Authentic apartment with hidraulic style floors, balconies facing exterior and 8 sqm terrace. Ideal for couples or families who would like to experience living like a local in a quiet and comfortable space.THE SPACE:You will feel like a real local in this 110 m2 typical and authentic flat from the beginning of the 20th century. The large terrace will let you enjoy the sun of Barcelona with your group or family. Furthermore this apartment has 2 balconies allowing a nice ventilation and also offering natural light inside. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed + 1 single bed with AC

Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed + 1 single bed with AC

All rooms are equipped with central heating for winter. All the bedrooms have storage space.FACILITIES:1 Full Bathroom (with WC, bidet and bathtub)

The location is fantastic and central. Lots of space to spread out, kid friendly too.The host was perfectly prompt and helpful. Kitchen is modest but neighborhood cafes and restaurants are where you’ll want to go anyway! The air conditioning is also a big plus here in August.

Great location and value

We just had one quick night in Barcelona before flying home, and this apartment worked out well. Communication and check-in were easy and the location is convenient. There were only 2 of us so we had much more space than needed but the cost was less than nearby hotels for the night.

Amazing apartment!

My daughter and I were blown away by how spacious and well appointed this rental was! It can sleep up to 8 people, so it was huge for 2 but oh so nice! The location was perfect, a quick walk to anything we wanted to do. Dani made the check in process so easy. We would absolutely recommend this place!!

Right in the Mix

Our family of four (kids 12 and 15) called the flat ‘home’ for six nights. The location within Barcelona could not have been better. We walked and took the Metro everywhere. Airy and sunny, the top floor unit offered great views to both the street and inner courtyard. Smooth check-in (despite us arriving late at night). Older finishes (amazing stonework on the floors) were all part of the charm.

If you are planning to visit Barcelona, this place is ideal. If your checklist includes ideal location, big space, close proximity to everything, major public transports close by, clean, views, and perfect communication and check in, then this is the place for you. If you are looking for entertainment at home, then not so much, only saying this because I took my parents and they were tired after walking and exploring for hours, wanted to relax at home end of the evening and were bored. Then again you are in Barcelona and should be out and about exploring, eating, and drinking, which is what we ended up doing.

Barcelona Eixample Apartment

Great location, walking distance to tourist sites, restaurants and grocery stores. Check in process was excellent, we did call soon after arrival regarding a broken shower head, they sent someone to fix it first thing the next day. Nice layout, including a small patio. The apartment fixtures are rather dated, and the kitchen was small. Also some of the furniture consisted of stacks of books with pieces of wood laid across them as shelves (the books were a bit musty too). That being said if you are looking for a handy base from which to explore Barcelona and will be spending the majority of your time out and about this is a great option.

Very good stay

This apartment has a prime location walkable to Gracia, Gothic, Born. Metro nearby. The apartment building is very quiet. The living area is comfortable, the kitchen even has a knife sharpener, a rarity in the vacation apartment world. The back porch was nice and air moved very well through the space with the windows open. I like an older place with less IKEA furnishings. The elevator was out for upgrade maintenance but we managed the 117 stair steps. Wifi worked great. The hot water heater needed a reset but the managers sent maintenance the same morning to set it right. Would stay here again.

Great location, false advertising

I could talk about the smelly laundry machines, or the dusty sheets, but the biggest issue was simply it’s advertised that it can sleep 8, but that is a stretch of the highest order. At most most most, 5 people and 2 people are going to be sleeping uncomfortably on a pull out bed, some of the pull out beds were broken and others had no sheets. What I will say is that the location is really really nice, but that is about it in terms of pros for the stay.

That place is stunning. It’s HUGE. There is so much space and beautiful views on both sides of the house. The location is absolutely perfect to walk everywhere. The noise from the road is the only negative, but still 10/10 worth it in my opinion. We can’t thank H2O enough for this gorgeous home!

Apartment extra spacious - more roomy than we expected. It is very centrally located, close to many attractions making it easy to get around and feels authentic. The tile floors are fabulous and there are great views from the balconies. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would recommend it. We’d stay there again!

I would 100% recommend this spot to anybody. The apartment has a beautiful classic Spanish style. It is very spacious and in an excellent neighborhood. Check in was smooth and H2O made sure that everything was tip top for our stay. It really was a great treat!

We (six friends) spent a few days in Barcelona and are very happy to have chosen this beautiful flat. It very much fulfilled all our expectations and needs. We felt very comfortable spending time in the apartment and liked the terrace very much. It was very useful that it has two toilets. The location was perfect: the metro "Passeig de Gracia" was near and therefore everything could be reached easily. H2O Hospitality were very reliable hosts. Within a very short time, any potential question will be answered, and also in great detail: they know very much about Barcelona and you will have plenty of recommendations to check out. All in all, we had a very beautiful time!

It was really a nice place very authentic. Our only problem was I had a metal bed spring coming out of the mattress poking me all night.

I am really surprised to hear that you mention about the mattress as they are certainly very new. I change them every year.
