This recently refurbished ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a large double bedroom (with an on suite) and a smaller twin bedroom. The apartment has a large lounge ( with a Log Burner for those romantic evenings ) with dining area, off the lounge is a separate modern fitted kitchen, the apartment also has a separate bathroom the apartment also has a large sea facing terrace with a rustic BBQ.
The property also offers complimentary WIFI UK Channels are available ( via android ) there is a large 40in LG flat screen TV a LG BLU RAY/ DVD player and a Bose music system.
The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Mojacar Pueblo just above Plaza Nueva, making available a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops at your finger tips.
The village is renowned for its idyllic Spanish charm, spectacular views and walks. You will find everything you need in the village to ensure you have a great holiday, there is free on street parking ( SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY ) near the property should you have a car. Lovely appartment with Morrocan feel

Lovely 2 bed apartment in the heart of the pueblo with all mod cons. Excellent wi-fi throughout and a new modern kitchen with large fridge/freezer. The village is a dream and a photograph around every corner! The only disappointing thing was there was no view from the modest terrace and no locks on the bathroom doors! Other than that it suited our every need and much better than a dull hotel room.

Fantastic Apartment, everything you need it really is a home from home ! The apartment is easily accessible with on street parking close by and a gentle slope down guides you to the front door, the apartment is spotlessly clean and bed linens and towels are of a high quality! Located in the heart of Mojácar Pueblo this apartment meets all requirements! Thank Simon and his team see you next year ! Wayne, Jackie and the kids

Fatal, no volvería.

Lo primero aclarar que no hay parking después de la reserva me escribieron mail diciendo que el parking estaba sujeto a disponibilidad. Pero no tiene parking , el que anuncian es el parking PÚBLICO de Mojácar. Está a la entrada y para llegar al alojamiento hay que coger el ascensor y andar con las maletas por unas pendientes muy pronunciadas. Lo desaconsejo para familias con niños de silla. Y por supuesto completamente desaconsejado para personas con sillas de ruedas o movilidad reducida. No solo por lo complicado del acceso si no porque el acceso a la casa tiene escalón, el ancho del pasillo es insuficiente y no cuenta con baño adaptado. La casa está a falta de mantenimiento , problemas de humedades, manguera de la ducha, suciedad y polvo acumulado. Las fotos no corresponden exactamente a lo que te encuentras. La azotea es de la vecina y la entrada corresponde al portal. No volvería, además tuvimos un problema con la puerta del baño y el trato dispensado por la persona a cargo de la entrega de la casa fue del todo desagradable. No atienden en español. Falta de información y transparencia sobre la casa.

A pefect find. A spotlessly clean apartment with gorgeous furnishings. Location for the Pueblo is excellent and our host was extremely helpful and inviting. I would highly recommend to anyone.

A magnificent find.

Our first time in Mojacar and we fell in love with the Pueblo. Our host Simon was fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. His apartment is just beautiful and spotlessly clean with amazing furnishings. We loved staying there so much that we booked to go back again this year. A 5 star experience and I would recommend to anyone.

Comfortable apartment, nicely decorated and equipped.

Our host Simon met us on our arrival, including helping us with the luggage, and provided us with an overview of the property. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. It is very well equipped including modern kitchen appliances. The apartment location is good being close to numerous bars and restaurants. Mojacar itself is a very attractive with its narrow streets and white painted houses. Because of limited space parking can be a challenge and you need to be good on hill starts. The only negative for us was noisy neighbours at times, the walls didn't seem to eliminate noise.

Great Apartment

Great apartment, excellent views of the mountains and out to sea. Really well equipped, everything you could possibly need for the perfect holiday. Everything in the apartment is in very good condition, almost like new. The heating is very efficient and so the apartment can be used all year round. Very comfortable beds. Wi-fi works well. Only 2km from the beautiful beaches yet quiet and peaceful. The owner is brilliant, they respond very quickly and positively to any query/question. They also have a very pleasant lady ( Debs) who lives local to the apartment, who does the meet and greet and also deals with any concerns very quickly and efficiently should the owner not be available! Highly recommend! We are coming back!

Perfect in every way

“We had a late flight and arrived about midnight to find Simon waiting to direct us to the apartment. When inside we found that Simon had bought wine, pizza and breakfast to get us started. Simon is a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble, he gave us lots of local information and as we were out looking to buy a property Simon met with us and talked us through the whole process and gave us lots of local contacts who could help. The apartment was spotless, with beautiful furniture and everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. You are central to everything in this quaint old town which has fab bars and restaurants but, you are also only minutes from the beach. We had an amazing week and I can’t wait to go back. I would not hesitate to recommend - you will not be disappointed ! Thanks Simon we will definitely be back soon😀”

Right in the heart of magical Mojacar

In a quiet byway just off the main plaza, the apartment with its big leather sofa offers a hint of indolent luxury. Moroccan hangings evoke the picturesque village`s Arabian heritage - with thoughtful up-to-the-moment facilities all installed. Comfy beds with crisp cotton sheets and touch-button cooking, plus a barbecue for starlit nights on the terraza, make for a pleasant, easygoing, easy-to-run, welcoming holiday home. We loved it and the helpful landlord, always on call, made us feel truly as though among friends.

