5-STAR OCEANFRONT HOME
Luxurious single family home with sitting directly on a prime beachfront quiet location in Oceanside with direct access to your own private beach and luxury amenities to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and fun. This 4-story 3500 sq ft house with over 1000 sq ft of decks has been completely renovated and has professional appliances, gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout, custom furnishings and a floor plan to accommodate both small and large groups. The house is all white inside and out to create a light, airy feel with breathtaking views from all floors. The attention to detail throughout the house is rarely found in an oceanfront vacation home. This home features four bedrooms to sleep 10 comfortably (maximum 10 adults, see below). There are two living rooms, a beach-level cabana and a master bedroom that all are oceanfront with large balconies/patios on every level. Main level has kitchen, dining, living room, powder room and outdoor dining patio. Upper level has 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom. Lower level has a bedroom area, a living room with wet bar and deck with hot tub, barbecue and bar chairs and tables. Beach level has a cabana with 1/2 bath, seating area, outdoor shower and patio on the beach. The floor plan allows for three to four families or five couples to comfortably share this exquisite house. Plus, you can enjoy the comforts of staying in a luxury single family home on the quietest part of the beach. There are no homes on the opposite side of the street allowing for more parking and less crowds. Plus, you're on the south side of Oceanside allowing you to be close to both Oceanside and downtown Carlsbad.

5-STAR ACCOMMODATIONS
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms including the oceanfront master suite and bedrooms 2 and 3. The master suite includes a king size bed, fireplace, a lounge chair, desk, flat screen tv, large walk-in closet and balcony. The master bathroom has a glass shower with rain shower and wall jets and free-standing tub with a view of the ocean. The 2nd bedroom (blue room) includes a queen size bed and a twin daybed, a small deck with partial view to ocean, desk and a large closet with dresser and a flat screen tv. The 3rd bedroom (red/white/blue room) has a queen size bed and 2 twin beds with a deck overlooking street with a chair swing as well as a walk-in closet and a flat screen tv. Adjacent to these bedrooms is a large bathroom with a separated sink area from the toilet and oversized shower. The bedroom on the lower level has an en suite bathroom, a queen size bed, closet and dresser.

5-STAR AMENITIES
This home has an abundance of high-end items to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The professionally equipped kitchen has a large Subzero refrigerator/freezer, Wolf oven, Wolf microwave, 6-burner Wolf cooktop, Bosch dishwasher, Scotsman ice machine (producing small crunchy ice), undercounter beverage center and everything you need to cook and bake with ease. Entertaining is easy as there is also a wet bar with sink and fridge on the lower level and a fridge in the cabana on the beach level. We provide luxury linens and towels in all bathrooms as well as beach towels. There is wireless internet service throughout the house. Almost every room has a flat screen tv with cable service and both living rooms have BluRay DVD players. There is an ample supply of firewood for your use on the beachfront fire pit.

5-STAR SPORTS EQUIPMENT
We provide a stand up paddle board, a beginner foam surf board, body boards, and 4-6 beach cruiser-style bikes to use during your stay.

5-STAR SERVICE
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the owner or a friendly host that will welcome you to the property and show you around to ensure you have a wonderful and relaxing beach vacation. You will be provided with wine, beer, water and s'mores upon arrival. And during your stay the owner or host will remain responsive to any needs or questions you may have. Prior to your arrival the owner is happy to provide you any information to assist you with planning the perfect beach vacation.

Oceanside is located just 40 miles north of Downtown San Diego and 60 miles south of Los Angeles along historic Highway 101. Oceanside is one of the jewels of Southern California. With one of the most desirable climates in the nation, Oceanside features 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and draws surfers, tourists, sightseers, and families from around the globe to it sunny beaches, historic landmarks, and year round surfing competitions. After a day at the beach, take a walk to the pier, watch the surfers, rent a boat at the nearby harbor, or just enjoy the magnificent view from your own beach. When it’s time to dine, select from endless nearby restaurants and cafes. Or, enjoy cooking from your oceanview gourmet kitchen or at your beachfront BBQ. When you want to explore beyond the beach, you are close to everything imaginable. Theme parks? You are minutes away from Legoland, 40 minutes away from Sea World, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park.
