Casa Orangina is an elegant and welcoming apartment that is part of an historic villa. It sleeps four people. From Casa Orangina you will enjoy a characteristic view of the nearest building. Casa Orangina is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a small private terrace, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Modica, a few steps from restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Casa Orangina from the street level going up a route that includes approximately 47 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Orangina you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Living Room
The living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the small terrace with a view of the courtyard and of the surrounding houses through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window.
Mezzanine Level
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it from the climbing a wooden staircase with 12 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The ceiling is frescoed.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
