Villa Davima Marzamemi - San Lorenzo

Villa Davima, is a bright and independent house, structured on one floor. The entrance of the villa consists of a large well-kept garden, which extends between a pine forest with English lawn, where you can relax enjoying the beautiful natural setting and another part equipped with sofas, sun beds and other comforts, to take the sun surrounded by palm trees that evoke an exotic environment. The house outside has a large, well-furnished veranda, which gives access to the bright internal open space of about 60 m² with strictly handmade living room and dining table. The kitchen is complete with recently purchased appliances, and all utensils to meet the needs of our guests. The sleeping area has a spacious hallway of 30 m² which gives access to all the bedrooms, which are also well furnished with two large wardrobes and a mirror, in handmade wood. The first double bedroom is well furnished and welcoming, complete with all comforts, including an en suite bathroom with brand new bathroom fixtures and flooring. The second double bedroom has a rustic decor with delicate colors, with a wonderful wooden roof. It overlooks the back of the house, in a private garden surrounded by greenery, with stone flooring and lawn, to give you moments of relaxation and well-being. The third bedroom is furnished with two bunk beds, for a maximum of four people, wardrobe and bedside table, comfortable and spacious environment. In the sleeping area there is also a second bathroom, complete with sanitary ware, internal shower, mirror and anything else that can serve to meet your needs. Last room in the sleeping area, it is a medium-sized closet that can be used according to the needs of our guests. All the infissimi of the house are brand new, with double-chamber glass, ensuring excellent insulation from the outside, creating a silent environment with no temperature changes, to make the most of the internal electric air conditioning capacity.
-The villa is located 600m from the oasis of vendicari, with its 1,500 hectares extending between crystal clear sea, pristine white beaches surrounded by vegetation and marshes where you can admire the flow of migratory birds such as pink flamingos. Following the beaches of San Lorenzo that alternate with cliffs with wonderful backdrops.
-About 3 km we find the enchanting seaside village of Marzamemi known for the nightlife that takes place around discos pubs, restaurants, all in a context rich in history and art.
- At 20 kilometers the city of Noto flourishes, capital of the Baroque and unesco heritage, where you can admire the architectural splendor of the early '700.
- At 30 kilometers, the city of Syracuse flourishes, one of the largest metropolises of the ancient world and one of the largest polis in the Greek world, characterized by huge riches and important historical, archaeological and landscape features on the ancient, Renaissance and Baroque profile.
