Located in the heart of the 3 valleys ski area at Le Hameau du Mottaret, this is a stunningly refurbished apartment located over two floors. The apartment has been awarded the prestigious "Label Meribel" for 8 people, by the tourist office. This Quality label is awarded to only a few apartments or chalets, which meet a very high standard of cosiness, decoration & mountain touch.
FEATURES
There are 3 bedrooms with brand new zip and link beds. It also has a two bed 'attic' room which is ideal for kids.
It has two bathrooms and a separate loo. There is a 36 inch TV with DVD, an electric fire, a fully equipped kitchen (with a Nespresso machine) and ski boot warmers / dryers.
LOCATION
The apartment block is serviced with an elevator and gives direct access to the piste - ski in / ski out. 50m from the apartment there is a small shopping arcade with a supermarket (fresh bread and pastries daily), a selection of ski-hire shops and restaurants. There is also a free gondola service 25m walk from the apartment which will take you to the centre of Mottaret.

Should you wish, we can arrange to make up the beds before your arrival.
THURSDAY - THURSDAY (Saturday to Saturday in February)
We let the apartment from Thursday to Thursday to avoid the Saturday rush! This is flexible over Christmas and New year and in February we do Saturday to Saturday to coincide with the holidays.

Comfortable Apartment in Great Location

Comfortable Apartment in Great Location. Get the Chalets gondla (outsode the aparmtnet) to Motterat centre or ski there from right outside the front door. Good communication from Tom. We enjoyed our stay and would reccomend.

Superb!

We had a magical week skiing from the chalet. Fantastic location that looks out over the piste and mountains. Awesome, well equipped chalet. We loved every minute of our stay.

Great stay

We had a fantastic stay in this gorgeous apartment. Well kitted out kitchen, and comfy beds. The apartment is brilliantly located, easy ski in and out, ski rental shop around the corner as well as the Carrefour Montagne supermarket, and the lift down to the centre of Mottaret. We have skied in the 3 Valleys for many years and have used hotels and other rental apartments over the years, and would definitely love to come back to stay again!

Fantastic Ski in / out property in the heart of the 3 vallees

Great apartment - had everything we needed for perfect weeks skiing. Ski / boot locker in apartment block ground floor, easy parking on street outside. Free ‘Chalet’ lift 2mins walk to give access down to Motteret center but several bars / restaurants & Carrefour supermarket within few mins walk of apartment. Will be back!

Perfect Stay

Fantastic apartment right next to the slopes. Perfect ski-in/ski-out with boot warmer in the apartment & ski locker downstairs. Beautifully furnished with everything you need. Tom was extremely helpful & quick to reply. Would highly recommend. Best part of the 3Valleys too with quick access everywhere.

Another Excellent Stay

Our second time at this apartment and it didn’t disappoint. We had a wonderful week with two families (and granny)! Comfy beds, fab showers and an awesome location. Perfect! The host is super helpful and the ski area spot on for a mixed group. Didn’t want to leave! Thanks again.

Great Apartment

We really had a great stay at Tom's place. Two families with two kids so six of us in total. Excellent location which included lockers for skis and helmets etc. and a boot warmer closet within the apartment. Very comfortable and it overlooks the piste so always something to look at if it's a late start of the slopes or early back from a day's skiiing. Would definitely return!

A fantastic apartment in a brillant location

We are a family of 5 adults and stayed for a 1 week ski holiday. The apartment is very tastefully decorated in the local style and was spacious for 5 adults. The facilities are really good and very well equiped kitchen. The apartment was clean when we arrived. The views are amazing with excellent ski in/out access located directly on the green perdrix piste. This is the 3rd time we have been back to Mottaret and this is the best apartment we have stayed in. We hope to be back again next year.

Perfect ski vacation stay

This was an absolutely perfect place to stay for two families with children. The chalet is cosy, not large, but perfectly situated, with everything you would need for a substantial stay (we stayed 10 days). The kids loved the loft plus separate bedroom for themselves. The location is amazing, not just as a true ski-in ski-out, but also due to the pedestrian gondola down to the city center, the supermarket that has everything you need for a stay, restaurants, ski rentals and lift ticket office--all within a literal 2 minute walk. If you want to get on the slope quickly, the chalet has excellent access to all 3 valleys being somewhat higher up the mountain than in Meribel proper. Finally, Tom the owner is wonderfully responsive, kind, and accommodating in every way. Can't think of a single drawback--don't hesitate to book!

