Stunning in design and location, this incredible holiday home is waiting for you!

Duplex Villa Kora features two compleately separate floors/apartments that can be rented out both as the entire house for up to 12 guests or each floor individually for groups of 6.

Just 70m from the sea relax in style on one of Croatia's most famous islands.
We invite you to come and experience the magical enchantment of the island Korcula with a stay at this stunning holiday home.

With a spacious double bedroom, elegant twin room, stylish bathroom with a shower and a stunning open plan living and dining area with kitchen, it has absolutely everything you need for your stay.
It has a gorgeous outdoor siting area, featuring jacuzzi and lounge chairs.. All that just 70 meters from the sea.

Relax in style on one of Croatia's most famous islands.

Note: our neighbor is building a house this Year 2024/2025. No worries, all construction will STOP for the season from June to Oktober. We will post new pictures from the terrace as soon as they are done.

Neighborhood :
Located in Lumbarda this luxury holiday home is perfectly situated close enough to the historic medieval town of Korcula (5km), but far enough so you can relax and unwind away from the tourist buzz.
With a big choice of beaches in Lumbarda whether is sandy, pebbled or rocky getaways, the location is perfect for ultimate relaxation.
Wander through the small streets full of Dalmatian charm where time stands still. Drink coffee or sip wine watching the gorgeous Croatian sunsets.
Talking about wine's Lumbarda is very known for that too. Famous Grk white wine is produced locally. Enjoy wine tasting experience at the number of family run wineries.

Nearest airport is in Dubrovnik and it is 140 km from Lumbarda, but there is a very good, conection with an Island. You can take a fast catamaran from Dubrovnik city to Korcula town or simply book a transfer directly from the airport to the house (Korkyra info).

If you prefer to visit us with a car no problem you have 3 outside parking places plus a big garage.

We had a lovely stay at villa Kora. The apartment exceeds the description - it is spacious (plenty of room for us as a family of 5); well equipped for us to self cater for 11 days and excellent location - a short walk to swimming spots and local restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Korcula town and supermarkets. The air con and fans were ideal.on the hottest days so we were comfortable throughout our stay. The terrace was great and the hot tub a real luxury! Ivana met us upon arrival, with clear communications before we arrived and was quick to respond to any questions that arose during our stay.Overall we would highly recommend and would definitely book again if we return to Korcula.

Schöne Unterkunft, zu empfehlen

Alles in allem ist es eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe des tollen Strandes. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und alles schnell und super geklärt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Wunderschöner Sommerurlaub

Das Haus war einfach toll, wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft ist zwar etwas kostspieliger, aber auch lohnenswert. Man kann einfach super entspannen, egal ob tagsüber auf der Terrasse oder abends im Whirlpool. Wenn man dann doch einmal raus möchte findet man viele tolle Bademöglichkeiten oder Restaurants. Unsere persönliche Empfehlungen sind die Bucht Zitna und die Restaurants Konoba More, die Pizzaria Torkul und das Konoba Diva Faustina! Im Endeffekt war es ein toller Urlaub, mit einer unglaublich netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin, sowie einer super Unterkunft! Einfach nur empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Kora

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist eins der schönsten, wenn nicht das schönste Haus in der Gegend. Es ist absolut gepflegt und sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden wöchentlich gewechselt. Im Haus findet man alles, was man braucht sowohl in der Küche als auch sonst (WLAN, Samsung TV, Whirlpool etc.) Ivana, die Besitzerin, ist supernett und in allen Bereichen hilfsbereit. (Durch eine Verspätung der Autofähre trafen wir erst um 22.15 Uhr am Haus ein .... Ivana hat nicht nur auf uns gewartet, sondern sogar noch einen Tisch im Restaurant für uns reserviert. Nochmal vielen Dank dafür!) Trotz Hauptsaison ist es in Lumbarda nicht überfüllt und die Insel Korcula und besonders das glasklare Meer unbeschreiblich schön. Das Essen war in den Restaurants, die wir besucht haben, sehr gut und nicht zu teuer. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Roger&Familie

Perfect Villa for a week long relaxation holiday

Due to limited times on the ferry, myself and 4 others arrived several hours earlier than planned for check-in, however the lovely host Ivana was happy to go out of her way to accomodate us early and allow us into the residence. Everything was exactly as described, and in some cases we were surprised by how much better the Villa was in person than some photos showcased. All of the beds were comfortable, the living room was gorgeous and the kitchen was truly amazing, with absolutely everything already catered for (minus food of course). The outside balcony area was the perfect spot to catch the sun whilst still having the perfect amount of shade when needed, and needless to say the hottub was lovely. The closest supermarket to get food was approximately 15 minutes walk away, around the same location as a series of restaurants. One recommendation for this area; you can rent out a little boat for 8 hours for 450 Kuna, approx £50. Having this for 8 hours does allow you to go and visit all the uninhabited islands just off the coast, allowing for some amazing sights and landscapes to be seen. Beware of Sea Urchins though! All in all a truly great experience to the island and the perfect villa to accommodate that experience. Thanks Ivana.

Very pleasant stay

We spent a weak in Lumbarda with our 2 children in this nice and very well equipped house. The area is quiet, the house very comfortable. Ivana has been very reactive in our exchanges and very helpful. We definitely recommend to stay there!

Vila Kora – Luxury Holiday Home: Upon arriving in Lumbarda we were greeted by our host Ivana. Ivana took us through the house showed us everything and made us feel right at home. The house is very well located on a quiet street but close to the downtown area of Lumbarda (about a 15 minute walk). The home was very well appointed with all of the amenities you need, just like if you were at home. The apartment is very new and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the living room and kitchen areas were also very spacious. There is a nice veranda outside with shade and sun, whichever you prefer. There is no air-conditioning in the bedrooms but the temperature at night goes down so you can open the windows and it makes for comfortable sleeping. We did not have a car, but if you do have one there is a garage you can use and there is also a laundry room if need be. We stayed six nights and were very happy here. We would definitely recommend this home for a nice vacation in Lumbarda. Thank you for everything Ivana.
