Enjoy our Oceanfront Lincoln City home -- it has dramatic ocean views and is designed for family and friends -- a great place to rendezvous to enjoy the beach (or the sight of the beach and the waves and tide pools if the weather is stormy!)
Our home is comfy, cozy, and ready to relax in. We have 4 bedrooms ( 2 new king beds and 2 newer queen beds) and some additional space for guests. A fully-stocked kitchen (with dishwasher) makes cooking 'in' easy.

You enter our home on the main floor, into a spacious great room, which includes the kitchen, dining area with dining table and 6 dining chairs + 2 benches, and a sitting area. In this room, you can see ocean waves from every window while you are visiting, fixing meals, eating together around the large table, playing games or just sitting and talking together.

Also on the main floor is the living room with comfortable seating, flat screen TV with cable, DVD, and a cozy wood burning stove. We have WiFi. Here too, you can enjoy amazing ocean views from every window! There are two full bathrooms on this level, each with a tub/shower combo. Also, there are 3 bedrooms on this level; one bedroom has a King bed and two bedrooms have Queen beds. There is one additional separate room on this level which is a laundry and game room (and has a Queen size Hide-A-Bed for lounging).

Upstairs there is another complete 'unit' -- 1 more (King) bedroom and a TV room (with a Queen Hide-A-Bed sofa). This level also has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is an open living room, dining area and kitchen; plenty of space for the whole family to gather together, or this space can be a retreat for a few guests to get away and have a separate gathering (or watch different DVD's!). This room has dramatic ocean views and access to an upper deck for outside viewing of the ocean and stars at night.

SO ... as you can see ... we have lots of nooks and crannies for everyone in your group (large or small) to relax and enjoy themselves!

A leisurely 10-minute walk will bring you to a stairway to miles of sandy beaches. Or you can drive to 2 nearby beach access areas (about 3/4 miles in either direction) that also has public parking.

We had a great time. The host was responsive to questions (how many cars can park in the driveway, access to beach) and welcoming to the property. Easy neighborhood walking, quick access to town, fantastic view, wide beach. Beds were big and comfy and each bed (and pullout) had plenty of privacy from the others. Looking forward to going back!

Hosts are fabulous and very communicative. It was easy to check in and the house is exactly as listed. We were able to see whales everyday as several of them were directly out in front of the VRBO. it’s fully stocked, comfortable and lots of room to spread out. It’s not the newest most modern house but it was comfortable, had everything we needed and the location and view is perfect.

Perfect ocean beach vacation home for our family group of 4 families! We had a week of non stop memories with doable beach access from early morning tide pool exploration to sunset beach fun! The house comfortably accommodated all 12 people (8 adults and 4 children) with everything we needed! Our host was absolutely amazing with complete and timely communication and we had no problems at all!! Highly recommend this home for anyone wishing to make enjoyable memories of the Oregon Coast! So happy we made this choice! Thank you

Perfect weekend

This property was perfect for our family. Roomy enough (sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms) so everyone had space, could eat/play games together, and have some quiet time, if desired. The views are spectacular and the location was ideal for us. We had lots of walks to the beach, strengthened our calves on the stairs, and made happy family memories. The property manager was very easy to work with and ensured we had everything needed. We will be back.

Spring break 2025

The house is a cozy smaller place. It was like having 2 separate places with the upstairs being fully accommodated with its own kitchen, small living room (a couch, 2 chairs, tv) and full bathroom. This was great for the teenagers who were with us. The beds were comfortable for all of us. There was not much space for our suitcases and closets were either locked or full of stuff. The laundry room needs some gutting, way too much non usable items, cluttered. The downstairs kitchen table was a little small for games and eating. The weather was cold and rainy every day so we were inside A lot. The walk to the beach was quite a workout for Me at 73. Steep hills both ways. The beach at this location wasn’t the most beautiful of the Oregon coast. It was quite rocky and we had to be very aware of the tide

Comfortable stay

This was a really good week at the beach - beautiful views and sounds, comfortable furniture and beds, and enough space to enjoy each other - we had 7 adults and a 5-year-old. Another reviewer mentioned the need to update the towels, and we echo that. The only big detractor was a certain lack of cleanliness - found garbage under furniture; dusty along the edges and corners of the floors, the windowsills, etc; and we tried to clean the windows to take better advantage of the views. The owners are wonderful to communicate with when needed. The house feels perfectly secluded while being 5 minutes from all the stores and restaurants of Lincoln City.

Charming Hideaway of Nostalgic Heaven

The home feels like a remodeled grandma's house - wonderfully retro with comfortable beds and furniture. It strangely felt as if we'd been there before. It has a nice view of the ocean and close access to public beach entry. The house was clean and tidy, and enjoys two floors with kitchens/restrooms so two families shared it and enjoyed some space. Only downsides: a very steep driveway with just enough room for a couple of cars - and sensitive neighbors who immediately take a picture of your car if you temporarily park anywhere else. Otherwise, we'll be back for sure!

A Little Slice of Heaven

This is a fabulous house for family or groups. Very cozy, yet has plenty of rooms to spread out in. We were a group of four senior ladies on an annual Girls Trip. It was nice that we each had our own bedroom. Very clean, an exceptionally well stocked pantry with many spices, cooking oil, even coffee and tea! Beautiful views of the ocean and sunset. We booked this house almost a year in advance, and we lucked out with gorgeous weather for our entire stay. It happened to be the week of the Aurora being visable, so an extra bonus! The owner, Nancy, was wonderful to work with, and responded quickly to questions. We would love to stay here again!

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are loads of dishes/pots/pans if you are interested in cooking. There really wasn't anything that was needed. We would stay there again.

Spacious House with Great View

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It had amazing, uninhibited views of the ocean and it was nice to sit on the deck or balcony and look at the ocean. The house had more rooms and more sleeping options than we anticipated, which was great! There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep. It was nice to have two kitchens - gave us extra fridge and freezer space and a second oven if needed. The furniture and beds were comfortable and everything was clean upon arrival. The host let us check in early and check out late which was awesome and very generous. The only downsides are: the house is on a cliff, does not have a yard and is on a blind corner on the road, so you definitely have to keep an eye out on your kids if they go outside. Beach access is a bit of a hike up and down some hills and down a long staircase. The house is older and had a musty smell, but once we opened windows and aired it out, it was fine. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Beautiful view!

The location was amazing. We even saw whales from the deck. It is an older home, but had lots of room for our family stay!! We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the beds and even the pullout bed. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay in their beautiful beach house!!!

Wonderful location and home

We loved our short stay by the beach. This house was great for our family (5 kids) + the in-laws. Wonderful views, lots of space, and about a 1/4 mile from the beach access. The kids loved the tide pools on the beach - the best ones we found on the coast at a public beach.

Nelscott area beach house

Overall impression was good......clean house, plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms, nice kitchen with everything we needed. However the parking situation is terrible & dangerous Information states no more than 4 cars but that might be possible if all 4 cars are Fiats. We had a Chevy Tahoe & Ford Edge, & we might have been able to squeeze 1 small compact car in ......maybe. The property slopes down to street & falling could be a problem, I myself almost fell twice.

Great home and view

The house was very clean and the view was great. The weather could have been warmer, but that was Mother Natures fault. Really enjoyed the house and the rooms stayed warm.
