300 m from Las Ballenas beach and renovated in November 2023, this charming Caribbean-style villa in white wood will seduce you with its careful decoration and its very large garden.

Nestled in its tropical setting, composed of elegant coconut trees which are reflected in its beautiful private swimming pool, it is an ideal place for family holidays or between friends.

Its 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, as well as its large living room, are the key to an unforgettable vacation!

Designed to make life and your vacations easy, the house is organized around several rooms:

On the ground floor you will find three dedicated spaces with all their equipment:

- A large American kitchen which opens onto the bar on the terrace bordering the swimming pool.

It has a large central island.

Its equipment:

* A large double door fridge freezer with water distribution,
* All the dishes and kitchen utensils needed for 8 people
* A dishwasher
* A 4-burner gas cooker
* A microwave oven
* A toaster
* A blender for fresh fruit juice
* A coffee machine
* A water fountain

- A dining room with a large exotic wood table and all its chairs

- A living room with two sofas allowing you to watch 55' TCL Television with subscription to international channels in all languages.

The entire ground floor has ceiling fans.

It continues with a large outdoor terrace extending from the bar. Sheltered from the sun, it is in this space, facing the swimming pool and the garden, that our guests take all their meals.

Upstairs you will find:

- An air-conditioned master suite with balcony overlooking the garden with 1 king size bed, a bathroom with storage and private toilets.
- An air-conditioned bedroom with 1 king size bed and storage space opening onto the balcony.
- An air-conditioned bedroom with 2 double beds (convertible into king size), with storage and opening onto the balcony,
- A large bathroom with double sink
- Independent toilets

On the mezzanine which overlooks the kitchen living room, a sofa bed will accommodate 2 additional people.

In addition to air conditioning, all three bedrooms have ceiling fans. As for the bathrooms, they are equipped with 110 and 220 V electric current for our European customers, as well as hair dryers.

All linens, bath and beach towels are provided.

Finally, an electric inverter, connected to the battery, will prevent any untimely power cuts.

In our large tropical garden, around the swimming pool, you will also find deck chairs to relax, but also a pétanque court to have fun with friends.
And if you still want to work, an internet connection via Starlink will offer you very good speed to stay in touch with the whole world.

This villa is located in a quiet street. It is accessed through a private gate. You will find several parking spaces there.

For your stay, are included:

- sheets and towels and beach towels.
- the garden and swimming pool maintained by specialized companies
- Cleaning done once a week + €30 per additional visit

Not included:

- electricity for air conditioning.
As is customary in the Dominican Republic, the electricity consumption of the air conditioning will be your responsibility. A contradictory reading of the meter reserved for air conditioning devices will be taken upon your arrival and departure. The KW will be billed to you at cost price, i.e. 15 pesos per KW

We can also arrange a taxi for your airport transfer.