A perfect Getaway

We loved staying at this gorgeous apartment in meribel Mottaret. It is extremely well located with ski in ski out access, and close to a supermarket as well. Its also very close to a gondola to take you down to the main part of town and easily accessible to the free local shuttle so you can visit all areas of the Meribel Valley easily. The apartment itself is really well appointed - kitchen has everything that you would need. We ate in quite a few times. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed and the beds are super comfortable with crisp white linen. The heating is great - we were always warm. There is a fantastic ski boot heater cupboard in the apartment which was a really nice surprise and meant warm dry boots every day. Great washer/ dryer as well which when staying for a while is a great addition. And the apartment itself is so beautifully decorated with so many lovely touches - it was really a perfect home away from home. Tom was a fantastic host, both answering all our questions before we arrived and very quick to fix a few small things that we needed whilst at the property. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect holiday in beautiful Meribel.

Fantastic apartment in great location

Apartment is exactly as promised. I have stayed in Le Hameau du Mottaret before and so new what to expect (fairly small apartments but great location). This apartment is by far the nicest I have stayed in Le Hameau and perfectly located close to the shops, gondola to village, and ski slopes. It is large by Le Hameau standards and yes can sleep 8 if you have two small kids (who will be totally excited by the loft bedroom) but is probably best for a group of 4-6. The apartment really feels like a family home-from-home and is beautifully decorated, not sterile like a typical vacation rental property. There is ample closet space and storage and two shower/bath rooms and separate toilet to cope with a large family. The owner was easy to contact and work with, quickly responding to questions I had before our trip. And did I mention the location? Right at the top of Meribel Mottaret the apartment has a view of the ski slopes and perfectly located in the center of the 3 valley's ski area.

L’appartement est très bien situé, à la sortie du téléphérique du Chalet, à l’arpasson du hameau.Il est très joliment décoré, tout est fonctionnel et en très bon état. Le seul bémol est que l’appartement est pour 6 adultes et 2 enfants et non 8 adultes. En effet deux chambres sont en mezzanines et ouvertes l’une sur l’autre. Il y a beaucoup de rangement mais tout est un peu exiguë pour 8 adultes.Et même si l’appartement était propre il y avait de la poussière sous les lits et derrières les portes.. quand on est allergique, on y est sensible.

Séjour sans accrocs, tout à été très simple et clair pour l'accès.L'Appartement est spatieux avec de belles prestations pour un logement de montagne.3 chambres réelles dont une de 4 qui convient pour deux adultes avec deux enfants ou 3 adultes pour être confortables.Séjour spatieux et deux salle de bains à disposions, c'est top.Accès ski au pied super facile vers meribel mottaret.Je recommande sans soucis ce logement.

Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig! Kochutensilien alle da - es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser waren für alle in allen Variationen genug vorhanden. Kochgeschirr, Auflaufformen, Schüsseln - alles vorhanden. Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Nespresso-Maschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster - alles da! Die Betten waren komfortabel, die Heizungen haben funktioniert, Licht auch genug vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief auch im Vorfeld wirklich super. Insgesamt eine Super-Wohnung in toller Lage mit direktem Blick auf die Piste - Top!Nur die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft war schlecht - es war nicht zu erkennen, was der Putzdienst gemacht hat. Wir haben alles selber durchgeputzt - danach konnten wir den Urlaub wirklich genießen. Es schien so, als ob wir die ersten Gäste der Saison waren... (der Kühlschrank ist jetzt sauber ;))

Wunderschönes Appartment direkt an der Piste

das Appartement von Tom liegt im Herzen im kleinen Ort Mottaret von Meribel, direkt an der Skipiste, welche einen sofortigen Anschluss zu den Gondeln und Liften hat und euch den optimalen Start in euren Skitag beschert! Das Appartement ist mit voller Liebe eingerichtet worden - cozy und modern zugleich. Wir waren hin und weg! Der Balkon, der einen direkten Blick auf die Piste hat, lädt dazu ein, ein kühles Bier am Nachmittag zu sich zu nehmen und das Treiben auf der Piste zu beobachten. Der Supermarkt ist 5 Gehminuten vom Appartement entfernt, sodass ihr euer Baguette jeden Tag frisch kaufen könnt. Egal was war, Tom hat sofort helfen können (für uns war das Finden des Appartements etwas tricky aber mit telefonischer Anleitung von Tom schnell gefunden). Als Tipp für euch: um euer Auto ent- und im Anschluss wieder beladen zu können, könnt ihr vor dem Eingang des Skikellers parken und euer Gepäck bequem den Fahrstuhl hochschicken. Das hat uns viele, viele Meter erspart! Der Aufenthalt war super, wir empfehlen das Appartement von Tom sehr gerne weiter!

My family have owned this property for 35 years and this year we have totally refurbished it to make it comfortable, stylish and somewhere you would really like to spend time. It is perfect for anything up to 3 couples or 2 couples and 4 children. We have put in an awesome attic room which kids would love and the lift takes you right down to the slopes. We are less than 50m to local shops and restaurants and if you would prefer we can arrange to have all the beds made up to your specification with towels for your stay so you don't have to worry. It really is a great apartment.
