Beautiful house on one level fully equipped. Three air-conditioned rooms king size bed 200 * 200 and bathroom, swimming pool and privative Jacuzzi for privileged moments of relaxation. The mezzanine offers a 4th queen size bed 160 * 190 and a reading corner, the stairs are a little steep, do not provide for people with reduced mobility.

Well maintained villa close beach and center, in quiet and secured residential. Large terrace with dining area and sitting area so that life is organized outside the villa without being disturbed by the passing rains.

Private pool - unheated jacuzzi and private parking.

No swimming pool in the Dominican Republic is equipped with protection or alarm warning of the fall of a person in the water. Be careful.

For your information :

Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wi-Fi Internet, household entrance, exit and once a week during your stay. Gardener and maintenance of the pool.

Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your expense during your stay. We take the meter on your arrival and departure. Only your consumption in kilowatt is billed accordingly to the legal rate in force in the village.

The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or loss of the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD for changing the safe.

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes, and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.
