Located in the North end of Toronto we are a 10 minute walk to the Lawrence Subway station (TTC) which takes you downtown and into everything this great city has to offer (theaters, museum, art gallery, beaches, islands etc) This is a great family neighbourhood filled with shopping, parks, playgrounds and many, many restaurants to choose from. The Toronto Star ranked our neighbourhood the best in the city which we can't disagree with!

Absolutely beautiful Apartment

If you are planning visiting Toronto, I highly recommend this property. It offer everything you need. Its location is great and the area is very safe. The owners and the property manager are very nice! We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place.

Lovely - Will not Disappoint!

This beautifully appointed and well equipped flat exceeded all of my expectations. Most rooms were bright and sunny, the flat was immaculately clean on arrival, the neighbourhood was wonderful for walking; especially to nearby Yonge Street for public transit or loits of restaurants. Donwtown by car was 15 minutes (non-rush hour). But most of all, we were really lucky that the owners were in town. They were extremely friendly and helpful and responded to any questions (where can I get good bagels) within a few hours. Truly a good find.

Cosy, modern with all the bells and whistles

We really appreciated the effort that the owner has taken to make this house an enjoyable place to stay. While the house is small (typical of the area), the space has been carefully optimized and well appointed in a modern style. The large plasma TV with Bose sound system was great for watching the Olympics and BluRay movies. My wife fell in love with the Miele gas stove top. I really liked the Nespresso coffee maker and the fact that I didn’t have to go out and find the coffee pods. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable and the pull out sofa was also reasonably comfortable. The oven controls were not very intuitive but having all of the appliance manuals in one place certainly helped. And the gas grill on the patio is handy when you don’t want to heat up the house. The owner was not in town during our visit but responded promptly to our text messages when we had questions or issues. Although it is walking distance to Yonge Street, the location is quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect! Awesome! Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could ever need. It was very well organized and there was information in a binder if we had any questions. Both the property manager and the owners were helpful and lovely. The owners were out of town for most of are stay but the property manager Christine was very helpful, professional, and answered all are questions promptly. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood and it was very quiet and beautiful! Can’t say enough about the place. We would definitely stay there again.

Feeling like home close to the city

We so enjoyed our stay in this pristine and spacious brick house in a beautiful Toronto neighbourhood. The weather was warm but the house had good a/c and an awesome fan in the master bedroom! Everything in the home is very modern and the kitchen did not lack for anything, we loved it and used it often. The couch is not really large enough for an adult to sleep on (not that we had planned to do so, just FYI in case you thought it might work!) Pretty comfortable when you're relaxing watching Netflix on the huge TV, though! 10 minutes walk to buses and the subway, plus lots of amenities - groceries, restaurants, shops. Uber is extremely speedy to arrive in Toronto, by the way! The place was extremely well equipped and Christine was delightful to work with - checking in with us before we even asked. Thanks so much!

Great Experience!

Great location, beautiful home. My family and I felt safe and very at home. Great amenities, did not expect that so much would be offered. I would without a doubt recommend this property and we definitely rent it again if it is available whenever I visit Toronto!

Fantastic! We were there for 3 months while doing a renovation.

The owners live upstairs and were truly amazing to us.The apartment is newly renovated and beautifully organized. Everything you need. I loved the kitchen and even the laundry. There is a binder that the owners have put together with directions if you need some guidance to use the stove, tv, internet in a pinch. Christine the property manager who handles things if the owners are away was terrific too. Hated to leave as I am now living in construction. My family really enjoying living there. It was fun. Book your stay. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely

The apt is tucked away on a quiet street and is beautifully equipped with everything you need. It was perfect for a week of recovery for my husband's heart operation before we returned to northern Ontario.

Our First Choice when we return to Toronto

Apartment was perfect size for myself, my wife and 4 yr old son. It was very clean and beautifully arranged. My wife loved to cook in that full equipped kitchen. A binder showing a full instruction manual for each of the equipment was provided. Area was very beautiful, quiet and green. It was close to a park, which was ideal for my son. Only problem was the air conditioning didn't quite go to the full apartment, but only a problem in the very hot days. Owners were very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect home away from home for a longer stay.

Above and beyond!

We stayed here for a week while our son attended a specialty camp nearby. The apartment was perfect. It is beautifully finished and furnished. They avoided all of the things that are often annoying about a rental. For example, they provide tons of hangers and closet space, coffee and filters, and soap. Best of all the beds are super comfortable and the apartment is quite large. The location is not central to downtown, but there are lost of shops and restaurants within walking distance and the subway is an easy walk as well. We would definitely stay there again!

Great week

It is a great apartment that is very well thought out and was a comfortable place to stay with our family. The kitchen has all the amenities you would need. Parking was not a problem at all and the subway was just a brief walk away. Yonge Street is nearby and offers lots of restaurants and shops.

Perfect way to Start our Canadian Adventure

My family and I stayed in this apartment during a visit to Toronto in March 2015 proceeding a country move from the UK, we loved it so much we decided to rent it from August as a starter property for our first 7 months in the country. it is a beautiful property in a great family neighbourhood, the area is full of leafy tree lined streets with wide roads and quiet streets. It really does not feel like your in the city, it is close enough to Yonge to make public transport and downtown very accessible, but far enough away to make you feel like your in the suburbs. The garage is a real plus as to really experience the best parts of Ontario a car is a must. Moving country is very stressful, it was amazing to know that all we needed to do was turn up with our suitcases. It is completely equipped with everything you will need, the only thing we have bought during our stay is a permanent cot for my 16 month old son. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops in the area, as well as some great parks and play spaces for kids. The owners of the property were extremely helpful, and not only helped with any questions or problems we had with the property but also gave us a huge amount of help with some of the challenges of moving country. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a vacation in Toronto who does not want to be in the hustle and bustle of downtown. Also it is a great place to start of your adventure in Toronto if just moving to the area like we did, particularly if you have children as the Mom and Tot programs and schools are some of the best in the city. We have another baby on the way so have decided to move to a larger house in the same neighbourhood to accommodate our new arrival. We will miss our first Canadian home a lot!

Modern and fabulous

This property is spacious, nicely decorated and on a nice quiet street that is still walking distance to the subway and lots of great shops and restaurants. The owners live upstairs and are extremely nice and considerate but not intrusive. I will definitely be back!!
