Our farmhouse is located in the countryside, still wild and not very populated, in an area rich in history and traditions.
It is an old farmhouse, renovated and divided into 3 independent apartments. AUTUMN with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is the largest of the 3. Entirely on the ground floor, it is suitable for guests with disabilities. It is very functional and comfortable, spacious and furnished in Tuscan style, with ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta tiles on practically every surface. The kitchen, habitable and equipped, has a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, stove, fridge, electric coffee, mocha, crockery... The bathrooms all have a hairdryer. AUTUMN, like the other apartments, has a table and its own BBQ on the lawn near the entrance. Shared washing machine available on request. In the old barn recently renovated and used as a common room, you will have free and unlimited Wi-Fi (even in the pool area). In summer, you can relax in the swimming pool, equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas, surrounded by a well-kept natural lawn full of flowers. A large gazebo with table will allow you to dine outdoors from June to September. In the completely fenced garden there is a ping pong table. Pets are allowed here without any restrictive rules, good manners are enough! You can also bring your horse which will be hosted in our facilities.
The owner, an environmental equestrian guide, will be happy to accompany you on walks or small treks... Or let you experience the thrill of a cowboy's work, moving our limousine herd of cows to the various pastures of the farm.
By booking the entire farmhouse (adding our 2 units WINTER-Hait8709269 and SPRING hait8710767 or both), you will have the freedom to enjoy a peaceful holiday with your friends or relatives.
