Love this place

Perfect for our family of 10. Manager was awesome. Never rented a place where you had to pay for linens and to have the beds made, but it was still an awesome place. Kitchen was fully equipped and the view was delightful. Definitely recommend and will come back.

Perfect family week at the beach

The house was perfect for us, our 3 adult children and their families. Plenty of space in the house. We never felt crowded! And as a bonus, the house has a generator. That came in very handy because the electricity went off twice, but we had AC and lights. We would definitely stay there again.

Great house but not so great ac

The house was everything we were looking for. Plenty of beds to choose from for our large group & great beach access! We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we didn’t like was the settings for the ac. I understand & didn’t have a problem with the ac not going any lower than 70 but it was programmed to bump up to 74 every few hours so we were all sweating instead of sleeping.

Great Location!

The house is in a great location and very peaceful. The beach is steps away and we also loved the deck to watch the birds and the gulf. The only thing that made me sad was how dirty the upholstery of the furniture was. It was very stained and discolored. It made the house feel dirty even though it was relatively clean. Other than that it was a nice place in a great location.

The dining room was perfect for dinners and games with a table big enough for everyone. We were there during tropical storm beta so had a some inside time on the big comfy Furniture watching lots of TV. We will be back!

Good Rental

Unfortunately we went right after a big storm and electricity had just been restored so things were getting back on track locally. Major mosquitoes but they did a spray over the entire peninsula and it helped a lot. Would have liked more pots and pans in kitchen and a dryer that worked better. Took 4 cycles to dry towels, even after reducing number. Has cargo lift but unable to use it. I would have paid a deposit to be able to use it.

Roomy and relaxing house

We even had a bedroom we didn’t use! The house is very close to beach and an easy walk down there. Multiple decks give plenty of room to sit outside. The big dining room table allowed us all to eat together as well. Great place to stay!

We literally wanted to stay... Just one more day...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very beautiful and very well kept up. All appliances and kitchen necessities were there. Beds were comfortable. Out of all the beach houses we've stayed at and there have been quite a few over the past 15 years, this was hands down my favorite. Loved loved loved this house. There's only two small tiny things that would have made it more awesome but they weren't detractors... the ice machine could have worked - never had one in any of the other houses and when I saw it I did a little dance but alas we could never get it to work. and the master toilet seat slides to the side. Neither of these items were deal killers at all. Best location. Most comfortable house. Seriously... RENT this beauty of a house... you'll never want to rent a different one again. I know we don't ... lol Management company was a dream to work with. Their description was spot on. The papers they offered with the contract had very detailed instructions to the highlights around the area! We didn't head out from the beach house but I'm sure this would have come in handy if we needed it. Very sweet humans who were super helpful and kind. 10/10 will rent this house again. I highly recommend this house!

Thanksgiving stay!

Our family had the best time making memories here! The cleanliness was great, beds/rooms we’re comfortable and the balconies were amazing! The beach is a minute away, we cannot wait to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Make a trip to this house in the fall last few years. Fits my siblings and their families. A great time to have everyone reconnect and love the big dining table, get some good gametimes in at night. The view is great and just steps from the beach.And it has an ice maker, great for families and fishing. Note: Owner needs to work on the stairs and deck, nail heads popping up, tripping hazard and not good for bare feet. Need to fix refrigerator, the door is missing the keepers inside to hold food, bring a lot of food and storage in it is key. Other than that, will be back next year.

This was not the case this time. Two of the bathrooms had dirty linens on the floor and trash in the garbage. It looked like someone left before completing the job.

Perfect Family Retreat

Clean, well organized, not a wasted nook or cranny. Perfectly designed for families. Took my five children, their spouses, and their children here and all slept well, comfortably accommodated all of us without feeling like we were on top of each other. Only complaint is this: get a high chair and keep a play n pack on site. Then it would be perfect for families of all ages.

Ford vacation 2020

Vacation started Rocky-. When we got there we noticed it had not been cleaned there were crumbs all on the table, dried food in the carpet, Numerous lightbulbs were out, one of the bunkbed ladder was broken almost ready to fall off, the whole side of the bed was detached from the wall, the refrigerator was not working properly, then we went to wash the small rugs in the bathrooms because they were dirty and the knob is broke on the washer. Three hours in we had two maintenance people, three maids fixing and cleaning what should’ve been done before we got there. We continued to wash the rugs and In about 30 minutes my son noticed there was water pouring out of the washer. The maintenance man came back out and fixed the problem, finally. After the first day we did have a great vacation. The management company needs to take much more care to ensureThat all is ready when the customers are scheduled to arrive!

Reviewer Comments: We have started a family tradition where every other year may husband and I rent a home for all of our immediate family (children & grand children) can stay for a week. Last week was the second time we stayed at Just One More Day. As always it was perfect for our family. I'm sure we will come again. The only thing that didn't cooperate was the weather!

Just perfect

This home was wonderful. We worried about space since we like to have plenty of bedrooms, but this home utilized the layout to perfection. The home also had all the cooking supplies, puzzles, BBQ grill needs that any Bolivar lover needs. We definitely will rebook. Beautiful home!!!!

Cobb was wonderful to deal with and made sure everything was perfect. This home has TONS of space and lots of beds. We had the best time and will definitely book this cabin again.
