Casale Ferraguzzo is a farmhouse of 350 m2 with a private swimming pool and 7 double bedrooms each with a bathroom that can comfortably accommodate 14 people. The old property, which dates back to 1700, has been completely renovated and is particularly suitable for groups of friends, large families or for organized events. The house offers a spacious porch, furnished with tables and chairs as well as a large fenced-in garden with a grassy lawn and barbecue.

External Area and Swimming Pool
The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden with an English-style lawn and is completely fenced-in, with tall trees, ancient oaks and various kinds of flowers. There is also a large swimming pool with Roman-style steps that measures 18x6, ranging from 1.5 to 2 meters deep. The characteristic sunny porch is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners and is well furnished with a table, chairs and a barbecue. Outside the fenced-in area, but still part of the property, there is a small football pitch, a play area for children with swings, slides, table tennis and bocce pitch.Interior
The furnishings in the farmhouse are simple and elegant, using local materials, stone and terracotta. On the ground floor there is a covered and equipped porch which leads to the well-equipped kitchen and the dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 private bathroom with shower in the adjacent hallway, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower also suitable for people with disabilities. Going up a few stairs there is a lounge with satellite TV and DVD player that faces a large terrace, 3 double bedrooms two of which have a bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower. On the second floor, in the small towers from which you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view, there are 2 double rooms with private bathroom one with shower and one with a bath.

The property, which is completely independent and entirely fenced-in is surrounded by approximately 4500 m, and is strategically located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, not far from the most popular tourist attractions.
