Two bedrooms, two baths, living, dining and kitchen areas, a private outdoor deck with grill and shower, and a colorful side garden. Just a short walk from the center of town or to the public beaches on the Bay, and a short bike ride to the National Seashore. Most desirable location in Ptown.

We’ve been coming to Provincetown for several years and picked this house because of its location “around the bend.” It did not disappoint! Our group thinks it’s the best house we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, easy check in, and loved the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.

Great place. Highlight to me was the beautiful garden. Sitting among the flowers watching commercial street walk by was a daily activity. Layout of the place was spacious with everything you need. The house kept many of the historical features with modern conveniences blended in nicely. They even have a Nespresso so I could leave mine in the car. Great cross breezes if the weather agrees from 3 screen doors downstairs. But nice to have ac as a backup.Location perfect for boy beach and afternoon tea. Many of the best restaurants in Ptown nearby. Super quiet at night though close to everything. Highly recommended.

Perfect Providence Cottage

This fantastic cottage invited us with the perfect Providence experience! We felt like we stepped right into a familiar family vacation home, and could not have had a better week. It fits the vibe of the town to a tee, and we would gladly go back any time!

Two Wonderful Weeks in the West End

Comfortable, spacious, and ideally-located home in the West End. Beautiful gardens, great back deck for people watching or privacy. Fun decor and all the conveniences. Not too fussy and easy to make it one's home away from home. Thanks for a wonderful two weeks in your lovely home!

Great location and beautiful house

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is nearly impossible to beat -- right on the Commercial St 'curve' that separates the more retail and commercial area from the quieter residential areas of the west side. The owner was pleasant and communicative before, during and after our stay. The grounds were really beautiful. The flowers were well kept. The back deck was a really great place to have coffee in the morning. We highly recommend!

Great home with charm

This is an adorable historic house with much character and charm. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare food at home, but the excellent West End location made it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and the downtown beach. Though the weather was cool and rainy, the outdoor deck would be amazing in the summer. Thanks for a great week!

Great Autumn Stay

Loved this property and location. The house was comfortable and true to the description and pictures. The location in the West End was perfect. Close to everything from beaches to stores, but still quiet.

Relaxation at its best!

We had a wonderful week ... centrally located to our interests; even Boo (our dog) loved the proximity to the dog beach for our early morning walks. We truly enjoyed the peaceful garden and deck, which promoted peaceful reflection and idleness. We look forward to staying here next year.

Great rental. Beautiful and spacious antique home in the BEST location...close to everything but away from the noise. Really nice garden. Everything was accurately represented. Easy transaction. We hope to stay here again next Summer.

An ideal getaway

So happy to have spent another wonderful week in this well-appointed, perfectly situated house. Both the indoor and outdoor space are quite comfortable, and the house includes all of the amenities for which you could hope. Look forward to returning!

Close but serene

The property is ideally located on the west end of Provincetown steps to shops restaurants and bars but in the area that is relatively quiet, no car is required although there is a driveway parking space. The garden and deck areas are lovely and people remark as they pass how lush it is. It show some wear and a few scuffs, but it's part of the charm and petina

An excellent house in Provincetown

Ari and Alan have a comfortable, well-appointed house in an excellent location. Inside and out, this is a wonderful house for cooking, relaxing and enjoying all that Provincetown has to offer. From booking through the end of a terrific week on the Cape, the process couldn't have been easier. We look forward to returning.

A Quiet Oasis at "The Bend"

A single week in Provincetown wasn't enough this summer and we splurged on two - we chose wisely! The location - just far enough from the craziness of Commercial Street - will immediately make you feel right at home. The lush backyard garden is the perfect hideout (or hangout). THE BEST "post-happy hour" bottle shop & nibbles emporium is 100 feet from your door. Relish Deli and Pop + Dutch are a stone's throw away. Prefer to prepare your own meals? The well-appointed kitchen is ready for you. Flyer's West End shuttle to Long Point embarks nearby as well - so you don't have to wade through the hoi polloi at MacMillan Pier, unless you want to. Ari and Alan were the perfect hosts, and needless to say, we highly recommend this quiet oasis at "The Bend'. Hoping to come back soon!

A great escape in Ptown

Homey Getaway

We were happy to return this year and for an extra week. Great location to just hang out in the garden watching people go by. We love walking to the beach across the street in the morning, and circling back past Relish for a snack. Taking a stroll to the shops in the afternoon and stopping for drinks on the way back home. Walking to our favorite restaurants. See you next year.

Perfect P'town house

Great house, had everything we needed. The location is perfect, and the owners have clearly thought through what is needed for a very comfortable stay. We loved sitting outside in the mornings and greeting everyone passing by. If you run out of wine, just walk three doors down. The garden is beautifully done.

Best 2BR House in Provincetown

Everything about this house is perfect. Alan & Ari were very helpful house and have fitted and supplied the house with everything you will need. The house was very clean when we arrived and we loved our entire time. This house is extremely well located to all the shops and restaurants in town (less than 10 min walk), and is perfect for small groups. Bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable mattresses. There is also a very nice patio area with a grill and outdoor seating for dining and lounging. We've already recommended this house to several of our friends, and are already thinking about our return visit.

Felt at home as soon as we arrived

We really felt at home for our 2 week stay in Provincetown. The house was comfortably furnished and had lots of space for us inside and out. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed having meals outdoors on the deck. The location was perfectly away from the hustle but a quick walk to shops and restaurants. The west end was great for us riding the bike trails and running out to the beach. We are VBRO/Homeaway owners in Key West and really appreciated Ari and Alan making their home so inviting.
