Completely Furnished, hardwood floors, Living room has a 70 inch flat screen Tv, Cable, wireless internet., full kitchen. Guest Bedroom has Queen size bed, closet and flat screen TV, has adjacent bathroom with large shower with a bench. Master has Cal King Bed, large walk in closet, flat screen Tv, Double sink in bathroom and a large shower with rain head and a bench. All furniture is restoration hardware unit is fully accessorized! One car garage included. A must see!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean and beautifully decorated – exactly like the photos. The space was comfortable and had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a cozy living area to relax in after a long day.The location was ideal. Walking distance to Beverly Hills restaurants and shopping. The host was amazing – friendly, responsive, and always available to answer questions or offer recommendations. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I’d definitely book again!

I can't imagine staying in a better, more suitable location in the middle of Beverly Hills with walking distance to Rodeo drive and other sites. The host was most gracious. We are looking forward to a return visit.

BH Holiday Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The photos are accurate. It is a nice 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with the ability to cook. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms and closets are roomy with lovely finish outs. Our favorite aspect was the walk ability to shops, food and coffee. Morr was our point of contact and he was kind and helpful throughout our stay. We are already looking forward to another visit here.

Perfect LA Guest House Getaway

We just returned from a week in LA, and our stay at this property could not have worked out better. The house itself is gorgeous, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. As a family of four, we were very comfortable- everyone had enough space. It was great having access to a kitchen for quick breakfasts and snacks. The location was also fabulous - we were walking distance to many great spots in Beverly Hills, and it was a perfect jumping off place for other area attractions like Universal, Hollywood, and Santa Monica. The owner/host was incredibly thoughtful, from helping us with our bags when we arrived to offering restaurant recommendations, etc. In short, we could not recommend this place more highly, and we will definitely stay there again when visiting LA.

Listing states “brand new construction.” This needs to be updated as unit, couches, and other items are at least 10 years old. Each bedroom and living room are prominently described as having TVs & cable.No instructions on how to use anything. For example, the listing highlighted the 3 TVs, when arrived we were told the master bedroom TV was not working, needed to be replaced. None of the three TVs were working initially. No remote was apparent in the living room, was finally located in a partially hidden closet behind a chair.After numerous visits, hosts son was able to get living room TV functioning, not the other two. Eventually, we were provided with an apple TV device with no instructions on use in second bedroom. Master TV never functional. Premium channels were only available with our own personal individual logins.I was recovering from a medical procedure and unfortunately unable to use the master bed at all. It is extremely high and not usable for people 5’3” or under without climbing or jumping (and the TV never worked).Beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood. Wonderful bathrooms, but no shower products as available in many other properties at half the cost. For a stay involving medical recuperation, it was not ideal for us.

Easy, Convenient, Relaxing

We loved this property and our hosts. The entire week was effortless and great thanks to the location, wonderfully stocked apartment and the responsive hosts. We will definitely return!

Very nice place. We really loved the location to downtown Beverly Hills.

This is a very nice guesthouse. It has all of the conveniences of home with the fantastic location to Beverly Hills. We were made to feel welcome and will definitely come back again. Thank you.

First Class Property and Location!

This was the first time I used VRBO so, I was a little nervous. It turned out to be a great experience. The property, location and the owners where amazing. Loved everything about this property! The house was top of the line everything. The pictures are true to what you get. The location was perfect. It is in walking distance to so much. You are also close to highways. The owners were so nice and helpful giving us ideas on what to do and where to eat. I have to say 208 Rodeo was one of our favorite restaurants. Next time we are in LA we will stay here not doubt about it.

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Beverly Hills

This was a beautiful property and a super location! The owners are extremely nice and helpful. You can walk just about anywhere in Beverly Hills from here. You have a place to park your car too for those trips around L.A. where you need to drive. Came here for annual girls trip and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in this area of L.A.

A FIVE STAR GEM!! LOOK NO FURTHER!

This was by far the most beautiful VRBO property we have stayed in. The decor was amazing! We couldn't have been more comfortable. The furnishings were gorgeous and the kitchen and bathrooms were incredible. Including the rain shower in the master bathroom. The beds/sheets/comforters were top of the line and comfy. We are fussy about this and we were not disappointed. The place has a great vibe to it as well. The location can't be beat...near the heart of Beverly Hills. Everything within walking distance. MOST importantly the owners were fantastic. They were extremely accommodating, very kind and easy to communicate with. There is no question for us...we cannot wait to visit this spectacular property again!!

Best location in Los Angeles!

It was very cosy place to stay for a holiday in Los Angeles. It is located in the best area in Los Angeles which is Beverly Hills. Also, it was very comfortable and clean house. The decoration was beautiful and they have very big television which is very good for watching movies. We are looking forward to going back again! By the way, the owners of the house are very friendly and I highly recommend that place for the couples. I already missed that place!

Absolutely Amazing!

I hesitate to write a great review because I want it to be available when I come back to CA. (Selfish, I know). I travel a lot and use VRBO every single time and NEVER have I stayed somewhere this nice. The decorations and furniture were stunning, the location is literally, steps away from Rodeo Drive but that wasn't even the best part. The best part and most memorable of all was the owner and his lovely wife. OMG! We fell in love with them. They went out of their way to make sure we (3 crazy ladies from Tennessee) had everything we needed. I cannot wait to go back and I can assure you, I'll stay here again and again.
