We understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive a timely response, especially with a late flight. To provide more comfort and flexibility, we recommend booking an additional day when possible. Unfortunately, our housekeeping staff sometimes faces scheduling conflicts that make it difficult to accommodate such requests immediately.
