Thank you very much Alison for the review of your stay at Ash Tree Cottage. We are so pleased that you had a great holiday and we will pass on your kind words to Rob and Rosie. Best wishes Marcus

Dear Laura Thank you for your review of your stay at Ash Tree cottage. It was great to hear that you liked the area and enjoyed our newly refurbished swimming pool. Thank you for your kind words about both Rosie and my quick responses. I was sorry to hear you were dissatisfied about the level of cleaning and issues to do with the shower and dishwasher. As you know, Rob and Rosie look after the two cottages in our absence and I have asked them for a response to your comments about the cleanliness of the cottage, the leak from the shower and the issue with dishwasher. Rosie launders the towels and dries them on a line then fluffs them up in a tumble dryer, we are at a loss to explain why they smelt fusty - we will try different detergents to see if that helps and make absolutely sure that they are 100% dry when they are stored away. We would of course have changed the towels without any hesitation if you had contacted myself or Rosie at the time. We think that the shower door wasn't closed properly (these things happen, no two doors are ever the same!). Rob tested it and couldn't fine a problem. We will see if there is any additional measures to seal the door. We were pleased to hear that there were no further issues reported after Rob had visited. The dishwasher issue issue was easily resolved as it appears that the electric plug had partially come out of the socket. I understand that Rob pushed it back in and that rectified the problem. Kind regards Marcus

Thank you for your lovely review Sandrine. We are so pleased to hear that you had a very enjoyable holiday in Ash Tree cottage. It was a pleasure to help and advise you on where to go and to provide you with the bicycles. We only wish that we could have been there to welcome you but because of the pandemic it was not possible to visit France this summer. We hope that you will come back in the future when we will be there to meet you. Cordialement Marcus
