My wife and I rented this place for us, our adult children, and their families. It was perfect! There are plenty of bathrooms, there is plenty of space to spread out and not be on each others toes. The kitchen has everything you need to make family meals. We enjoyed setting the table with placemats, cloth napkins, etc., for a lovely family dinner. The grandkids' used the fancy plastic cups and really enjoyed it. The views are amazing from the balcony's. Tom, the host is amazing and is quick to respond to any questions, and goes above and beyond.

Great stay

Found this home searching for a place to have my entire family stay with their kids and spouses. Place was awesome! Three floors of living space felt much larger and the view of the ocean is spectacular. Home was very clean and inviting. Tom went above and beyond to help accommodate our infant granddaughter with a portable crib and high chair. Instructions and recommendations were truly on point. Would rent this place again! Thanks for the great accommodations!

Outstanding, relaxing, indulgent, and refreshing! Rare find with excellent views and service!

Our family and visiting friends LOVED this home with its gorgeous views, comfortable, spacious rooms, happy, beachy décor, and abundant lighting. Highly recommend! We are tall people – this is a rare find that is roomy enough and gives so many spaces for multiple generations to visit, rest, read, play games, or watch movies, all at the same time. We hope to stay here again.We wanted to be able to see the ocean, sunsets, and beautiful coastal area from multiple rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, and yet close to multiple beach access areas for folks with differing levels of mobility. Our toddler granddaughter loved digging the beach sand, pouring water (over and over!) and yet have a short walk back to the car. She could also play safely at home outside on the fully enclosed 2nd floor deck with one or two adults nearby and others conversing in the living room, dining, and kitchen areas. Perfect for low-key fresh-air play!The 3rd floor master suite was what we jokingly called “a religious experience.” We wallowed in the huge king bed with an excellent mattress, multiple sitting areas and furnishings, en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub roomy enough for two and spacious storage, a walk-in closet, a work area for computing or remote work, and wonderful outdoor deck for watching sunsets. The host supplies high quality paper products, linens, and towels. On the same floor is a separate sitting area and reading room chock-full of books and games. It was a great space that closed off to facilitate video conferencing.We love to cook, so the well-supplied, roomy kitchen was a delight for multiple people! There were lots of serving dishes and platters, kids’ dishes, electric appliances, and more than 12 place-settings and utensils. We didn’t have to do dishes all the time. We had a number of visitors stop by in small groups over the 2-week period, so it helped to have lots of dishes, glassware, and 4 bathrooms.Each of the other 2 bedrooms were comfortable, airy, and filled with fun, beach-themed art, and decorations. The ground floor bedroom was perfect for our adult son, with a large adjoining sitting room and futon that was wonderfully comfortable for our grandchild’s nap and sleep-times.Tom is a wonderful, meticulous, client-focused host! He lives nearby and quickly responded to questions both before and during our stay.

Truly a Gem

Our family of nine thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home, and hope to return someday! The design is really smart, with three levels (each of which has a large viewing deck), a large living/dining/kitchen area, and one bedroom on each of the levels. In addition, there's a sitting room at the back of the top floor that's stocked with a variety of books, puzzles, and games. There was plenty of room to spread out for quieter activities. The house was well stocked and very clean.The location of the house is also excellent. As other reviews have stated, the ocean views are amazing, and the location is convenient - with food trucks, the Otis Cafe, Mo's, an IGA market, and more within walking distance. The Taft beach is a few blocks away.The host, Tom, was very welcoming, helpful, informative, and attentive. It's obvious that he's put a great deal of thought into making this house a place where visitors can relax, enjoy, and make wonderful memories. He's thought of everything! There was one minor plumbing incident early in our stay, and he came over quickly to take care of it.I highly recommend this house (and hope to return again . . . and again . . .)!

Lovely, large beach house

A perfect place for family to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary. Each floor of the home has its own living space, bedroom and bathroom(s). It is larger than it looks in the photos. Walkable to the beach. Stocked with everything you could need, including books, games and puzzles. The 7 of us very much enjoyed our time here. Would definitely book again.

