From sunrise over the front garden to unforgettable sunsets from the large south-facing terrace, Villa Giotto is made for relaxed Tuscan living. Enjoy breakfast beneath the covered side terrace, spend the afternoon beside the panoramic salt-water swimming pool, then return to your own private garden and 55 m² covered terrace for dinner and a glass of local wine as the sun goes down.

The villa sleeps four very comfortably and is ideal for a couple, a family or two couples travelling together. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds which can be joined to create a double. Both bedrooms have direct access to the gardens.

Inside, the spacious open-plan living and dining area enjoys beautiful views through large patio doors. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, while a separate utility area provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Villa Giotto has two tiled shower rooms, each with a large washbasin and vanity unit, WC, bidet and heated towel rail.

Air conditioning is provided throughout the bedrooms and living area, together with Wi-Fi and heating for cooler months. Fresh bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Outside is where Villa Giotto really comes into its own. The villa has a large private garden on three sides, a 55 m² covered south-facing terrace for dining and relaxing, an additional covered breakfast terrace and open areas for enjoying the Tuscan sunshine.

Guests also have use of the Borgo's large shared salt-water swimming pool, which enjoys wonderful panoramic views across the countryside and serves only the ten properties within the small Borgo.

Villa Giotto forms part of Borgo Collevicchi, a peaceful development of ten individually owned Tuscan-style villas and apartments surrounded by beautiful countryside. The property is semi-detached and has its own extensive private garden and terraces, with secure parking within the Borgo.

One of the great pleasures of staying here is having an excellent traditional Tuscan restaurant within easy walking distance. Agriturismo Santa Vittoria is around 150 metres from the Borgo gates and serves local Tuscan dishes and wines, making it perfect for evenings when you don't want to drive.

The location is also ideal for exploring Tuscany. Volterra is approximately 15 minutes away, San Gimignano around 30 minutes, Castelfalfi Golf Resort around 30 minutes and the Tuscan coast at Cecina around 40 minutes. Pisa, Siena, Florence and many of Tuscany's famous hill towns are easily accessible for day trips.

Attending Andrea Bocelli at Teatro del Silenzio? The famous open-air venue at Lajatico is approximately 15–20 minutes away by car, making Villa Giotto an excellent base for concert guests.
