Private Topanga / Malibu Dream Home on State Park with Amazing Views, Pool & Spa

Our home is located in beautiful Topanga Canyon on the State Park in the hills between Malibu and Pacific Palisades. Our home is well kept, well appointed very comfortable and has all modern amenities. The interior decor has a variety of custom finishes throughout including a blend of beautiful Spanish and Malibu tile, accented by warm reclaimed pine furniture, local art, and very comfortable seating and lounging areas. Our home has an open floor-plan providing a perfect atmosphere for entertaining. You will be mesmerized by truly stunning unobstructed state park views from all areas of the property and a variety of outdoor living spaces including a heated saltwater pool and jacuzzi, gas and woodburning fireplace, large gas bbq, and a variety of private sitting and viewing areas.

You will experience a truly one of a kind resort like feel, and only 10 minutes from the beach, restaurants, shopping, movie theatres, and 40 minutes from venues like the Hollywood Bowl, Universal Studios, Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier, Malibu beach, wine tasting venues, and so much more. Our home has direct access (literally right out the back) to incredible hiking and mountain biking trails throughout Topanga State Park located in the diverse ecosystem of the Santa Monica Mountain range.

Some of the home highlights include a living room with fireplace, sectional and built-in seating. The family room has a large 75” Sony TV and entertainment center with a beautiful custom large leather sectional. The separate dining room seats 8 and has a sliding door overlooking the pool, jacuzzi and surrounding hills. We have 3 full bedrooms including a master suite with private bathroom and king size bed. There is a separate full bathroom for the other two bedrooms. The home also features a fully stocked gourmet chef's kitchen, heated saltwater pool and jacuzzi, outdoor fireplace, bbq, and many special outdoor seating areas each with its own unique canyon view. Our home comes fully furnished and stocked up with everything needed to make your home away from home stay as convenient and comfortable as possible including central air/heat, washer and dryer, high-speed internet and Satellite TVs. All bedrooms are appointed with high-end bedding and pillows. All bathrooms include soap, shampoo, bath towels and additional towels for the pool and beach.

The master bedroom has a California King bed with luxurious sheets, pillows and goose down comforter. The master bedroom includes two lighted night-stands, a large dresser, and a wall mounted 55" Flat Screen HD TV. Enjoy your own private bathroom with a double sink, shower & full bath. The views from the master bedroom and bathroom are breathtaking. The bedroom has a large 10' glass sliding door overlooking and providing access to the backyard living spaces including a variety of unique seating options, fireplace, bbq, heated saltwater pool & jacuzzi.

The 2nd bedroom includes a full sized bed with new mattress, high end bedding, goose down comforter and has a single trundle pull out (if needed).

The 3rd bedroom includes a new queen size futon bed with new mattress, high end bedding, goose down comforter.

***4th bedroom option: Attached studio w/office and Queen bed w/ 65" Sony TV –– TBD based on guest requirements for an additional charge.

The gourmet chef's kitchen overlooks the pool, jacuzzi and Topanga state park (as does most of the house). You can literally watch deer graze in the adjoining meadow while preparing a delicious meal. The kitchen is adorned with high-end Thermador stainless steel appliances including an extra large refrigerator, 6 burner gas range and oven, dishwasher, microwave & convection oven, double wide copper "farm" sink and wine/beverage fridge. You can enjoy your meal indoors on the 8 person dining table with a sliding door overlooking the pool, jacuzzi and surrounding hills. Or take advantage of the amazing outdoor living area and dine alfresco on a rustic teak 8 person dining table while soaking in the sunset playing out across commanding views of the Santa Monica mountains. Either way, you will have everything you need to cook whatever you desire. All plates, serving dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, cuisinart mixer, vitamix blender, coffee machine, toaster, et. al. are ready to go to help you feel right at home. The Kitchen also has large custom surfaces with bar style seating for 4 people to hang out and chat while cooking, or for a quick breakfast before heading out for a hike, bike, or other adventure.

The Family room has a large comfortable leather sectional with 75" Sony 4k Flat Screen HD TV. The entertainment center includes surround sound, Direct TV and DVR, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus. As with the rest of the home, the views are simply magical. There is a 10' sliding door out to the back yard. The open floor plan seamlessly connects this room to the kitchen, and great for hanging out any time of day or night.

The open floor plan includes a Living room with a new very comfortable oversized sectional. This room also has a gas fireplace, newly upholstered adjoining bench seating and beautiful views. This is a prime spot to grab a book and read by the fireplace, or simply relax and chill out after a long day.

The home is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, and at the end of a cul-de-sac; not only great for privacy, but also a safe haven for kids to play. Perhaps the thing we love most about our location is the peace and quiet of the canyon. The only sounds you will hear at night are coyotes howling, crickets chirping and owls hooting.
