This bright, elegantly-furnished 21 floor studio is your home away from home situated in the heart of bustling & hip Condado (across the street from the Marriott Hotel & Casino). The studio apartment consists of a compact kitchen, comfortable yet chic living/dining area with a futon that folds out to sleep 2 & 2 matching side chairs. The north facing wall is a glass sliding door & opens onto a balcony with a majestic ocean view. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed (which sleeps 2), 32-inch LCD TV. A walk-in closet is situated between the bedroom & the bathroom. The building has 24 hour security coin laundry, a private pool complete with chaise lounges & also has a private gym.

Everything that I needed was provided. Great location to the beach and other shops and restaurants. One downside when using ride share or delivery service, they sometimes have a hard time finding the location so you may have to stand outside for them to see you. Otherwise perfect location to many things.

Great location. We were able to get what we needed from Walgreens and the pharmacy. There was a Starbucks downstairs. We were able to walk to the beach. Xolo tacos was downstairs and that place was amazing! We had a great time.

As advertised: location location location

Location was in the heart of Condado Beach. Walk to everything. Studio is advertised. It is small but has all you need including bug spray, suntan lotion and sunscreen, which was essential. Had great communication with the host and no issues to report. Would go back and highly recommend.

Incredible location

This place was in an amazing location, great building and an incredible view. The apartment was super clean and had everything you could think of. Gated parking. Secure building. David was awesome and this is my new place whenever I'm on the island. Great experience. I highly recommend this place.

Clean & good location but needs work

The location and building were nice overall but some of the amenities were lacking. The workout room is neglected and poorly equipped. The pool is great and the beach is a short walk away. We would have preferred the only TV to be in the living room rather than the bedroom. The kitchen has few dishes and other equipment and only 2 of the 4 burners on the stove are working. The view from the condo is amazing but the glass door to the balcony rattles in the frame when the wind blows.

Heart of Condado

All about location with this one. A great high rise in the heart of Condado, and comes with parking. You won't need a car if you plan on staying in SJ. Everything is in walking distance (beaches, shopping, food, clubs) with Old SJ just a short Uber away. The condo has a nice sized balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. It's just the right size for a couple. There's a tv in the bedroom, plenty of towels and a few things for the beach like chairs, beach towels, etc. AC works well. Host is a good communicator. Very small kitchen area with old stove, but enough to get by. Full size fridge and plenty of glasses and dishes, etc. Coffee maker, plenty of spices. Nice touches and some cool paintings make the condo feel welcoming. Would stay again.

The property itā€™s very nice, it has one bedroom and a living room but they are not separated by a door, therefore even if there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, this apartment is more comfortable for 2 people then for 3 adults. The ocean view is beautiful and the apartment is comfortable. One thing to notice: the location form Expedia app it is not accurate and was not easy to find the apartment, I suggest to search ā€œMiranda beautyā€ that is a shop exactly under the building to easily find the apartment.

We had a nice stay at this property. Itā€™s centrally located, and only one block from the beach. The balcony view is amazing. Other positives included free parking, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler and body board. The only disappointment was that the stove did not work as well as one of the burners. If you plan on cooking, I would recommend checking with the owner to see if that issue was addressed. Otherwise, a enjoyable stay.

The apartment is Here's a refined version of your apartment review: "I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The views of the ocean were absolutely stunning, and I loved having access to the swimming pool. The decor was elevated and tasteful, and the building's elegant foyer made a great first impression. Having two elevators and provided parking was a huge convenience. The only downside was the bathroom towels, which were small, had frayed edges, and lacked the plush feel I expected. However, this is an easily fixable issue. Overall, a fantastic experience!"

