Dear Justin, Thank you for taking the time to review our accommodation. Your feedback is valuable to us, as we strive to improve with each and every stay. It took us by surprise that you had such a bad experience staying with us, as during all these years it's the first time we have received such a feedback. Concerning the cleaning of the plunge pools, that are set to a constant temperature of 28-30 degrees Celsius we always keep track of the Chlorine and PH levels as we are obligated to follow all the universal standards. They are cleaned carefully and thoroughly every day for everyone's safety, in order to keep the water at the highest quality possible. Our room cleaning service is daily. However you made very clear that you didn't want anyone inside the house. You did agree though, for the daily cleaning of the plunge pool. Although you didn't want daily cleaning service indoors, the terrace and the outdoors plunge pool were cleaned every morning. You also mentioned that we were rude, when all we did was to urge you to meet a doctor as skin bumps might be a symptom of several different factors such as sun or flower allergies etc. Then we simply asked you to send us the doctor's medical report. Which we never received. The thing that surprised us the most was when you said that you reached out to us before leaving a review to give us a chance to address the issue.. We are still not understanding your point. Taking into consideration the reviews we have received since 2013 it is pretty clear that we are doing our best to assure that our guests will have a great stay and you are no exception.
