This spacious air-conditioned villa makes balcony on the southern slope of the valley and can welcome 14 people.

The rate is for a rental with 5 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms and sleeping accommodation for 10 adults and 4 children.

The rental is , basicaly, always from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum of 6 nights.


The villa is located in the Natural Park of the Gorges du Verdon above a valley on a dead end road . A hiking-pad, over 4km through the oak-forrest , leads to the old-roman neighbour-village Riez.

The villa is situated at 2 km from the small village center, Allemagne en Provence with his beautiful medieval castle.

You will find there a center with a bar-restaurant, a village-shop and a hot bakery.

A large supermarket is located at 8km distance at the Riez-village center.
In Riez are also , every wednesday and saturday , multicoloured public markets with regional products off the Provence. You should visit !

From the terraces of the villa, you can enjoy the tranquil landscape of our large green valley.

Behind the house are large, peaceful oak forests leading to the Valensole lavender plateau. Lavender harvest is in the 2nd part of July.

The GR4 - a 220km long walking trail - connecting the Mont Ventoux to the Cote d'Azur - passes beneath, on the small road in front off the house!

Cycling, sailing, rafting, canoeing or canyoning can be practiced in the area of the Verdon-slope or on the lakes nearby. Electric powered-boats for familytours on the lakes are for hire.

2 mountain bikes, children's bikes, a petanque course and a professional ping-pong table are available in the house to tenants.

Next to the heated pool, there is a large shaded terrace of 20m2 above the long table hosts for long soirees Provençal. The barbecue area is nearby.

Located above the pool, at the exit of the living room, is a terrace ,, breakfast ,, , partly shaded

Below the 3rd terrace, completely shaded, is the reading/smoking corner to see also as the corner of french relaxation (Sieste) after the lunch ...

Behind the villa there is parking for four cars and a large covered shelter for bicycles or motorcycles.

Possibility to RENT SHEETS AND TOWELS, 7€ /person , beds made on arrival!

ELECTRICITY consumption : The sun-panels-power is offered to the guest. Excess will be counted 0. 33€ / kWh ,according to meter lift.
The weekly consumption (between 120 and 160€) will be deducted from the deposit.

We enjoyed our stay in the house. It is roomy and has a nice outside area with a good sized pool. It was well stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils etc. Nice place.

Melvin Louër : Beautiful villa in a beautiful setting

The villa is located in a relaxing environment, near the lakes (Sainte Croix, Esparron ..) and near the Gorges du Verdon. It fits well with the description with a spacious area and comfort of good quality. Among friends, we were able to enjoy the villa with pool and activities in the area (Rafting, canoeing / kayaking, pedal boats ..).
François was accommodating and available. Thank you for this holiday !!

We stayed here the last fifteen days of July to three families. We appreciated that every family can have their bathroom. The villa is brand new and well designed. It is very well equipped and spacious, the rooms have a nice size. We appreciated that the beds were made upon our arrival. Beautiful private pool and beautiful big terrace with barbecue. Beautiful outdoor spaces. Proprietaire answering our questions quickly by mails. To recommend.