Great Apartment in a great area

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights. The property is one block from the beach and you have a really nice ocean view from the balcony. The apartment is small, but was fine for the 2 of us. It has AC which was nice for sleeping. It was clean and had a full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, etc). We liked the area. It was right in the city and near the casinos and beaches. We didn't even bother with a car this trip because the area was very walk-able and we just got an uber/taxi if we wanted to go further. Overall we really enjoyed it for a quick get-away to some warm weather in a place we love. Everything about the apartment was easy and safe. It was on the 21st floor and there was a security desk in the lobby and everyone needs to use a fob (which you get when you first arrive) to get in. The host made everything about the stay in the apartment easy for us.

Do not rent this unit it is nasty. Looks great in the pictures. Donā€™t let it fool. YouApartment was filthy shower floor was sticky the whole apartment look like it was mopped with a dirty mop all the throw pillows with dusty and disgusting. Their comforter needed to be replaced. Didnā€™t even want to touch my body. The dishes and pots were never washed. And it was a large amount of black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that made us sick. We had to leave the apartment and rent a hotel. We could not even stay there or refused to give us a credit back even though I stay there two nights out of seven.

Very small , quick Owner communication.

The pictures are very similar to what you see online, but the condo is extremely small and outdated. Nowhere to lay out your luggage unless itā€™s in the living room. There is an individual next-door that you can barely make any noise or he will yell. We just shut the door, leaving one night and told us that we were disturbing the peace and that he would have us kicked out. I connected with the owner. He was very responsive but we felt like we couldnā€™t even talk normal or the neighbor would complain. Some of the things that were shown in the online pictures, like beach chairs were not available. I asked the owner about it he said that the last people that were before us had taken the chairs and he tried to get some at Costco, but was unable to find them. I am always in PR and those chairs are all over the place, no offer to get some or reimburse us. Amenities and building are very old,, some modern furniture the outside of the building decaying which is common for tropical locatoons we were actually afraid to sit out on the balcony because of the construction of the building. Not necessarily the ownerā€™s fault, we happen to be there on an evening that the winds were stronger then we had ever seen in PR. It is a fine place to lay your head. If you donā€™t spend a lot of time in the room. Because thereā€™s just not enough space to move around for more than two people..

Awesome Puerto Rico Trip

The stay in Puerto Rico was wonderful. The island has everything one could ask for in a Caribbean locale. The residents are friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and the interior is well maintained. Now for the the bad news. The exterior of the condominium is crumbling. There is a serious need to point up the concrete and inspect the e posed rebar under all the porches. We understand the salt and weather causes havoc but the real Issue is the condition of the apartment. The carpet you see in the pictures is now dirty grey and seriously soiled.with burn holes The oven is ancient and the electric elements are not secure. There is no peep hole in the front door which causes a Security risk. The paint is chipping off the walls in several areas. The bathroom toilet is hard to flush and we Had to bend the arm to make it work. The towel rack is not secure on the wall. A good detailing in every room would be a good idea. Lastly there is serious mold around the AC vent and along the ceiling. Health issue. In summary it just looks like the owner isnā€™t putting any more money into the condition of the unit. Too bad. Nice location. needs to do major capital improvements to bring that unit to a decent level.

You get what you pay for? I stayed here 4 days. Upon arriving in the condo the first thing I notice is the view. Itā€™s really nice from 21 floor. However, the room I expected a little better conditions. There was a mop bucket and mop head laying out in the balcony area that I had to put up? The rug in the center of the front room needs to be replaced badly itā€™s very dirty looking and it has cigarette burns near the table. I had to wear slides the entire stay walking around the small studio. I tried to asked for partial refund but of course I didnā€™t get one. When time for bed there is no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed I had to complain to get them. Also the entire stay I had to take the top off toilet to get it to flush and fill correctly. The morning of checkout I was sent a message by the owner I need to take out the trash even though I was charged for cleaning service in the booking. There are 4 big towels and two wash cloths 2 hand towels and two beach towels thatā€™s it for the entire stay and they smell a little weird. Iā€™d recommend bring your own towels and soap. This is basically a last resort stay. I really tried to be positive but this just wasnā€™t my taste and I didnā€™t have a choice. The pool was nice and the condo is walking distance from restaurants bars liquor souvenir and pharmacy.
