Villa Lavanda B is a welcoming two-story apartment that is part of a villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Villa Lavanda B you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. Villa Lavanda B is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 8 km (5 miles) from Sorano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles). You will reach Villa Lavanda B from the parking area along a short route that cuts through the garden and has no stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Lavanda B you will need a car. You will be able to park it in a reserved parking space.

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the hills. You will share the pool with guests staying at another nearby apartment. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the beginning of October.
Garden
The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. You will share the garden with guests staying at another nearby apartment.
 Ground FloorLiving Room
You will be able to enter the living room from the garden. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings include an armchair. There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate four guests.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the garden.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
First FloorBedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
The second bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
