Hidden Dunes Villa #40 | 3 Bed, 3 Bath

Spacious, open, and inviting, this ground floor Villa is located on the Lake and adjacent to the heated pool at Hidden Dunes.  The view from the great room or screened porch is spectacular and you are only a 2 minute walk from the beach.  The kitchen has been recently updated with stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and the  laundry room has an additional beverage fridge.  The bedroom floors have been updated with wood look porcelain tiles. The screened porch directly overlooks the lake, making it the perfect place to relax.

The resort is know for it's 6 tennis courts, brand new pickleball courts, 3 community pools, and relaxing atmosphere.   The resort also has a basketball court and childrens' playground.  Not only does Hidden Dunes offer these amenities, but it's located a half mile from Sandestin and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, making it a great location for the whole family.

Effective 2022: The Hidden Dunes HOA and White Diamond Beach Service have decided not to allow owners to pay for and provide complimentary beach service to their guests. With this new policy, beach service is not included with this property. Guests may pay for beach service themselves by visiting the onsite attendant at the beach. We were notified of this by an owner and immediately added it to the listing description on October 26, 2021.

Been coming to Hidden Dunes for 29 years...stayed in regular units and beach villas...all of the beach villas have been nice but this one ranks close to the top...awesome week for our entire family

Lots of space and great location

Plenty of room, especially liked the open concept kitchen, dining, and living space. The rooms are very spacious also. Could have used a deeper cleaning prior to our arrival.

Great Villa

Very nice Villa at Hidden Dunes. Convenient to the beach access. Well equipped with nice appliances. Great set up for Grandparents with kids and grandkids. Quiet but close to the pool and grill set.

Great family beach condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect with easy beach access. Nice to have the little pond view out back. We did have a little issue with some cleanliness when we arrived, with some crumbs on the rug, pair of underwear left out and towels got delivered a little after we arrived. It was nice that the owner called and checked on things when we arrived. We also were there the week they were doing construction in the unit above us and there was some construction noise and had to park around their trucks and trailers. With all that being said, most of things were out of owner’s control and we would still recommend staying at this property and look forward to staying here again. The kitchen is stocked, plenty of room to spread out, wonderful master shower, proximity to beach, and use of beach chairs.

Charming Place and Perfect Location

This property is definitely bigger than it looks!!! Very spacious. Perfect for us. We had 4 adults and two kids. The bathroom in the master suite is to die for!!! The wrap around porch is so nice with the lake view. The location is perfect! We had two small kids. You literally walk out the door and cross the street and the pool is right there. The beach walk isn’t bad either. You cross this little pathway and walk up a ramp and down some steps and you are right there. Not bad at all! We loved being so close to the pool and the beach since we have small kids. The owners were so nice! They even called when we got there to make sure we didn’t need anything. Definitely would stay here again!!

perfect spot for a much needed vacation

This condo was perfect! Great location and short walk to private beach. Screened porch on ground floor was great for going to and from the beach. We cooked at home several meals and used the gas frill across the parking lot one night for burgers. We did not want to be near crowds so this was perfect. Short drive to great restaurants and not too far from 30a. I would recommend this condo and would book again. Very clean and good layout.

Wonderful Week; Fabulous Vacation

This was a beautiful Condo; only a short walk from the beach. Great view of the lake. Nice screened-in porch. Excellent kitchen with double ovens and nice size refrigerator/freezer. 3 bedroom and 3 bath unit with very spacious, open layout in living room and dining room areas. Nice HD TV in living room and each bedroom. There were six adults in our group. We had lots of room for socializing, as well as plenty of privacy. This Condo is centrally located to restaurants, parks, theaters, and entertainment. We would gladly stay in this Condo again.

Awesome house

the house is a little further from the beach than I would have liked, but very nice. Lots of room-could have actually slept more and had more seating there was so much room. The owner called to check on us, which I realyliked. I did share concerns that I had, that were only there once being there for a bit. One smoke detector was missing and one's batterey went out while we were there-not a big deal, but I did wanther to know one was missing. The layout was amazing.

great villa

condo was roomy,had everything you will need for vacation. was alot closer to the beach than expected and would get an occasional ride to or from the beach in a golf cart from resort staff. loved the pool area and the hot tub, all within steps of the condo. The inside of the condo was clean but the patio area was dirty with food and sand, we swept it ourselves. would have given 5 stars but had to call security twice as the people upstairs were loud and either playing music or just outside our window talking loudly,honking horns,yelling at each other from different balconies or stomping like a herd of cattle. we loved the resort and its amenities but dealing with rude vacationers put a small dent in an otherwise great vacation.

Great Property

We love Hidden Dunes! This is such a wonderful community and we had such a relaxing time while visiting. The condo was fantastic. It had everything we needed and Beach Escapes was very helpful if we ever had any questions about the area.

Fantastic villa - great location - wonderful owners!

For the past 25+ years, our family has rented various units at Hidden Dunes during spring break. This villa is easily the finest of all those in which we have stayed. The location absolutely cannot be beat if one does not insist on having a place directly on the beachfront. And even if one feels that a beachfront location is the "only" way to go, I would still highly recommend that this villa be given strong consideration, especially given all it has to offer in terms of condition, size, convenience, proximity and amenities - a total package that is tough to beat! The owners and rental management personnel are great to work with - detailed, useful communication took place before and after the rental agreement was reached. The owners even took the time to call us after we checked in to make sure everything met our expectations (which it easily did!) They have have seen to it that the villa has all the necessary updates to make their vacation home comfortable and luxurious. The first-floor location allowed quick and easy access. The three bedrooms comfortably accommodated our group of five adults and two active toddlers. The high-end kitchen appliances made meal preparation a breeze. A favorite spot to relax was the large, nicely furnished porch overlooking the lake - a great place for one to easily slip into vacation mode any time of day or night. Very peaceful and comfortable. As for the gated community of Hidden Dunes, itself, not having to cross a public street to get to the wide and wonderful deep-sand beach once on the grounds is a huge plus. Another huge plus is Hidden Dune's proximity to major shopping areas, many great restaurants, and the old (and new) beach towns along 30A. To top it all off, a sufficiently sized heated pool is just steps away from the villa's front door - a great "waterfront" option on those days during which the beach may be judged by some as being uncomfortably cool or windy. Or a great option at any time, as far as some in our group was concerned! :-) I highly recommend Hidden Dunes and, more specifically, this particular villa for consideration when choosing a vacation spot along the beaches of the beautiful Emerald Coast. Lord willing, this first stay of ours in this exceptional villa will be followed by many more stays in the years to come!
