit seinen tollen Vermietern- und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

A deeply thank you for the lines you have written. We are happy that you have appreciated everything. Yes, you are right: we put the whole heart and a lot of love to the house. We fell in love of that house and the terraces since the first time se saw it. It was a wreck but, in some years, we were able to have it decently restored and the house has maintained its identity. Always we do our best so as people going to the house for holiday feel good and happy. Whenever you like to come back, we will feel honored to have you again in Casa Le Rondinelle. Arrivederci! Perfect Location

Wir haben mehrere Unterkünfte auf Sardinien genossen, keine hat uns so gut gefallen wie diese. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, authentisch und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die beiden Dachrerassen sind einfach nur herrlich, wir hatten schöne Abende dort. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und nett. Sehr gerne möchten wir wiederkommen, alles war perfekt. Vielen Dank, Maria Therese

Dear Daniela and family, thank you for your appreciation of Casa Le Rondinelle. We are happy that you had a good time. We hope you will come back. The only thing that you will have to manage better is the organic garbage. The people in charge did not pick up the stuff inside the bucket because it was not put in bags (which have to be biodegradable). The cleaning ladies had to do a dirty work to move all the stuff in proper bags. I trust you understand the issue. All the best to you all, Maria Teresa

Sardinien im Oktober

Wir haben im Casa Le Rondinelle eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Alles war perfekt, von der Ausstattung über die Sauberkeit bis zur Kommunikation. Wer Ruhe sucht, gut zu Fuß ist und den Strand nicht direkt vor der Türe haben muß, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Traumurlaub!

Aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen sind wir, 2 wander- und besichtigungsfreudige Freundinnen, auf Casa Le Rondinelle aufmerksam geworden. Da wir touristische Ballungszentren meiden, kam uns die Lage von Cuglieri sehr entgegen. Nach unserer Buchung für 2 Wochen Aufenthalt bis zur Ankunft wurden wir fürsorglich von Maria Teresa über alles Wichtige informiert. Für die freundliche und aufmerksame Betreuung gibt es 5 Punkte extra! Das Haus selbst ist, wie schon von anderen beschrieben, sehr liebevoll und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Jede Etage ist mit einer Küche sowie einem Schlaf- und Badezimmer ausgestattet. Obwohl nur zu Zweit, haben wir den Luxus eigener Bäder sehr genossen! Das Schönste allerdings ist ganz oben: die Dachterrasse überrascht mit einem grandiosen Ausblick über die Dächer von Cuglieri. Die Sonne im Meer versinken sehen oder in der angenehmen Kühle ganz früh den Sonnenaufgang zu bewundern, es ist einfach nur herrlich! Natürlich sollte man Treppen steigen mögen... Wer auf der Dachterrasse frühstücken möchte und alles nach oben bringt, und anschließend wieder alles abräumt, hat schon ein wenig Morgensport abgeleistet! Aber dieser Ausblick entschädigt alles! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, von der Waschmaschine bis zum Staubsauger... Besonders gefallen hat uns die Müll-Trennung, auf die großen Wert gelegt wird, und natürlich die Spülmaschine! Die Straßenbaumaßnahmen, die von Maria Teresa mitgeteilt und entschuldigt wurden, haben wir nur visuell aber nicht akustisch wahrgenommen. Cuglieri ist ein Bergdorf, mit einer "Hauptstrasse", wo man seinen täglichen Bedarf wunderbar in kleinen Geschäften auch ohne große Sprachkenntnisse besorgen kann. Für's leibliche Wohl ist auch gesorgt: Restaurant Meridiana - Fisch- und Meeresfrüchte... Restaurant Desogos - z.B. Hirsch, Esel und Wildschwein... unbedingt empfehlenswert! wir sind allerdings nur bis zur Vorspeise gekommen... allein der Käse, der vorab serviert wird, ist unbeschreiblich lecker! Eine Mitnahme-Pizzeria - herrlich geschmackvolle Pizzen und selbsgemachte Köstlichkeiten aus der Vitrine... Von Cuglieri fährt man auf wunderbaren Straßen zu relativ nahegelegenen Ausflugszielen und an die beeindruckenden Strände. Wenn man zurückkommt und sein Auto am Marktplatz geparkt hat, sollte man seinen Orientierungssinn gebrauchen. Die ersten Tage haben wir uns in diesen unzähligen kleinen Gäßchen diverse Male verlaufen... Aber: viele Wege führen zu Le Rondinelle. Fazit: es war traumhaft!
