First floor very bright 100 sqm. Netflix, 1 large master bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, large living room with wooden beams, a comfortable double sofa bed and a breathtaking view on the Pantheon temple.
From the lounge you can enjoy a view of the Pantheon, this is so close to you that you will feel like touching the ancient temple of the Roman Gods and Emperors. No noisy very quiet.
The flat sleeps 4 easily, with a super comfy sofa bed in the living room.
Located in the heart of Rome, Rome, Italy The apartment is very close to the most important squares and you can not miss the most important monuments and museum of Rome. For Spanish steps (12 min. walk) Trevi Fountain (7 min walk) San Peter's square (20 min. walk) Jewish Ghetto (8 min walk) Sant'Angelo Castle (13 min. walk) Campo de Fiori Square (8 min walk) Navona square (5 min walk) Monument to Vittorio Emanuele II - Venice Square (8 min walk) Colosseum - Fori Imperiali (20 min. walk) Piazza Del Popolo, (16 min. walk) Aventino - Circo Massimo (20 min. walk)

Lucia was a charming host and the flat was clean and comfortable with a one-of-a-kind view. It was remarkable how quiet the bedroom was even with all of the joyful revelry of the piazza a few steps away.

The host was so welcoming and warm. They maintained communication with us prior to, met us at the apartment, and then took the time to explain the amenities, local businesses, sights and addressed our questions. The location is amazing, the apartment is VERY clean and tidy, great water pressure with plenty of hot/cold water for shower and tub. This was a wonderful stay! THANK YOU!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and Lucia truly is a gracious and delightful host. The apartment is nothing short of spectacular, perfectly situated in the heart of Rome. We still find it hard to believe that this beautiful apartment sits immediately beside the Pantheon. We felt a part of history here! The apartment is exactly as beautiful as all the photos show. Everything you could ever need is provided for you. It is in a busy & fun area but is super quiet in the apartment. Everything is an easy walk from the apartment, all the sights, fabulous restaurants, trattorias, coffee bars and grocery stores.Lucia is the icing on the cake, she is full of energy & enthusiasm! She greeted us, showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment and the area, including all her family’s favorite places to eat. She was easy & responsive to all our communications before & during our 4 night stay. She arranged taxis for us to an event and to the airport on our departure, all right on time for us.We have been to Rome many times before staying in hotels & apartments, but we will never go again unless Lucia’s apartment is available. It is so worth planning a visit around staying in Lucia’s Pantheon apartment!

What a great apartment in a great location!

This property completely lives up to it's pictures and description. Lucia, the property manager, was very helpful in all we asked of her. I still pinch myself remembering the view of the Pantheon.

Spectacular Pantheon Visit

We recently had the wonderful experience of staying at Lucia’s flat adjacent to the Pantheon. She is delightful and the flat, location and all aspects of her hospitality exceeded our expectations The flat was clean and perfect for us. Great location and communication. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and this was a dream. The host was in constant contact. Everything was as depicted. Pleanty of room. I can not tell you how amazed were were to be so close to the Pantheon. Book it if you can!

Our late Roman Holiday

It is a very elegant apartment right next to the very busy Pantheon. But the windows blocked out most of the noise in the living room and ALL the noise in the bedroom. The location is great, and we walked to all the sights; museums, St Peter's, Colosseum etc. Being early April, we never used the heater or a/c. And would certainly love to come back.

Perfect Spot for our Rome Stay

This place a perfect spot if you are planning on seeing all the top sites in Rome. We walked everywhere and nothing (from the coliseum, to Vatican City, or any of the amazing neighborhoods) was more 15-20 minutes away. Also, It felt amazing to open the full length windows and have the pantheon right in front of you. There are a a bunch of good restaurants and pizzerias mere steps away. Lucia was great too. She explained everything about the place to use to ensure an easy stay there. If we needed anything, she quickly responded. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Bellissimo!

Our stay at Lucia’s incredible home could not have been more perfect. From the initial inquiry on VRBO to the sad ending of our too short 3 day stay, Lucia could not have been more available, or attentive. Every detail, small to large was in place to ensure we felt spoiled and at home. The history in her space is evident and beautiful. It is then juxtaposed with gorgeous modern art, decorations and style. We fell in love with this space. Then, we only needed to go out the front door to step into the centre of the city, where we could walk everywhere, and we did!!! We loved Rome, our home while we were there and Lucia who made it all so special for us. Arrivederci for now…we will be back!!!

One of Rome’s Hidden Treasures

My wife and I were on the last leg of a 3 week trip through Croatia and Italy. For our 4 night stay in Rome we decided to rent this apartment rather than stay in a hotel. Best decision we’ve made! The apartment is so beautiful and well appointed. With not 1, but 2 Juliet balcony windows overlooking the columns of the Pantheon. The owner, Lucia, was spectacular throughout. She met us at the apartment and welcomed us with open arms. It was amazing to be able to relax with a glass of wine in a beautiful living room, open the windows and hear the street musicians serenading crowds below. Such a great way to finish our adventure. Thank you Lucia!!

Amazing location

Lucia is amazing. Great communication and made everything easy. The flat is in the best location walking distance from everything also a great e-bike location around the corner. The flat is everything we expected the bed was extremely comfortable with the air conditioning, keeping the room perfect. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome.

LOVED everything about it

Lucia is a brilliant host, she was so helpful and kind. Her apartment is in an incredible location, walking distance to everything. The decor is fabulous, plenty of space. Overall I would rate it a 10/10. If we are ever in Rome again we know where we are stay. Thanks Lucia for an amazing stay.

Beautiful Property with Amazing Location!

We absolutely loved our trip to Rome thanks to the location of this wonderful property that was only steps away from famous landmarks like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Lucia was a very attentive host and we would definitely book at this property again in the future.
