Central and bright apartment, located between the Pineta di Ponente and the sea, in a street parallel to the famous Promenade (which is about 50 meters away). The apartment is located in a strategic position to reach, even on foot, the many services that the town offers, from the pedestrian area to the central market, and can also be easily reached by train. The apartment, of about 85 square meters, is spread over two levels: on the first floor there is a large kitchen / living room with a sofa bed, a full bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed; on the second floor there is another bedroom with double bed, a full bathroom with shower and a room with two single beds. All rooms are air conditioned. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and gates on the stairs for the safety of children.
Services on request included in the price: high chair, safety barriers for the bed and baby bed (on reservation, subject to availability check).

If you come to visit us by car, you can buy weekly (€ 20) and monthly (€ 50) passes to park in front of or near the house.
