Casa Bela Vista, magnificent view of the sea

House Casa Bela Vista is located in the picturesque village Salema, in the new part of it, in Bairro Encosta do Sol, lot 64. It is mounted on the housing chain (germinated housing). The villa was built in 1992, the house is on 2 floors, with a terrace of 30 m² with fantastic views of the ocean and ancient Salema.
On the lower floor there is the part for domestic use, which is at the entrance to the house (washing machine, everything necessary for cleaning, the guest toilet, the living room joined with the kitchen in the form of the studio and entrance from the terrace.
On the upper floor are the bedrooms and the bathroom. Recently, complete repairs were made to the house, all furniture, appliances, dishes, bed linen, sanitary equipment are new!
In the house there are all the necessary appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, iron, hairdryer, cable TV and DVD.
On the terrace of 30m2 there is a small garden with plants in bloom, barbecue, garden furniture and two large umbrellas. The house is in a maritime style. Parking for the car close to the house is free and always available.
The beach is a 2-minute walk down the stairs and a 5-minute walk down the path.
Salema is famous for its beach, which is among the best in the Algarve. The beach is long and wide, with fine and pleasant sand, without shells and pebbles. Entry into the sea is very gradual. On the beach there are lifeguards, a medical assistance station, rental of stationary loungers, canoes and catamarans.
In the central square in front of the beach there is an ATM. There are also numerous restaurants and shops (souvenirs and food).
