The two-level penthouse with panoramic views features two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a sleeper sofa, two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and appliances, a small terrace furnished with a table and chairs, a laundry room with a washer-dryer, a drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board, and air conditioning. The apartment was recently renovated based on a design by architect Fabiana Fortunato, who created a predominantly modern look while incorporating elements that reflect the area’s history and culture, including artwork by local masters. The apartment’s entrance opens directly into the living room, furnished with a table, built-in cabinetry, a television, and a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable fifth sleeping spot if needed. Unfortunately, the penthouse is not suitable for people with disabilities, as it is located on the fourth floor of a historic building without an elevator.