Stunning apartment in the centre of Mojácar Pueblo

I always use simon’s properties when I have family visiting me in Mojácar, they were here again last year and utter loved the apartment, what with its LG Flat screen TV the Bose music system and the DVD BLU Ray player just to name a few of the amenities available in Simon’s apartments. Mojácar it's such a magical place, the apartment is a whole 20 seconds slow paced walk to the the centre of Mojácar Pueblo. The apartment was immaculately clean, very spacious with elegant furnishings and with everything you need for your holiday. There is also a wonderful terrace with BBQ to enjoy the Spanish nights. The apartment is perfectly positioned up a little street off the main village square which has many restaurants, bars and some lovely shops which are certainly worth a browse! Mojácar Pueblo is the perfect place to come and enjoy a traditional Spanish village with all its beauty, I cannot recommend Simon’s apartment highly enough.

Loved every second!

Lovely comfortable stay in this well equipped apartment for a week. The owner Simon is a great guy, full of knowledge and easy to contact if necessary. Mojacar is a beautiful place with plenty to see and do. Lots of great bars and restaurants both in the village and along the playa. Buses running every half hour to the beach if you don't fancy walking it. Loved our stay here, thanks Simon!

An oasis of tranquility

We stayed in this apartment as a family of four. Ideal place for families, as there is a cosy living room with a smart TV and Netflix. Two bathrooms, kithen is equipped with everything you need. Well maintained and clean. It was very convenient that the apartment is in the heart of the village, everything was within walking distance. Great value for money. Great place, highly recommended!

Estuvimos una semana alojadas. Apartamento muy cómodo para 4 personas. El apartamento está ubicado en El Centro de Mojacar, muy cerca de la plaza nueva. Apartamento muy silencioso y con todo lo necesario para pasar una semana. Simon, nuestro anfitrión, ha sido muy amable y ha estado disponible para cualquier duda que pudiera surgir. Charming well refurbished apartment

A mixture of old Spanish charm with modern bathrooms and kitchen,with everything you could need in the kitchen.Plenty of bars and restaurants within a couple minutes of walk.Lovely village with narrow streets and locals housing and shops.Good evening entertainment in the square.easy access to the seafront busses run every half hour. SImon the owner is a very nice guy with a lot of local knowledge and is easy to contact if needed.

Mojocar Puebelo Accommodation

First time in Mojacar so accommodation high priority. This apartment, with the privacy of 2 separate bathrooms was a real hit. Warm and welcoming situated in a superb spot in the village, clean and resonating charm in every room is a delight. Fantastic flat screen TV with access to a wide range of films was pure magic when needed. Views of the surrounding hills and sea are a real bonus. Simon, the owner, is a warm and friendly fountain of knowledge regarding the village and surrounding areas. Will definitely be returning... thanks Simon.

Fabulous apartment in Mojacar Pueblo.

This is an amazing apartment. Everything you could need is supplied, including beach towels and robes. Beautifully stylish. It is right in the middle of the pueblo and so very close to the bars, restaurants and shops. Good public transport links down to the beach. Simon is a fabulous host and nothing is too much trouble for him. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Mojaca Pueblos

I stayed at Simon's apartment over Christmas and had a great time. The apartment is immaculate and beautifully designed. It had everything I needed and lots more. It is well maintained and has lots of little extra finishing touches i.e bathrobes and slippers. It is a short bus trip to the beach, and as it is located in the centre of the village it is only a few minutes walk to lots of different bars and restaurants. Simon is the perfect host and I will certainly be recommending him and the apartment to my friends and family.

Beautiful apartment

2 bed 2 bath apartment Mojacar Pueblo

The apartment is a beautiful and tasteful conversion and is fully equipped with everything you would require. It is situated above the square in the beautiful village of Mojacar Pueblo within walking distance of all the cafes bars and restaraunts. The owner Simon is a complete gentleman who nothing is too much trouble for, whilst respecting your privacy. I can fully and wholeheartedly recommend this property .

Excellent break in a wonderful property

My Husband and I had the opportunity to stay in Simon's  two bedroom apartment within the stylish Mojica Pueblo in mid February this year. We stayed for 7 nights in the ground floor apartment. The apartment is clean, beautifully decorated and very well furnished. The apartment's interior design features are quite unique, and feature bespoke fixtures and fittings throughout. Also to be found within the apartment is a lovely terrace  which will seat up to six people, which has a partial view of the Mediterranean sea and Mojacar Pueblo its self  it is the perfect place to watch the wonder of the sunrise. The ground floor apartment is again exceptionally clean, and tastefully decorated in modern crisp style, with carefully selected furnishings. The terrace is easily capable of seating six people in comfort, it feels cool and is very private The apartment has a well appointed kitchen with all the expected appliances, the main bedroom has a double queen sized bed with a modern wardrobe and draws, (the on suite features a glass walk in shower). The second bedroom (twin)  has two full sized single beds and again a modern wardrobe. The family bathroom has a lovely walk in shower and everything else one would expect to find. The Lounge is very spacious with a comfortable dining area with a round table seating 4, at the opposite end of the lounge is a 4 seater leather settee and large comfortable leather arm chair. The lounge also has a Log burner for those chilly evenings, off the lounge is the terrace which also has a Spanish BBQ fantastic for those "Al Fresco" evenings The apartment  has a fantastic flat screen TV ( English channels can be obtained via the Internet which is complimentary, also there is a BLU RAY /DVD and a Bose speaker system not to mention a small tablet. Security within the apartment is good, with modern secure locking doors and windows. The location of the apartment  is perfect as the place from which to explore Mojacar pueblo being literally a minutes walk from the centre of this vibrant, exciting and fashionable town. What did make our stay more enjoyable was the high quality of the beds,  bedding, towels, not to mention the cosy dressing gowns and comfy slippers the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates on our arrival made it complete. Thank you Simon we will return.
