Thank you Anne, all our work appreciated is "top" for us. So nice of you to have stated it. All our best regards Stefano & Margherita

The property is perfectly located for sightseeing tours to Pisa, Lucca, Pietrasanta and even Florence. Our efforts go in offering visitors a well kept and looked after propery at reasonable prices. And we are glad when guests return home satisfied and gratefull .Thank you dear guest for your review and the preference you granted us, we are looking forward offering you the house again in the future. Stefano, Margherita e Vittoria.

Thank you for your unsolicited comments on the appearance of our property. For some it is beautiful for others it is ugly. For some it is comfortable for others not. It is all subjective. At the beginning of your vacation, as with all our guests, we sent you an email in which we put ourselves at your complete disposal to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. Why did you not take advantage of it? We have a quantity of different pillows available. But you did not say anything. Why wait until you return to express your opinion? It seems to us that your PROS far outweigh the CONS. If you count them, they are 9 against 3. And the one about the uncomfortable pillows is only your fault. As for the garden, given that it is a specialized company that takes care of it and not Mrs. Vittoria, it seems to me that you are just inappropriately guessing and setting yourself up as deus ex machina and judge. There are excellent reasons why many of our guests give us a 10/10 rating but you only wanted and liked to set yourself up as a voice out of the chorus. Our other guests are much less presumptuous and much more modest than you, as are our prices that I think you appreciated and took advantage of. Sorry, but we don't have the money to hire you as an interior designer or gardener.

Dear Mr. Majidzadeh, thank you for the review. Of course we will see what we can do to solve the issues you pointed up to. As for the terrasse there is nothing we can do about it. The house has a terracce facing North East over the hills. We agree that those facing North West (front view) have gorgeous views over the valley and down to the sea but are bigger and more expensive than the one you chose after seeing the photos we sent you. Perhaps next time? It was an honour having you and we hope you will grant us your prefences again in the future.

Thank you for your review. We are very pleased you liked the house and the area around. It is a great spot to visit many interesting places around as you did. Very glad you had a good holiday. Hope you will grant you preferences again in the future. Bst rgds Stefano & Margherita

We are just 2 km from the center of town. Uphill with a wonderful view. And quietness. The gardens around the house are perfumed by pine, lemon, orange and cyprus trees. Just quarter of an hour away from the fancy shopping sea promenade of Viareggio, Forte de Marmi, Pietrasanta.

Dear Guest Thank you for your review. We hope you will grant us your preference again next year.

Thank you for your preference and thank you for the review. We are looking forward seeing you again at La Polletta
