Prestigious 400 square meter apartment on the second floor of an ancient palace in the center of Lazise with large hall (100 sqm) with sixteenth-century fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, large terrace / solarium with views of the castle, 4 double bedrooms 2 bathrooms.
ACCOMMODATION
Unique size, centrality and prestige. Located in the central square of Lazise, ​​a few steps from the harbor and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Strategic logistically for any excursion is towards the lake and towards the nearby art cities.
The accommodation has a large terrace with table tennis.
There are two bathrooms: one with shower and a bathtub.
The bedrooms are four, two of which are communicating with each other. All are air-conditioned.

The apartment is located on the second floor without a lift. The apartment has a 'large terrace full and exclusive use of guests.
Since the apartment is located in a pedestrian area, you can take advantage of a free parking space in a parking lot located 200 meters from the house.

Nicht wohnen, sondern logieren

Das Anwesen entspricht allen Erwartungen, die die Bilder davon wecken. Die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet, reichlich Geschirr und Küchengerät, die Matratzen und Kissen in den von uns gewählten Zimmern waren sehr gut (wir bevorzugen straffes Material). Es gibt aber auch recht weichere Varianten in den vakanten Räumen. Die zunächst verstopften "Nasen" an Waschbecken und Bidets wurden unverzüglich durch und mit dem Eigentürmer gesäubert, die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet und herzlich. Einzig die versprochene TT-Platte war ein Trauerspiel und nicht zu gebrauchen trotz beherzter Versuche des Eigentümers, das bereits arg gepimpte Netz noch einmal wiederzubeleben. Durch die Weitläufigkeit der Zimmerfluchten ist entspanntes Wohnen auch mit mehreren Personen möglich, und die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Burg und Stadtmauer sucht ihresgleichen. Sollte man indes empfindich sein in Sachen Hundegebell- oder -gejaule, so wird man nicht immer unbehelligt bleiben, da im Zwinger in der fernen Ecke des Parks (den man nicht betreten darf) unterhalb der Terrasse ein paar sehr mitteilsame Tiere wohnen. Für erfahrene Landbewohner, die auch von den Kirchenglocken nicht behelligt werden, dürfte dies allerdings kein Problem sein. Alles in allem eine runde Sache. Und Danke für den Willkommens-Prosecco!

Lazise Apartment

The property is an apartment in a stunning, old building and the view from the terrace is magical. The terrace is ideal for a family get-together but we were disappointed that the bbq was absent and we didn't want to do any cooking in the kitchen which was quite small and very hot. The configuration of the bedrooms was a little odd in that one of the bedrooms could only be reached by walking through one of the other bedrooms. While this might be OK for a family with children it would have been difficult for more than six adults. The bedroom that looks out on to the square was far too noisy for us. Some of us were kept awake until gone 2am because of the noise from the bars and restaurants. Communication was not the best - we had already left the UK when the owners tried to contact us and we did not receive their requests for information about arrival time and so on. This was NOT the fault of the property owners - we found it difficult to make contact once we were away from home. The owners of the property are lovely - we would rent from them again but Lazise was not for us.

Optimale Lage mit großen Wohnräumen. Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Schwierig, d.h. sehr teuer ist es den PKW auf einem Parkplatz abzustellen.

Fabulous accommodation and location

Thank you Andrea and family. Our holiday was wonderful. We loved your beautiful apartment. Lazise is an amazing place to stay. Lots to do and lots of lovely restaurants. We loved it so much we are coming back next year. All booked up.

Beautiful Lake Garda

We had an amazing 4 weeks. Each of our 4 children and spouses (2 of our children brought 4 of our grandchildren). It was great. Took advantage of the ferry boats to different towns on the lake. Visited Venice & Verona. Swam in the lake (beach close to apartment). Food, of course was amazing and we didn’t think it was very expensive. We ate in several nights and the outside deck of the apartment was perfect. With all the noise on the Piazza, it was very quiet on the deck. Even could hear music from one of the restaurants. Got to see fireworks 2 nights over the castle. I must say it’s a perfect location. The only thing that wasn’t good for us was walking up & down the stairs. We are 76 and almost 80 years old.

Great appartement with perfect location and breathtaking view

We had a perfect stay, the pictures do not completely show, how nice this appartement is. The huge terrace with perfect view to the castle was my favorite place. We loved our 6 days stay and we like the whole region very much! The hosts did always react fast, the key takeover was very nice.

Elegant property in the center of Lazxise

The apartment on the second floor of an old palace is large, has two terraces with wonderful views and is furnished with old, quality pieces and nicely decorated. Location is perfect in the main square of Lazise and less than 5 minutes walk to the ferry terminal. The hosts provide parking space in a lot close by. The apartment had all the amenities need for a comfortable vacation. The communication with Luisa was perfect and at arrival she helped us bringing our luggage to the house. The property is highly recommended for people touring Lake Garda

If you are Looking for somewhere to stay that has easy access to Lazise, and other areas on the Lake, this is it. We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is very central, you don’t need a car and the owners were extremely helpful and accessible. The size of the apartment is huge, spacious, we felt very at home here :) I’d highly recommend this as a place to stay as a base to access other areas, as well as beautiful Lazise. The apartment has everything you can think of, table tennis, chess, TV. We also had an amazing welcome. We will be back :)

Amazing, spacious Appartment.

Great location

We had an great time with 2 familys. An amazing, spacious apartment with everything we could need. Lovely large terrace with view of the castle and table tennis for our children. Right on the main square busy during the day but quiet enough in The evening. Would definately return.

Fabulous Stay

As previous reviewers state, the photos do not do this property justice. The location is fantastic, within the walled town of Lazise, overlooking the main piazza and within a stones through of the lake. It is situated on the second floor of a beautifully maintained period building with a huge south facing balcony overlooking the castle. Fully equipped kitchen and huge rooms; beds very comfortable. Received a lovely warm welcome and all questions answered very quickly. Hope to go back.

One of a kind flat in a perfect location

We had a brilliant stay in lazise. This flat is perfect for a large family or in our case a week away with the kids and grandparents. Luisa and Andrea were very welcoming and everything was as described. Large bedrooms and a beautiful main room overlooking the central piazza. Very convenient for exploring lake Garda with ferries restaurants and beaches close at hand. The ping pong table on the patio provided extra entertainment for the kids and dinner on the terrace overlooking the castle was perfect. This is a unique and wonderful place to stay.

A Very Wonderful Surprise!

We thought the home would be nice, however it far exceeded our expectations in every way. Great location, easy to explore and get around the lake, and great home and accommodations! Felt like we were walking into a castle! So lovely...just a wonderful taste of Italy overall.

Perfect flat and very nice landlords

We enjoed our 10 day stay at this beautiful, stylish location obviously with a very long history in the middle of town right next to the municipal. We were picked up at the parking lot (parking card for free was included in the price) in 5 minutes walking distance from the appartment and welcomed with cold drinks… Luisa and Andrea are an extremly nice and helpful couple. Always possible to communicate with them if advice was needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and aircondition in the bedrooms was appreciated in the very hot weather. The location is incredible: in the middle of town, still quiet, with a huge terasse facing the old towers and an extremly pretty park. From the top terrace the lake can be viewed, we enjoyed from there fireworks which were stunning. Hope to come again. Thank you so much !!!!
