Welcome to Fountain of the Sun a gated adult community at 80th St and Broadway in Mesa. 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. 2 full bathrooms. One car carport. For those few that have never experienced staying in an adult community this one has all the supplies (sheets, towels, dishes) and amenities. Social gatherings, activities from pottery making, to stained glass plus other crafts, computer club, shuffleboard, and the new pickle ball courts and of course golfing. Why chose our home? Simply for the feel of being home and the feeling of belonging to a great community. Another benefit of our home is the convenience of local hospitals, restaurants, Costco for those deal shoppers. Once you are through shopping time to relax next to the pool and spa. The heated hot tub takes away all your worries, leaving you totally relaxed. Updated in summer of 2017 with all new paint and popcorn finish off the ceilings, new door hardware, new shutters in kitchen and guest room, new lights and white rocker switches, new brown leather couch (not a fold out), new pots and pans, and many more updates.

Great Arizona vacation!

Fountain of the Sun is a well maintained park in a great location in Mesa. Our condo unit was very clean and well stocked, and in a quiet area. We would definitely go back there again.

The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We stayed here for a month while my husband was working in the area. Location felt very safe.

Fountain of the Sun

This is a wonderful property. Very roomy and comfortable. As a cook, i very much appreciated all the cookware, dinnerware, small appliances that were available. Neighbors are very nice. So much to do in the area.We are coming back next year.

First Snowbird Experience

It was just what we wanted, two bedroom, two baths, it was in a good location for us. It's in a neighborhood setting, secure and clean. We did use the smaller pool, which was nice and convenient.Hosts were nice and easy to communicate with.We enjoyed the fruit that was offered by those in the community, discovered as we did our daily walk.

Fountain of sun condo

Property was clean and well stocked of towels and kitchen supplies . Easy to get to and great access. On site laundry facilities were very handy. Twice week garbage pick up was nice to keep clean. Only negative one patio door was difficult to open.

Visiting Friends in the Area

The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Welcome letter explained everything. Took advantage of the pool and we were glad we did. Great location, close to anything you could want. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Joe for such a nice place!

Way better than a Motel!

We have stayed several times at this condo. It is in a safe gated community protected by private security. The condo was clean, convenient and had all of the amenities you would need. Everyone we met were friendly. The swimming pool was clean, private and very accessible. Very nice!

Great condo

Very nice place and we will definitely rent again. I would suggest that because the condo is a 55 and older park. Grab bars in the showers would be a great help to older people with health issues. Everything else is wonderful. Very comfortable and convenient for visiting our friends that live in FOTS year round. Thanks for a great visit.

Very nice condo and wonderful community

FOS is a very nice community. The residents were welcoming and included us right away. The condominium is very well maintained and it appears that it was recently updated. Great hosts that are very accommodating. We just hope its available again sometime. 🙏

Fantastic Condo!

Everything we needed for an excellent vacation in Phoenix! Our hosts were attentive without being intrusive. Excellent checkin and checkout procedures. Fountain of the Sun is a friendly, quiet and well kept community. The golf course is in good shape and a fun course to play. Condo was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Kitchen was wonderfully equipped with more kitchenware than we would need. The appliances were new and in excellent condition. Everything worked as it should. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation. Will definitely book again if the condo is available.

Friendly place

Other residents are nice and helpful. One thing I would accentuate more is that it’s a gated community. It would make it even more appealing. If the opportunity comes up again, we would definitely return

Karen & I have been together for over 16 years, married in 2004 on the Island of Maui with all our Family and close friends there. Our love for Fountain of the Sun goes back to 2004 when we purchased a condo for Mom and Dad right around the corner on 78th place. We continued our love of FOTS by investing in several homes and condo's. It is a place where you can walk around and everyone waves and says "Good morning" or "beautiful day isn't it". Karen's family is very close, from reunions, to skiing trips together and trips to visit each other often. I am also from a close family. Born and raised in the Midwest. I Grow up in Michigan moved to Chicago in my young adult life. I like neighbors where you go in the back yard and talk across the fence for hours. this is what Fountain of the Sun feels like.

Opportunity, We have been looking for the right place to add to our vacation rentals and this is it. we looked at other over 50 plus parks and nothing makes us feel at home like Fountain of the Sun. From the Activity Center, The Main Pool, Shuffleboard Courts, and the Craft making you can participate in whether you are here for a week or month to six months even. Having a local pool and hot tub is an added feature.

The unique feature of our home is this convenient to everything in the community pool and hot tub walking distance about a block away. Main pool and spa, activity center and golf club about a half mile if that. Our home is completely furnished with all your kitchen gadgets, a second bedroom you can use it as a guest room.To invite your friends to share in your happiness.
