A hallway leads to the bedrooms: the master bedroom boasts a double bed and a private ensuite, while the second double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a stylish family bathroom. For your comfort, the villa is fully air-conditioned, with the cost included in your stay.The outdoor areas are truly a highlight, offering multiple spaces to lounge and take in the serene surroundings. The pool terrace and private garden, located at the rear of the villa, are equipped with sun loungers and parasols—ideal for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. A wonderful place to relax, the villa has all the amenities, including a swimming pool in the yard with clean water and all the beach essentials for a pleasant stay. We would happily visit the cottage again.

The house was much more beautiful than in the photos! It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for relaxing, and just a short walk to a local shop for anything you might need. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a family getaway, I highly recommend this as the ideal spot.

Positives: location, views, property size, water pressure, AC.Areas for improvement: the villa needs some money spending on it as it's very tired, eg, kitchen units falling apart, no basic supplies provided, garden needs weeding and tidying, pool filter not working, light switches very random in living area, various things that don't make for a truly great stay.

I was, however, somewhat surprised by the concerns mentioned in your review. Apart from the issue with the swimming pool upon your arrival—which was caused by strong winds that day and promptly addressed as soon as it was brought to our attention—none of the other matters raised were reported during your week-long stay. Nevertheless, we took your comments seriously and carried out the necessary checks with the property owners. Following these investigations, we were unable to identify any issues that would normally warrant particular concern. That said, we fully respect that every guest evaluates their experience according to their own expectations. While we may not always share the same assessment, we sincerely appreciate all feedback, as it allows us to review and improve our services. We would also note that, had these concerns been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have been more than happy to address them promptly and ensure your complete satisfaction. Perfect stay

The Villa Majestic is an unassuming property in an idyllic location very close to the beach in a small village. The property lends itself well to families and is well equipped for every day use. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone looking to experience Cyprus away from the larger towns.

Ideal for spending a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle. The equipment of the villa, especially of the kitchen, is complete and leaves nothing to be desired. The location is ideal with wonderful views of the sunset over the sea.

Wonderful place for people who love a quiet place.

The location was excellent right overlooking the sea. The villa was nicer than in the photos. Price Performance excellent. The beach was fine, the environment was quiet with agriculture. The pool was okay. In the garden behind the house you could relax well, especially under the beautiful lemon tree. Nice also the seat in front of the house on the veranda with the evening sun. We would definitely come back.

Spacious villa, located right next to the beach. Exclusive swimming pool. A large terrace with a table, a smaller viewing terrace with a coffee table. A big plus for families with small children is the possibility of closing the gates to limit the possibility of children walking to the pool area. You can see the passage of time, but there is nothing to complain about the price

Lovely quiet vila right next to a great beach

What a lovely spot for a holiday villa down a quiet road and just a minutes walk to the beach. After a couple of issues that were quickly sorted out by the owners, we had a lovely holiday here. The free air conditioning was a major plus as temperatures were above 32c every day. Villa Majestic has a lovely large open plan living area, plus three good-sized bedrooms leading off it. At the front is a charming veranda with comfy chairs, perfect for sitting in the shade or watching the amazing sunsets from. Agia Marina is about a 15-20 minute drive in to Polis or just 10 minutes from the stunning harbour at Pomos, which is great for swimming and snorkelling in clear, calm waters.

séjour très agréable

villa très agréable, vue sur mer avec très beau coucher de soleil..mais tubes de béton aussi.. la piscine à été très agréable, à partir du moment ou elle a été nettoyer,soit 8 jours après notre arrivée voiture indispensable, on ne peut pas se baigner sur place. Par contre plus dans le local et moins dans le tourisme

Being a Sofronios’ guest is pleasure - the house is super comfortable and very well equipped - you have everything you could need during your stay and even more. It is very spacious and clean as well and from it’s two terraces you can admire the lovely sea view. The house is located in a very quiet area with a beach just across a meadow. All the necessary information were provided before our arrival so that we had no problems with finding the property. We strongly recommend Sofronios as a host - you’ll not be disappointed!”

This is a gem of a find if you seek the quietness of glorious Cyprus.

This is a gem of a find if you seek the quietness of glorious Cyprus. Picturesque views of the mountains behind the villa, and beach directly in front of villa. The photos don't do it justcie. It is much bigger than shown, and I have to say the magnificent scent of the lemon tree in the back is a huge part of the experience. For a few days we swam in the pool (a little cold at first) but welcomed relief from the baking heat (mid April) took the boat trip to the Blue lagoon with idilic turqoise waters for swimming, and even hired our own boat. The mountains just behind are stunning to visit and there is Mylo's restautrant not too far with delicious Cypriot food.You definitely need a car, which rental at the airport is cheap enough. The local bakery does delicious pastries and Cyprus coffee.Not for those who seek the town life or people and music since you are on your own no neighbours bar one, but the walls are high enough to still feel tucked away.A definite must for families needing to just unwind relax and venture into wild Cyprus.A visit to Krykkos monastery a good 2 hour but incredibly picturesque route with mountain goats and lizards along the way is a must! Not to mention all the winery's with free tastings!The only negative was that in front of the house in the grassland before the beach, it seems they may have been doing some maintenance works, so there are some pipes which is a bit of an eye-sore, but the beauty and charm of the place forgive such trivialities!

Das Haus ist sauber, es ist gut eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Jedoch entdeckt man beim zweiten hinsehen doch kleinere Mängel/Schäden (Türen am Badschrank hängt schief, Duschvorhang notdürftig aufgehängt, etc...). Alles in allem schönes Haus in toller ruhiger Lage, aber man könnte mehr daras machen.

I stayed two weeks at Villa Majestic and everything was wonderful, quiet and out of the way, the sea very close and with little people, and the villa is spacious with two terraces where you can see the sunset and an intimate pool with a lemon which helped us a lot with his shadow. A great location where we will return with great pleasure. Thank you.
