An Easy 3-Minute Walk to the Slopes!

Mountainside Homes is a small, family-owned business offering two luxury vacation homes in beautiful Steamboat Springs. By owning the properties we manage and by keeping our business small, we are able to maintain the homes in first-class condition and give you the attention and service you deserve. The accommodations are both elegant and spacious. Each 3500 square-foot residence sleeps 8-13 comfortably. If your group is larger than 13, two homes may be rented and joined via a connecting door on the middle level. We feature two decors: American Lifestyles in the Couloir home and Lodge style in the Chaparral home. Enjoy breathtaking views from the decks or hot tub, providing a memorable backdrop to your ski or summer vacation.

All four bedrooms are sizeable and have their own bath, providing plenty of space for comfort and privacy. Make yourself at home next to a cozy fire in the great room - the perfect setting for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchens are luxurious and fully equipped.

Whether you're planning a ski vacation business retreat or annual family reunion, these spacious homes will ensure that everyone in your group enjoys the time together.

Dry your boots with our professional boot dryers, gather around a board game in the rec room, connect to your e-mail on our high-speed internet connection, soak your muscles in the hot tub - at Mountainside Homes we've thought of everything you'll need to make your vacation an unforgettable pleasure.

Family Christmas Gift

We take a trip for our gift to our family and this year it was Steamboat. This home was the perfect place for the ten of us to enjoy down time and meals together.everything we needed was there, for cooking, relaxing, the toddler and 8 yr. old. It was very convenient to skiing, and everyone could spread out in their own bedroom, with plenty of bathrooms. When we walked it, it felt like home!

Great house for our large group

The house was well stocked and set up for our group of 13. It is a little walk to the lifts down the road but it is not a bad walk. The boot and glove drying set up was great. We cooked both breakfast and dinner esch day during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for our large group. We will stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Family Ski Trip!

We had an absolute blast in steamboat and specifically staying at this house. It was very close proximity to the slopes, and totally worth the walk for the cost savings of not being directly ski and ski out. The house was incredibly clean and spacious and met all of our needs. Mark was wonderful to accommodate us immediately if we had any questions. It was so nice having your own private hot tub after a long day on the slopes! We will be back!

Solid Ski house!

Great location and views! About 150 yards walk to where you can put on your skis and ski down. Bed space enough for 10. We would rent again. Great value!

A Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay with our 12-person extended family. The house slept everyone comfortably, the amenities were excellent (hot tub, garage, kitchen stuff, etc.), and the location was good for both ski access and town access. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. A great stay!

Excellent stay

A very substantial four-level condo with upscale amenities. Well located and nice to have access to a garage. We were there in the hottest time of summer and one of the two A/C's wasn't working. We took a great daytrip from there to Dinosaur National Monument.

Great place for a large gathering at Steamboat

Our family booked this house for several days and had a very nice time there. The cleaning people came in every day and made sure the beds were made and everything was in place. The view of the valley is beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet location. The hot tub was very nice to relax in and see the valley. It was checked every day for temperature and chemicals. We got to meet the owner, Mark and visit with him for a while. All in all, a very nice experience.

An awesome first time Steamboat experience!!

Our family has been to Colorado to ski many times over the years, but this was our first trip to Steamboat. We absolutely loved it! Mark's place was so perfect for us. We loved the view, the large amount of space, and the fact that we had everything we needed to do a fair amount of cooking in the kitchen. If we ever make it out to Steamboat again (which I hope we do), we will definitely try to book with Mark a second time!

The best yet.

We have been to steamboat 6 times in the last three years and this by far was the best place we stayed. Mark was great to deal with, him and his team are true professionals . We had a group of 10 and everybody had plenty of room. The views are spectacular and access to the ski area was super convenient. We will definitely book with them again when we come this summer.

THE BEST!!!

I've been going to Steamboat every year with my family for the past 20+ years. My family and I refuse to stay anywhere else. Mark Bosley is absolutely the best! He's professional, competent, and friendly. He'll do anything he can do make your stay perfect. I almost didn't write this review because I don't want the place to get so popular that I'll need to book it 2 or 3 years in advance. BUT, I just can't help giving praise where praise is due!

Mark Bosley and his staff are true pros. The house is awesome for a ski in/ walk out experience on the champagne powder. We have been coming to the Boat for 20 years and always stay here.

Mountainside Homes was wonderful! Our family felt like we were in the comfort of our own home! Clean, spacious, practical and functional for a hard skiing family that prepares most meals at home. The street and surroundings are quiet and peaceful. Mark and assistants are helpful, kind and follow through with any request to make sure everything is in place. They are so easy to plan a vacation with, very Sweet! They insistent on making your stay perfect. Our family will be back, this is our home in Steamboat!

This was the 15th year our group has spent a week in Mark's wonderful place. As usual, the Chaparral was immaculate, the view superb and the support of the staff was terrific. we will be back for year 16 next year.

March Madness

Our group of 22 once again enjoyed a week of skiing, fellowship and the spectacular accommodations of Mountainside Homes. This spacious duplex, with two of everything, provides the perfect setting for a large diverse group, such as ours, of youngsters and oldsters. A short walk to the slopes (3 mins) is an added bonus and easy on 60+ old legs after a day of skiing. We have been staying at this property whenever we visit Steamboat and will be returning in the future.

Wonderful Week at a Fantastic Property!

We felt fortunate to find this fantastic property to stay at during New Year's week. We had a wonderful week with plenty of snow and skiing, and a great time enjoying this home! The location could not have been more ideal with its proximity to the ski slopes. Being able to walk with our equipment to the slopes made our ski experience so much easier and fun. The amenities at the home, including daily light cleaning service, hairdryers and shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom, full array of cooking utensils and dishes, spacious floor plan, private hot tub, and incredible mountain views, made the week that much more enjoyable! I highly recommend this property!

Perfect ski home.

This home was spectacular. Lots of room and very well supplied with everything. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially families with children.
