Close to restaurants, activities, and beautiful walks including a neighboring bird estuary.

We love Marco Island This unit is on the end and a beautiful sunny view of the beach The unit is clean and very nice We were very thankful to stay at a place that is Reasonable and feels like home

Fantastic views on Marco Island

We really enjoyed our stay on Marco Island for the month of November 2023. The condo was great. It was on the 17th floor. There is a large parking garage right next to the complex. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The sunsets were amazing. The large balcony wrapped around to the bedroom areas. All the appliances worked well. The kitchen area is compact with nice finishes and appliances. There was a large smart TV in the living area. Cable was available but we also brought our own firestick to access our online subscriptions. This was a working vacation for my husband. The internet was good and adequate for our use. The master bedroom has access to the balcony. The king bed was comfortable. The master bath is attached and has a small separate area for the shower and toilet. There was a good sized (not walk in) closet in the master bedroom and a large dresser. There is a second full bathroom accessed off the hallway. The second bedroom had a murphy bed and desk area. It also had access to the balcony. The washer and dryer were not in the condo but located down the hallway in a separate laundry area. The complex has a pool, gym, and pickleball/tennis courts. The owner’s communication was prompt and complete. We would rent this property again if we return to the area.

Wonderful and relaxing!

We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful condo. The views and sunsets are breathtaking. The pool is one of the best we've been in - spacious and always the perfect temperature! We were there during a quiet month and it was so relaxing. Neighbors were all very welcoming. We have traveled for years, months at a time, and you will not find a better host than Paul. Every text was immediately answered and he went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as it could possibly be. Thank you for sharing your lovely home, it was truly a blessing!

Don’t want to give away our secret paradise🌴

This place is paradise. We had so much fun and the people are incredibly friendly, the condo is beautiful and completely set up. Owner very responsive to our needs. Extra bonus were the tennis and Pickleball courts. Pickleball was a blast. Our home away from home. Thank you Paul and Anne!!

Merveilleux séjour!

Nous avons séjourné pour une première fois à cet emplacement. Très bien situé, à seulement quelques pas de la plage. Tout était identique à l’annonce. La cuisine avait tout le nécessaire dont nous avions besoin. La vue spectaculaire du Golf du Mexique et que dire de nos spectacles quotidiens à tous les soirs: Nos splendides couchers de soleil!🌅WOW! Amazing condo and view!

This is the second year we stayed at this condo and loved it even more. The new windows, deck doors and outdoor furniture made the ocean view even more amazing. Definitely recommend.

Perfect location!

Marco Island is a beautiful unspoiled enclave in SW Florida. This property offers incredible views and you are just steps from the beach! Shops, restaurants and many amenities are within walking distance. The owner is very responsive and made our stay very easy.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful month at this Marco Island condo. Paul and Ann obviously take pride in their home/rental and were quickly accessible foe any questions we may have had upon arrival or during our time. The unit was very clean, bright, and stocked with sheets, towels, beach chairs and kitchen necessities all making it convenient to travel and just settle right in to our stay. The gulf view is unobstructed and beautiful with a spacious wrap around deck. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent Condo

Great views on Marco Island. Nice property, parking, beach access. Condo was nicely furnished, TV and WiFi worked well. Very comfortable bed. Working with owner and VRBO was a good process. Owner was responsive to all our questions and made us feel comfortable as we had never rented from VRBO before.

Wonderful stay

This is the second year we have spent a month at this condo.It is very well maintained! One of the best that we've stayed in! Comfy, cozy, clean, nicely furnished & fully equipped! The owners were very nice to work with and very attentive! We are looking to come back in 2021.THANKS!!!!!!!

We spent the month of December. The sunsets and views are spectacular! Had everything we needed. The condo was beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Owner quick to respond.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo very much. The view is great and we love the light, contemporary feel of the furnishings. I hear an upgrade to the kitchen will be coming soon-that will be great! There are a few things mentioned in an earlier comment about the guest room toilet and the sliding glass and screen doors, but these are minor. The WiFi in the main area was very poor and we were unable to watch any Netflix or Amazon Prime programs on the nice big-screen tv or use our iPads while in that area. However, the WiFi was good in both bedrooms so this is probably an easy fix. The landlords are very responsive and great to work with. We’re looking forward to our next stay!

Oceanfront location is perfect for beach walking and sunset watching! Very convenient to many restaurants! Condo is clean well furnished. Kitchen needs to be updated.

Outstanding in every way!

The location of the condo is great for walking, biking, or enjoying the beach. There are many nice eating places (including an awesome little bagel shop) close by, and a Winn-Dixie grocery store is a mile or so away. The covered parking is a big plus, as is the beautiful pool area. The condo is very nicely furnished, and viewing the sunset from the lounger on the balcony was a highlight of the day. The owner, Paul, was great to work with. He was very responsive and let us move in a few days early, which we very much appreciated! We had a great time while staying at this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Marco Island. It is a fantastic condo. Thank you to the Pedersen's for allowing us to rent your awesome condo! Hopefully we can do it again next year!!

Our Marco Trip 2018

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this unit for the month of April and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location was perfect. We had great views of both the ocean and city life at sunset. The condo was well kept, clean, and spacious, however, some things remained a little outdated. We did also experience some inconvenience with the water being turned off for multiples hours during the day, due to South Seas Tower maintenance, and no fault of the owner. However, the owners, Paul and Anne, graciously compensated us for this inconvenience. Which was not expected, but very much appreciated. Overall, we would recommend this unit to our friends and family and would love the opportunity to be able to stay there again.

Wish we could stay next year but it's not available

Very spacious and clean. The XX12 end units are very desirable as the outside area is huge. The the XX12 units and have a great sunset view while the XX11s are somewhat restricted. The unit has been upgraded and works really well. The kitchen is a bit tight. That's not a criticism just a comment. The kitchen does face the afternoon sun and can become extremely warm. Here's a hint: we taped aluminum foil over the kitchen windows and cut the heat load significantly. Before you rent it, make sure that the owners have replaced the handles on the sliding doors. (Not a big deal just a nuisance.) The unit includes all the beach goodies you could ever want. Since you're staying for a month would recommend joining Resident's Beach Club. Well worth the $140. Chickee huts, great food at a reasonable price. Fish on Friday evenings.

Beauty with a view

The condo was beautiful inside with a perfect view of all aspects of Crescent and Tigertail beaches. We found the condo clean, comfortable and attractively furnished. The new flooring is stunning and easy to clean. All the appliances were new and worked very well. The beach cart with chairs, cooler, umbrella etc. was perfect for our trips to the beach. This condo met all of needs and made our stay in Marco Island very enjoyable. Suggestions: repair or replace sink in kitchen rather than using tape. A comfort height toilet would be nice in the second bathroom. A comfortable chair and ottoman could be added to the living room. Patio doors and screens could operate more smoothly. We look forward to returning next year!

We decided years ago that we would eventually winter in Florida in retirement and searched for over 5 years for the right place. This condo fulfilled our wish to be directly on the beach with a view of the sunset every night. Marco Island is quiet and safe and surrounded by the ocean and the everglades.