Spring Break Getaway

I traveled to the Oregon coast with my son and his girlfriend for a Spring Break getaway and we were so glad we found this property. It was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed every moment of our trip. Communication with Tom was great, and we had zero issues with the house. The panoramic view of the ocean from the house was incredible and we were blown away with all of the gathering spaces that were perfect for relaxation and conversation. The house was in a great location in regards to the beach, walking to restaurants, and also easy access to some wonderful hiking and tourist attractions. This house really is a gem.

Celebrating with family

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights at the beach to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday. Our two grown kids, their spouses and children (9) in all were blessed to spend 4 nights in your beautiful home. We couldnt have asked for a better experience, Tom has paid close attention to whatever his guests might need. We were even greeted with birthday balloons and a beach inspired gift. Thank you so much!

Utterly perfect

Photos don’t do the place justice. It’s fantastic. Our party of seven adults and one teenager all loved this place! We were able to walk to the beach (it is down a set of steps that our two oldest family members couldn’t manage), to local coffee shops and restaurants and it was a quick drive to groceries and gift shops in town. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We loved seeing whales from the ocean view decks!

Perfect home for our spring break!

This house was absolutely perfect for our spring break getaway. The 3 floors with separate tv and sleeping areas worked great for our large group. We loved the two fireplaces and took advantage of the gas grill. The garage is well stocked with beach toys and chairs for our bonfires on the beach. Will definitely book again!

Fantastic house for a group!

We were a party of 6 (3 couples) celebrating two birthdays. The house was wonderful as all three stories have at least one "sitting area," a bedroom and a bathroom, so it was easy for folks to break off and do their own thing. Walking distance into town, food carts, the beach made it easy to acquire provisions. The house was clean and well stocked. We will very likely be returning as the setup was so perfect for us. The manager of the house was communicative and on-hand if we had needed anything at all. Great place to stay!

Gorgeous views, wonderful neighborhood and perfectly suited for a large group!!

We cannot wait to go back!! This house was the absolute perfect spot for our girls weekend! The massive couch, large kitchen table with extra chairs and every appliance in the world met all of our needs! A short walk down to the sand was so welcomed!! We walked, we ran, we enjoyed views of the rocks and cliff sides. Also the beautiful drift wood on the beach gave quintessential beach vibes. Everything is beautifully decorated throughout thr house in beach decor! The gas fire place also helped to keep us cozy on a coastal rainy night. We were also close to the IGA at the bottom of the hill, which was SO convenient! We drove to Newport, the outlet mall, and ate at the Otis Cafe just down the road. We also had time for a hike at Drift Wood Trail head to see the beautiful falls. 100% recommended, total round trip just over 3 miles and about 30 minutes from the house. Last, but certainly not least, we had the most gracious host, Tom. They sent text messages, welcoming us to the area a couple days ahead of our big adventure to the coast. We were sprinkled with customer service that you don't get just anywhere these days. Thank you times 1 million from Amy and the girls!!!

This house earns 10 out of 5!

I wish I could live there all my life. An outstanding house and its owner! It's furnished extremely well, as well as it's very very clean. The house actually is even better than shown on pictures. Its location is even better: you can enjoy ocean's view from all its 3 terraces, old town with beach and restaurants is located within walkable distance. It was probably the best stay my family has ever had! Tom (the host) is an extremely caring, friendly, and responsible person. It was a great pleasure communicating with him. Overall, Tom and his house deserve 10 starts out of 5. I highly recommend Tom's house to everyone!

4th stay at this wonderful home. Location & views cannot be beat, home is very well equipped & has plenty of room for everyone. Tom, the host, is very nice & always does a quick check in to make sure all is well. We love staying here!

Amazing home!

This place was perfect for our spring break retreat. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you could need and the three floors with separate tv areas was great for the kids to spread out. Beaches are close by. The garage is stocked with beach toys and chairs. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home!!

Beautiful home with room for everyone to spread out. Well outfitted for all seasons. Great location for coast activities. Couldn't have been happier and would definitely stay here again.
