Best place we have stayed in at Rocky Point

The place was bigger than I thought. And everyone had fun at the pool. And there was enough rooms for people to have their own privacy. If we had any questions, Jeff and Elia always had a answer for us. Very friendly owners. It was a very good first impression for Vrbo

Amazing stay

It was super easy to get to & from location wise! The owners were so friendly & went above & beyond for myself & my family! The pictures don’t do the place justice, it was so gorgeous & clean! We cannot wait to go back & stay with them again!!

The property manager was super nice and helpful

Planned a surprise party for my dad and Martin was super helpful and nice to help us al out. The property was really clean and definitely would stay again.

Awesome Oasis in Rocky Point

We had our family reunion at this little Oasis in Rocky Point. The rooms were really clean, all the AC s in good working condition, the pool was cleaned everyday, everyone took care of us, food, grills, kitchen bathrooms super clean etc. All around we recommend this place for reunions. We will definitely come back to visit!

Would definitely stay here again

Jeff and Martin were really helpful throughout the process of finding the property and the stay. Property was really clean. We had all 5 cars parked inside the gated property. Location is 5 minutes from restaurants, shops, and beach.

Excellent place for family n close friends (family) every fam has place of privacy and a center of place to enjoy together. Place is placed perfectly service is great! Owners are amazing- place is clean- has everything u would need - just like your home. If u need anything owners assist with all.. Lover the respect from owner! Absolute great place.

Can’t say enough good things!

This property is the place to stay. If you have doubts, don’t. Let me say the owners are spectacular host. Jeff and Elia went above and beyond. Elia showed us around when we first arrived. Let us know if we needed anything she was available. Jeff came through with the perfect place to enjoy great tacos and was welcoming and even drove us to get them. Martin is the perfect asset to this place. He cooked and knew where to go for the deals. This was hands down the best place to rent in Puerto Penasco

This home was Perfect!!!

This home was perfect for my group. It was all couples in late 20s. We all wanted to be together but also have our own space and this place gave us that. Very private and secured. Jeff the Owner was awesome. He called me a couple of times before we arrived to make sure everything was in order. He gave perfect directions and also things on what not to do or to do in Rocky Point. Jeff also timed my arrival so that the A/C was on before we got there. Leo the guy in charge of the place was also amazing. He gave me a tour of the place when I got there and explained everything with detail. He made sure we had all the amenities available to us. You name it he could do it. The courtyard/Patio was huge. Had all 6 cars parked in there and still had space to dance and have a good time. Each unit is equipped with everything you need. All my guests are frequent Puerto Peñasco visitors and they tend to stay at beachfront resorts but they preferred this house out in the city since it is very close to the beach anyways. They loved the privacy and the fact that all the group stayed in the same place. Overall, we loved it. We will be coming back to this house thats for sure. Thanks Jeff and Leo!!

Hosts are very friendly and responsive and helpful. The property was able to accommodate my whole family with room to spare. We were able to have our own privacy and yet still be together.

Will definitely be coming back!

My family had the best time! Jeff, his wife and their employees were more than helpful with whatever we needed and any questions we had, no matter the time. Perfect for a large group, and great location. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

So AWESOME

My family and I were a large group of mixed ages and we ALL had so much fun!! Jeff and Elia were the best hosts and Martin was so helpful too. This property was so much better than we could have imagined and everyone slept comfortably (beds were comfy and rooms had the best a/c, awesome after a fun night on the town lol) I appreciate everything Jeff, Elia, and Martin did for my family and I and highly highly highly recommend renting with them:)

Amazing!

My family and I had the best experience with renting this property. Jeff was very informative and provided unbelievable help with everything!. From chefs to excursions to recommendations Jeff made it all happen. Highly recommend renting with Jeff. Can’t wait to visit again.

Everything was amazing

Owner Elia was there to greet us, so sweet. We also meet Martin and our Chef Mari. Can't thank them enough for the amazing experience we had. Martin hooked us up with rentals, running errands and anything we needed, even got us a banda for our last night. Chef Mari food was so delicious, she aim to please. As for the House, pictures don't do it justice, so updated with a Spanish decor, so clean. The pool was bigger than expected. The house was amazing, rent it you won't regret it. We will be returning for sure. Thanks again to owners Elia and Jeff, but a special thanks to Mari and Martin.

Rocky Point July 30th.

Jeff the owner was very helpful and easy to reach. He answered all questions and offered suggestions of places to go. Martin was of great help as well. Overall a good experience and place to stay. As a group we would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation 2021 summer

Elia and Jeff the hosts are available 24/7 fast response time, extremely informative, extremely knowledgeable of the area, they are overwhelming at giving you their complete attention and can help you with anything I mean anything from where to go to the store to buy something to recommend restaurants or provide people to cook, and to extra curricular activities Point you right direction.In fact they make you feel like you’ve known them for years and that type of feeling makes you so comfortable to be there especially when visiting another country. We were a group of 21 people my family and friends all agree that everything was above and beyond your expectations and you will never regret working with them and renting that property we will be back again and we won’t hesitate to be the first ones in line to rent from them again in fact we did change our date because that’s how comfortable I was just contacting them through email and telephone regardingTheir property prior to booking. So if you are looking for a place to stay this is it for you don’t look any further and you are a large group.

Oasis

Staying here was such a great experience. I was worried my group would be disappointed we weren't at the beach, but it was so close by it wasn't an inconvenience. We also loved being centralized to everything we needed. Martin (the property manager) was so helpful and worked his guts out for us We will definitely plan to come back to stay here and loved everything about it.
