We offer you a relaxing stay between sea and culture just 20 minutes by train from Rome. Marina di San Nicola is the residential hamlet of the Municipality of Ladispoli and is managed by a private consortium with security guard by means of video surveillance and fixed guards active 24 hours a day. At about 10 km lies the Etruscan necropolis of Cerveteri, the most impressive of all of Etruria and one of the most monumental in the Mediterranean world. Wander the streets of the "City of the Dead", which came in their homes and take a journey through time thanks to multimedia installations.
The train, instead, will allow you to reach the station of Rome St. Peter in just 20 minutes and with a few minutes more travel the main railway stations of the capital, Rome Trastevere, Rome Ostiense, Rome Termini.
With the car, in just 30 minutes, you can reach "Aquafelix", the largest water park in central Italy, where you will spend a super fun day among slides, music and relaxation!

N. b .: The guests' access to the bedrooms will be proportional to the number of people declared in the booking (the base price refers to 2 rooms and a maximum of 4 people), therefore, for example, the booking for three persons access to only two bedrooms and the third bedroom will be closed if you want the availability of the third room you will have to pay the supplement.
ECO FRIENDLY: guests are required to differentiate their waste, subdividing them between: wet, undifferentiated waste, plastic and cans, glass, paper and cardboard.
The apartment is equipped with internal baskets for the collection that will then have to be emptied in the bins located outside the apartment.
