3-bdr, 2.5 bath vintage home on a quiet street sleeps 8 located just blocks from the bustling Williams Corridor and the Historic Mississippi District! Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, fireplace, soaking tub, heavenly beds and enclosed patio...have fun!

What we love about our house!
ā¤ It's solid and well insulated so be yourselves and don't worry about making too much noise when you are inside the home.
ā¤ Front enclosed patio for that morning coffee.
ā¤ Chef's Deluxe Kitchen with 6-burner range!
ā¤ Butler's pantry for added space.
ā¤ Side patio with two patio tables, complete with BBQ and fire pit and plenty of wood!
ā¤ Giant HDTV!
ā¤ Three bedrooms: you and your friends will have plenty of space! The house is equipped with one king bed, one queen bed, one double bed and a pull out sofabed in the living room.
ā¤ 2.5 bathroom: one bathroom has a soaking tub, one has a full, glass-enclosed shower, and the third is a half bath. You won't have to fight for bathroom time!
ā¤ Great for families!
ā¤ Public transportation options in spades!

This house is fully equipped for all manner of traveler, be it a group of friends, an extended family reunion or a couple looking for a romantic getaway with plenty of space to roam. And with a vast array of FUN just waiting outside the doors, you'll get the full Portlandia experience!

Our guests will have access to the full house, excluding the basement, which we are currently using for storage and occasional office space. There is a seperate entrance so you won't be bothered with walk-thrus.

? Please do not park in front of the house immediately to our left (facing our house or south). There is plenty of space north of our driveway and in front of the house. ? No shoes upstairs please. The new carpet is soft and white and we'd love to keep it that way! ? Leaving the house pretty much as you found it and stripping off the sheets the beds you use would be greatly appreciated!

Great house to stay with friends or family near restaurants!

Went on a girl trip for the weekend and we were all comfortable in the house. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Close to coffee shops, donuts and lots of restaurants.

Spotless, conveniently located, great beds

We came to Portland for a family wedding with my elderly parents and teenagers in tow. This house had something for everyone: a clean, well appointed kitchen kept my mother happy, the kids had sufficient WiFi and a soaking tub, my dad could walk to the bakery each morning, and my husband slept well. I was even able to host a brunch for the bride and groom. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay!

Loved the house so much and the great location. Our family stayed here for my doctoral graduation from Concordia University. The house was very large to easily accommodate all of us. We had such a great time. One of our favorite areas of the house was the dining room where we sat around playing games together. So many amenities to make the stay remarkable. The owners truly thought of everything! Highly recommend!

Lovely, updated, very comfortable home. Well stocked with all the possible ā€œOh, I canā€™t believe I forgot the...ā€ items. Kitchen is easy to work in. Entire home is clean and well-maintained. Great location; wonderful neighborhood; easy walking to shops. Owner responsive. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend in Portland and this was the perfect location and house for our adventure. House was lovely and clean and suited our needs. It was located in a great Portland neighborhood, near lots of great restaurants, breweries, and bars!

The property was as advertised, with nice bedrooms, kitchen and living area. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It was close to coffee shops and dining. Towels were nice and fluffy. It was a very pleasant stay. I couldn't find the bottle opener or thermostat though.

Great place and location!

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay here. The home was comfortable, plenty of amenities, and in a great location. We walked to the grocery store, and there were so many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in walking distance. Great access to downtown by driving and within 30 minutes of the airport. Weā€™ve reserved lots of places, and this one had lots of supplies that many donā€™t (condiments, coffee, coffee filters, tea, tupperware, sandwich bags/plastic wrap, sugar, spices, etc.), in addition to a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. You often donā€™t appreciate these things until you stay in a place that has none of them. It was great to not have to shop for these items in addition to our meal shopping. Many thanks for sharing your friendly, cheerful, comfortable home.

Great Location and Big Space

We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this house again. The house is really close to Mississippi and all it has to offer and now Williams has really grown as well, which means another set of restaurant options in the other direction. Everything was ready when we showed up including some good coffee and tea options. Thank you.

Comfortable, attractive and clean home in a great neighborhood.

Four adults were very comfortable here. The beds were firm (just to our liking!) and the kitchen was well-equipped. There's only one shower. The nearby grocery store had great options for cooking in, and the nearby stores were interesting to browse through. All in all, we'd be happy to return!

Lots of space, Convenient Location

The house was very conveniently located to Mississippi Ave. Blue Star Donuts, Ruby Jewel Scoops and Por Que No are right around the corner. But don't skip Miss Delta - awesome Southern/Cajun food. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get downtown depending upon traffic. Unfortunately, there was no washer/dryer available. This was MY fault because the listing does not claim that it has laundry. Fortunately, there is a Spin Laundry Lounge 2 blocks away. Just wanted to point this out in case someone else makes the same assumption I did.

Perfect house in a perfect location

This house is so cute, me and a few of my girlfriends stayed here for a weekend and it was in the perfect location, only a few blocks away from shops and the tram stop. Ed is very responsive to messages and really accommodating. I would stay here again.

Great house in Mississippi area of Portland OR

Great old house in Mississippi area of Portland within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. The house is very clean, in great shape, obviously lots of thoughtful restorations. The furniture was comfortable and just the right amount of kitschy objects to pique interest (the tarot card mirror, day of the dead items, glass figurines in the china cabinet). The beds were very comfortable. Of the 2 full baths, one is a shower and one a soaking tub so shower takers plan accordingly. The kitchen is great with an attached butler's pantry to use as a coffee center. Nice quiet neighbor hood and reasonable Uber/Lyft ride to many venues including the MODA center.

Great vacation rental

This home was a great size for our group. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The location was great as it was easy to get downtown (25 min walk) and Mississippi ave was only a few blocks away. There are even a couple of Breweries close by that we took advantage of.

Overall comfortable, with a great vibe and easy to stay in, with some privacy off the street. Definitely in a exceptional location for going out and having fun. Great kitchen and beds were real comfortable too.

Great house, great location, great price, great stay!

A true gem of a house! We parked our car and didn't drive again until we left. Literally 4-5 blocks to great stores, restaurants, bars & a 10 min Uber to Moda center for a Trailblazer victory! The house was spacious, clean, filled with amenities & all surrounded by beautiful vintage craftsmanship. The owner Edward couldn't have been more prompt on his response time & patient on dealing with my VRBO rookie mistakes in booking. Believe me when I tell you, I did my due diligence when researching Portland vacation rentals for my group of co-worker/friends, and am very happy with my final decision. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone heading to Portland.
